Good location. Breakfast is ok, except for the coffee.

Humidity of room is terrible on top floor. Pillows mouldy and room is musty. Rust over metal parts and mould on ceiling. Caused eczema and allergic rhinitis flare. When ask to change room, initially staff refused and says all rooms are full, and only agreed after informing of my medical conditions.

Io e le mie amiche volevamo abbandonarci a un weekend di totale relax… atterrate a Malta alle ore 02:00 di notte con tutto l’entusiasmo ci siamo subito imbattute nella gentilezza del ragazzo alla reception che decide di non accettare i pagamenti con carta di credito ma solo contanti, dopo una breve discussione decidiamo di andare a prelevare all’atm più vicino. A questo punto, magari, starete anche pensando che sia inaccettabile nel 2024 non accettare pagamenti elettronici, ma il grosso problema, a parere mio inaccettabile, è stato di aver scoperto dopo poco essere entrata in camera (ore 4:00), che quella camera era già occupata dalle BLATTE. Abbiamo provveduto a comunicare subito l’accaduto (con foto) ma la risposta purtroppo è stata che non potevano cambiarci la camera,almeno per quella notte ma che avrebbe comunicato al cambio turno dell’accaduto e che avrebbe fatto il possibile per la sostituzione della stessa, così alla mattina dopo esserci imbattute nella colazione maleodorante (pessima colazione alle macchinette latte marcio) abbiamo fatto presente il problema a una nuova ragazza in reception, rimasta sorpresa dell’accaduto ci chiede se avessimo aperto la finestra in quanto “le blatte arrivano da fuori”, vedendo forse il nostro nervosismo, ci porge le chiavi di una seconda camera da andare a visionare… contente della notizia ci precipitammo alla visione della stanza ma purtroppo anche questa già occupata e abitata da tempo dalle amiche blatte; Comunicata la notizia alla ragazza ci confessa che purtroppo hanno un problema di blatte e per questo motivo ogni mese fanno la disinfestazione, dispiaciuta ci propone una terza camera subito dopo essersi raccomandata con gli addetti alla pulizia di pulirla a fondo. Finalmente al terzo tentativo siamo riuscite a trovare una stanza sporca ma senza animali in compenso abbiamo guadagnato una costellazione di muffa che in confronto anche il grande carro si vergognerebbe. Camere diverse dalle foto di booking. Mai più!!

Location is good. Staff is helpful and honest. The manager Aldo moved us to another room when we complained about the foul smell of the corridor leading to our room and the bad smell of the linens. He also assisted us by walking with us to a restaurant we can eat in. The room he moved us to was abit better but still smelled bad. This time it smelled of food. It seemed like we were next to the kitchen and its exhaust was directed right at our room. Their front desk employee BJ was also very helpful and honest. He returned an overpayment I made in cash. I appreciated very much this people.

Facilities were not what we expected. Furnitures and cabinets were outdated and cheap for the price we were charged nightly. Corridors smelled bad and linens were foul smelling. Hotel is expensive.

Hotel is very central, close to many bars, restaurants and the sea. Roof top pool and sunbathing deck was good and bar prices reasonable

Staff were unattentive/not very welcoming. Breakfast was a limited selection of foods & the same every day. The floors of my room were extremely dirty & if I didn’t wear shoes I’d have to wash my feet as they’d be black from dust/dirt. My balcony door also wouldn’t lock properly which was concerning being alone. Unfortunately a lot of building work which disturbed peace and quiet, also had people screaming at 2am in the hallway which meant little sleep.Beds need upgrading/proper bedding.

There’s actually not a lot to like about the hotel.

Terrible hotel, merged out of multiple buildings. Even when we arrived, the room felt dirty. The furniture is old and seemed used. Most of the dishes and other things in kitchen were so dirty I would never want to use it. Our room seemed to be forgotten - there was no one to clean it unless we specifically asked. We had to borrow toilet paper from other rooms. The neighbours were loud, had loud music until 2 am and no one seemed to care. We did, as we have a small baby… The shower is impossible to use, as the pressure is so low and the shower head is mounted on the wall. The breakfast is disappointing - the food choice is poor, the taste… for one day, we were not even able to get breakfast, as all tables were reserved for some big group. Then they shortened our breakfast time to 9am.

lobby smells like swimming pool, absolutely disgusting food for breakfast and it smells around the hotel, old gym, no usb socket in the room, no signs for door handles (ex. do not disturb), staff not enthusiastic, very poor value for money

There was kettle in the room with coffee,tea.The view was excellent on the 6th floor.Breakfast was also good with many options.Location is excellent.But during summer season should be more noisy.

Towels were clean but smelly.

I liked the price of 41 euros per night and check-in 24/7. I also liked breakfast.

The room was very old. Perhaps I would not have noticed if it were not for the towels. It feels like the towels are 10 years old, no less. I also found long black hair on the floor.
