Louise’s apartment is very luxurious and we were very impressed.
We were staying nearer the strip for three days prior and Louise offered to pick us up which was a nice touch!
She had bought us some welcome provisions including Wine and she stopped around for a while to show us round and explain how things worked such as the Tv stove and ice machine in the fridge.
The living area is large, there are two double bedrooms both with en suite. The outside balcony is a lovely sun trap.
Very close to amenities such as Dino supermarket and bars on the street level and only 5 minutes to the Harbour.
Louise also provides a lift to the airport service.
We had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend.

We had a fantastic week staying at Louise's lovely appartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Large comfy beds and great shower rooms.
Especially enjoyed the outside terrace space and the swimming pool was lovely for a bit of a swim.
Louise was great. Very friendly and helpful and left us some coffee, tea, wine etc which was most appreciated! It was also very handy that Louise was able to collect us from the airport and take us directly to the appartment.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and if we travel as a four again we'd love to return.

The owner, Louise, was brilliant, shuttled us to & from the airport for a small fee & showed us around her beautiful apartment (and the TV Channels).
Really lovely place, pool was quiet, pool views were incredible, had a lovely few days of winter sunshine.

This apartment was just wonderful. We so enjoyed our 2 weeks here. Great showers, large and comfortable beds, and great tv options for UK guests (particularly the wide selection of films). But the private outside area is what makes this apartment stand out. The patio is a serious sun trap, but the awning is a real bonus for when it gets too hot. I don’t think we had any meals inside throughout our stay.
Just a few things worth mentioning. The complex that the apartment is in is on a hillside, with steep slopes and many steps. This is not for you if you have limited mobility. Also, there is no allocated parking if you have a hire car, but there are plenty of spaces in nearby streets. It is just a struggle getting heavy suitcases to and from the apartment. But well worth it.
And Louise is probably the best host we have encountered in all our travels. Communication was great, before and during our stay. The one issue we had with the shower was dealt with swiftly and effectively. Louise will meet you on arrival, explain everything about the apartment, but also give you really useful information about the island.
We certainly hope to return one day.

From the very outset Louise was the perfect host from arranging our journey from the airport to showing us everything in her lovely apartment. We have stayed in Lanzarote for the past 15 years and this was without doubt the best apartment we have stayed in. Everything was immaculate and clean with every thing that you need to have a fantastic holiday. The apartment is in a perfect quiet location with a lovely pool metres away. Louise provided a welcome pack that was very welcome after a long day travelling. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a great stay in Lanzarote. We will be returning next year for sure. Thank you Louise.

Property was fantastic very comfortable beds great showers lots of hot water lots of towels and pool towels ,air con in bedrooms was great especially during the night (got very hot)great welcome pack very close to old town snd also puerto del Carmen 5 min walk to plenty of restaurants and bars.will definitely be back and would highly recommend

Everything about our holiday was fantastic, from Louise the host collecting us from the airport and also taking us back at the end of our holiday, to the lovely welcome pack and her excellent communication.
The holiday home is so comfortable, furnished to a very high standard and everything one needed for a great stay.
The home is well placed for all the restaurants in the old town harbour area and a short walk down to the “ strip” and the beach.
The pool on the complex was also lovely to sit around.
The weather was beautiful all week to complete a great holiday.

We’re regular visitors to the island so we’re very happy with this find. Overall perfect location, size, facilities etc for us! Has a lovely large terrace that is a sun trap all day.
Seen a few reviews are the nightclub and to be fair, I could hear it on the Saturday night but I have sensitive hearing but was fine once I put my earplugs in. My partner didn’t notice it at all! So just depends how you are but it’s literally one night over the weekend

We a family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very comfortable, secure and ideally located.
Our first time in Lanzarote and absolutely loved PDC and enjoyed trips out in our hire car with a map and guide book.
We visited the other 2 resorts, Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise and would choose PDC first, Playa Blanca a close second and Costa Teguise is nice but would not stay there.
A very easy Island to stay on and would highly recommend.

Louise picked us up from the airport, took us to the apartment herself. There was a welcome pack to get us started which included a bottle of wine. The apartment was lovely and clean with a large sunny balcony. It is situated within a short walk of the old town harbour, many bars and restaurants. Louise also picked us up at the end of our holiday and took us back to the airport. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.

This was a lovely apartment and host. Louise did everything possible to accommodate us, early check in, airport lifts, generous welcome pack etc etc. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also well appointed for the beach and restaurants in the harbour area. The pool was well maintained and the terrace at the apartment was big enough for us to relax there on the comfy loungers. We had a perfect stay at this appartement this December/January. The appartement is spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. There is a nice pool on the site and the location is perfect when you want to go shopping. The beach is a stroll away. Its amazing how much service Louise is offering to her guests. She picked us from the airport and had wine and snacks ready for us at arrival. She also drove us back to the airport on the last day! What an amazing host!! Thank you Louise!

