The staff was very commited. The rooms are air-conditioned, the windows not openable (but rather soundproof to the busy street nearby, so that was okay).

The TV was 1. rather small an old, but more important: b. not internet enabled, no Google & Co. Inaccebtable for a nightly price of € 139,50 (no breakfast!).

The breakfast was good and offered something for everyone. The Air Conditioning is an actual AC unit with remote and necessary for the small rooms and functioned well. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable for the size. Location is very central and within a 5 to 10min. walking distance to the city center, restaurants and train station.

We reserved two double rooms on the same floor but in our bathroom there was no place to store your toiletries like a shelf under the mirror or cabinet under the sink like in the other room! Housekeeping did not replace/ refill soap dispenser in the sink and the extra toilet paper on our second day so we had to ask the reception for some. Bathroom sink was backing up and water would drain slowly.

Breakfast is very good, with a wide choice.

You have to pay attention to the bill, because for a 3 day stay they charged 2 days parking, even though we didn't have a car. The charge was refunded afterwards. We have stayed here several times and will continue to book here.

Central location - Walk to the market square in less than 10 minutes on foot. Comfortable beds - Split bed with comfortable mattress and quilt/duvet Filled refrigerator - free water (carbonated), filled minibar with wines, chocolates and juices Parking for small cars - very tight. If you have a car any wider than VW Golf 8, you can't fit in the parking. Even with a VW Golf8.

Very bad heating. The heater is situated below the window and behind curtains. It got really cold at night since the curtains blocked the heat from spreading in the room. Very bad noise insulation. I could literally hear the people in the other room. Bathroom door has a space through which you can directly see the WC area. So, while you do your thing there, you could see the room directly and vice-versa. Bad if you are staying with not so close people.

The position of the Hotel is really central. So you do not need a car if you want to visit the historic city center or the castles. It is easy to find and in a nice and modern clean style.

if you reach this hotel by car, you really need to check if it fits into the parking. Very difficult and tight parking. Also the parking cost is too high in my opinion. Suggestion: reserve also the parking when you do your room-booking.

Very pleasant stay and very friendly and welcoming staff. I had issues with the air conditioning in my room and after discussing with the staff and deciding that something didn't work, they changed my room.

Some rooms look a bit older than in the photos, but this doesn't affect the comfort at all.

Breakfast was excellent.
