El mal mantenimiento del hotel hecha a perder el trabajo de su personal

Q algunos meseros no nos ofrecían vencidas y cuando les decíamos lo asían de mala gana

1. Se tardan para dar la habitación y se nota a tres km la mala organización que existe en el hotel. 2. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, las albercas sucias y las habitaciones con cucarachas. La comida de pésima calidad, se nota que todo lo congelan y lo sacan después y hasta congelando todavía, la atención de los meseros en las comidas, cenas y desayunos PESIMA, la calidad y rapidez en servicio malísimo se tardan mil horas en darte una bebida. Y no hay meseros para la zona de alberca, entonces si vas con niños o solo realmente no descansa porque tienes que estarte parando para todo. Varios pasillos del hotel sin luz y elevadores fuera de servicio,muchos trabajos de disque mantenimiento pero nada sirve. La verdad fue una muy mala experiencia, teníamos reservado del 23 al 28 de octubre 2023 y solo pasamos una noche y nos cambiamos de hotel. Lo único bueno es que como saben que está en decadencia el hotel no nos cobraron la noche que pasamos. Pero la verdad si fue una mala experiencia. Además las albercas y con la cantidad de gente parecía tepetongo.

No servia el aire acondicionado y no la pasé bien , además el hotel está en remodelación y la calidad de la comida bajo mucho

The food was THE ONLY THING that was good. MINI BAR IN ROOMS

THE HOTEL WAS HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. THE SHOWERS WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I DO NOT LIKE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS UNLESS THEY ARE NEEDED. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. NO AIR CONDITION. I AND 2 OTHER FAMILIES HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS 3 TIMES!! BECAUSE OF THE POOR AIR SYSTEM. YOU HAVE 10 MIN IN THE MORNING TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THE RESTAURANTS IF NOT THEN YOU WON'T BE ALLOWED AND THE STAFF DOES NOT TELL YOU THESE THINGS, THE GAME ROOM FOR THE CHILDREN HAS TO BE RESERVED AND AGAIN NOBODY TELLS YOU THIS SO WE GOT KICKED OUT. THEY HAVE SO MANY RULES UNLIKE OTHER RESORTS IVE STAYED AT, WHICH I GO TO PUERTO VALLARTA 5- 7 TIMES A YEAR, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I SPOKE TO 2 OTHER FAMILIES TO SEE IF IT WAS JUST ME HAVING THESE EXPERIENCES, AND I SURELY WASNT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLAY TO A SINGLE SOUL!!! I WAS DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED. THERE IS MORE BUT I'VE COMPLAINED ENOUGH!

The service and food!

Couldn't go to any of the entertainment, because it was too loud! It was expensive. More than we had anticipated.

Old building, old furniture, old utilities.

Bad receptionist, took 2 hours to check in. Old air conditioning, we could smell our neighbours smoking. the food was not good, big line to eat at the restaurant. not enough towels to all guests

The kids club, the kids pool was great for younger kids under 8 or 9. The bellman were friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. They were great with providing cost for taxi cabs as some really try to swindle you, especially the ones that appear to be non regulated taxis.

Never had any hand towels or face clothes. The buffet food was limited for anyone with gluten, egg or dairy allergy sensitivities. Check in was overloaded on the weekend with what seemed like local people using the resorts. Never enough lounging chairs. The wrong room was given upon checking in. There wasn't any pool options for kids who are 7-10. They were either kiddy pool or adult pool over 4 feet. There wasn't any offers for other food preparation or accommodations for anyone with allergies, even if it was booked with enough advance notice. Although they did provide a written up letter in Spanish to carry with me in case for the restaurant that needed reservations or for eating out. The pictures of the resort must be old, as the place is dated, and the inside is somewhat dirty. Cob webs were seen in the rooms, the corners and crooks and cranies were dirty. The pools, decks area were much cleaner and more taken care of. Definitely an older building. The noise was heard throughout if someone was pushing a cart in the hallway. When you pull up to the resort, you almost think you are in the hood.

The breakfast was okay. They had fruit and pastries every morning and coffee. The location was perfect since it was right next to the port where cruise ships stop so they had a lot of little markets. The little bazaar had better prices if you negotiate.

The food was not good! Especially the room service it was so nasty and made my son's stomach hurt. The restaurants that you have to book are okay. The hotel was pretty old so the pictures online don't do it justice. It was very kid friendly though since that had a pool specifically for kids. The staff was very nice and we tipped every chance we got.

They don't Have enfe cling people..one lady she look so extruded,,you need more staff for clining the rooms ..I change my one beds for son and I..thanks

The fridge in our room did not work so had to be replaced as well as the room safe. The patio door did not lock so we finally got a stick to ut in the door. Both of our keys had to be reprogrammed twice during a 3 day stay! The specialty restaurant were rservations only but there was hardly anyone in them. One gal told us check out was at 1 p.m. if we could prove our flight was later in the day and then when we went to show them the proof, they said no such policy in effect. We were only there 3 days and the 1st day was spent having repairs done.

We loved the kids area. It was really nice for the kids, they even have a zip line that my Daughter was really surprised to find in here and they let her use it twice, you have to sign a waiver though. The breakfast was really delicious! They have different Mexican food to enjoy. The view was great! Our room faced the kids area and behind we even were able to see the ocean, we were on the fourth floor that faced the front Beach. Their staff was excellent!! The front desk explained everything, hours and all the activities that they have for the kids. My daughter enjoyed the show at night, it was Saturday. Walking distance to the beach, and they have a bar there. The room was very clean, the furniture, had some wears and treas but nothing that bothered us. We definitely will come back!

As other reviews mentioned, the food at dinner time was not good.. the majority of the food was not tasty, and the options were basically the same but with different presentations. They have a section for the kids and my daughter even noticed that the food was not good. She didn't like the pizza that never fails, but this time it did. Different story on the breakfast though!