The description on line is very accurate. The property is perfectly placed just at the beginning of the old town and the more lively strip in the newer part of town.
I am struggling to think of negative things to say as it suited the whole party with shops very close by, a small walk to the beach and easy access to a wonderful walk via a coastal path to puerto Calero which is about a 30/40 minute walk (amazing marina with posh yachts and boats)
The apartment sits on a steepish hill but if required taxis are easily available.
Louise is one of the best hosts that I have experienced she is brilliant along with her lovely apartment.

Loved everything about it
From the minute we were picked up at airport to the moment we were dropped off we cannot praise this apartment enough. The location, decor and spacious balcony in particular were all great. It is good to see accommodation that has plenty furniture inside and out for the amount of guests. We were delayed a day due to the sandstorm and the cleaner did a fantastic job in cleaning the apartment inside and out. We also felt that you could contact Louise at anytime and she would sort any problem out for you whether it be to do with apartment or otherwise. We tried to rebook before we left but unfortunately there were not any dates left that were suitable. We will definitely return, when we can get booked that is! Well done Louise and not forgetting Helen either

We love Lanzarote and have been many times, such a beautiful place to be. This apartment made our stay even better! You really couldn’t ask for much more.
The location is ideal, it’s in close proximity to everything; shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops etc.. you name it and it’s only a short footfall away.
The apartment itself is very spacious and has been finished to a high standard. The rain showers, American fridge freezer, need I say anymore.. and the decor is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need has been thought about and covered. Which leads me on to the lovely hosts!
Louise and Helen are the most kind and thoughtful hosts you could ever ask for! Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always on hand if you need anything and make you feel so welcome. From collecting us at the airport, to the lovely welcome pack, to the advice of local places to visit. They are just a genuine ray of sunshine!

A fantastic apartment Louise was a fantastic host
Louise is a beautiful lady with an amazing apartment we had everything we could wish for. Louise showed us everything we needed to know if we had any problem we could call her at anytime. The only problem we had was that out travel agents didn’t print out our boarding passes for us but Louise done this for us and dropped them off to us . I will stay in one of her apartments again and would recommend her to all my friends who holiday in Lanzarote . Wonderful apartment, fantastic host, beautiful location
From the first correspondence to last message to say thank you and good bye Louise could not have been more helpful.
The apartment is a home from home with stunning views of the hills around and also Fuerteventura. The apartment is close to the port, and beautiful cove for swimming/snorkelling. It is in a great location for tour trips out too.
It is a spacious home for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped, the fridge is a great added bonus with the ice maker for the hot days. The terrace gets the sun from morning till night. Beds are comfy and the satellite tv means if you just want a chilled evening watching up to date movies it’s not a problem.
We will be returning soon as have fallen in love with the country as well as the fantastic apartment and friendliness of Louise and Helen.

Perfection in Lanzarote
We are literally leaving this fabulous appartement today and I must say with some sadness. It's been absolutely easily the loveliest and most glamorous place weve ever stayed in, wonderful ensuites,amazing terrace,super comfy beds and full range of sky tv. Louise was a delight to deal with very professional always just a call or message away should any issue pop up. I have no problem recommending this property and genuinely hope to come back. Lovely apartment
Our stay was tremendous. Louise and Helen were at the apartment to greet us. We arrived at 7.30pm so the the welcome pack came in handy.
louise and her mum went through everything with us including the wonderful tv package with all the sports channels and superb movie channels.
The apartment was very spacious and spotless, a real home from home.
The patio area was very impressive with four very comfortable loungers.
Louise was a fantastic host and went above and beyond for us.
Our flight was not leaving till 7.30 pm and she let us stay in the apartment till 2.00pm.
Then came and picked up all our cases and brought them back for us at 5.00 pm and transferred them into a taxi.
This has never happened to us before and we would highly recommend this apartment and the owner.

Beautiful Apartment
I booked the apartment for one week in July 2019. The holiday was a 'getaway from it all' with my daughter. It was a perfect place to enjoy our mum/daughter time. Stunning apartment with perfect attention to detail, everything had been thought about and nothing was missing. A real home from home. Very large, private balcony, perfect for sunbathing, and very quiet. Great beds and bathrooms, massive fridge freezer and beautiful accessories and furniture. The apartment is in a central location so close to everything. Only a short walk to the harbour in the old town or to the beach in the new town. Louise and Helen were the perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was a welcome pack, which was much appreciated. Also, Louise and Helen picked us up from the airport and took us back at the end of the week. Lovely personal touches which make all the difference.
