Excellent Breakfast, Nice staff, Beautiful view

The pathways just outside the hotel along the river are fantastic. The hotel has the best patio I think and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Bit expensive by $50/night. That’s about it.

Great location! And very tasty breakfast (though it takes some time since it's not buffet-style). Hotel provided bedding for the kids which was very convenient.

Daily charge for parking. Bathroom shower was not clean (had hairs all through it). There was no cleaning service, I had to request items from the front desk.

Really loud AC with no obvious way to turn it off, the coffee station had expired milk. I booked in advance but still couldn't book anything that wasn't a double Queen room despite being one person. Check in at 3pm and check out at 11am so its quite expensive for a less than 24 hour stay.

The room was large and clean. The location was perfect. The staff were amazing!

Great location, parkade access, new decor, clean and comfortable room. We stayed on 7th floor and enjoyed the view of the town.

A lot of small things: - 1 luggage cart for the 7-floor hotel, which is disturbing when you're traveling for Christmas with bags and bags of presents, - no room service, just an overpriced 24/7 lobby store, - vending machines on the floor were never found, - there's a coffee maker in the room but the supplies are strangely scarce, so if you're two people who both want coffee with milk, you might not get it. Saving on coffee mate in a $176/night room is truly ridiculous. There's another hotel right across the street $20 cheaper and with none of these issues. Guess we're staying there next time.
