El chalet está situado en una zona rural muy tranquila y soleada.La piscina es totalmente privada y vallada lo cual es ideal para familias con niños pequeños y no tan pequeños.
Inmejorable para pasar una tiempo de ocio , sin estrés,relajándose al sol y bronceándose.
La zona de piscina dispone de sombrillas,tumbonas,etc...
Dispone de un olivar de 5000 metros ,estando toda la finca totalmente vallada y teniendo la oportunidad de hacer alguna conserva(aceitunas) o recoger higos(verano-otoño).
Tiene la casa una terraza- porche ideal para comer o cenar fuera bajo las estrellas.
También dispone de una zona de barbacoa para hacer parrilladas.(Solo bajo petición por escrito previo y no durante riesgo de incendio)
Se aceptan mascotas previa solicitud.(Caseta de perro)
Nota: Teniendo en cuenta que hay gatos al rededor del alojamiento, son propios se agradece se de comida la cual está es proporciona por la dueña del alojamiento.
Apta para personas discapacitadas o con movilidad reducida(excepto zona de la piscina donde existen 4 peldaños)

Zona rural con vistas a la montaña donde se pueden hacer actividades como :El descenso del río en balsa, rafting, paint -ball, Piragüismo, a solo 10 min de la casa..También se puede hacer turismo visitando El santuario de la Esperanza excavado en la roca de la montaña y haciendo un picnic en el entorno idílico rodeado de árboles y al lado del río, donde hay mesas de madera y barbacoas utilizables en otoño -invierno-primavera.

During 40+ C a cool inside, Great airco, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, good equiped kitchen (large refrigerator). Swimming pool, clean and large, pool loungers and shading available at several places. There are some nice cats around the house who are almost al shy.
The owner was extremely nice and helpful about restaurants in the neighbourhood.
We had an extremely relaxing vacation and would like to repeat this experience.

Just returned from our second stay at this villa with a family group of eight people. I cannot speak highly enough of the villa or the host who made us feel very welcome (with a delicious home baked chocolate cake that was really enjoyed by all). The villa consists of 4 well sized bedrooms, one with walk in wardrobe, a large kitchen and very large lounge/dining room. It was comfortably able to accommodate all eight of us. The villa is situated on an enormous plot and has numerous comfortable seating areas both in shade or in the Sun. The swimming pool is like a secluded paradise and was frequently used by the whole family often well into the evening. The views from the villa are very picturesque and is not overlooked at all. The local town (Calasparra), has some great places to eat at as well as a couple of large supermarkets. Everyone really enjoyed their stay at the villa and did not want to go home at the end of the second week. In addition to staying at the villa a few years before, we had to also cancel our stay at the villa due to the covid outbreak. The owner fully refunded our deposit without quibble even though they did not have to. We look forward to staying at this villa again in the future!

We spent a week in this property. We were unlucky with the weather, and to be honest, the property is not very well equipped to deal with this. The pool was not functioning which would have been frustrating if the weather had been good. Additionally, we had to deal with a lot of cats (10+) hanging around the property which is not to everyone's taste. There is a fairly large amount of building materials sitting around which doesn't make it feel 'de lujo'.
Having said this, during good weather, with the pool running, this would be a relaxed rural location with a large living room and veranda area. Susana, the owner, was friendly and did try to help with the issues we had with heating and hot water although it would have been nice if she'd thought about this upfront.

We have just come back from a 2 week stay at the villa and it was perfect. The view was beautiful and the area was calm and relaxing. The villa has everything you need and more! It is also really spacious and super clean.
The swimming pool and garden is really large and bikes were available for the children which was amazing .
Shops are 10 mins away and have everything you need .
Last but not least, the owners were lovely! Answered any questions we had whenever and super welcoming. We highly recommend this villa if you're after a relaxing holiday.

I have just returned from a fantastic two week family holiday and cannot speak highly enough of this villa. We were greeted on arrival by Susannah who immediately made us feel welcome and showed us round the villa. The villa is large enough to house a large family (we had 9 people) with ease. The rooms are all well proportioned and decorated to a high standard. The villa is set in a lot of grounds which have been beautifully landscaped and are fully enclosed. There are beautiful views of the villa grounds and of the surrounding mountain landscapes, yet the villa itself is not in any way overlooked and is very private. The pool area has been fully fenced off so is great for children. The pool itself is very large and is surrounded by sun loungers, making this a fantastic place to spend time during a sunny day! There are several large supermarkets nearby that can be reached in around 5 minutes
by car. There is also many beautiful places to visit locally. I have really enjoyed my stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A real gem of villa rightin the middle of the countiside. Lovely and quiet. We couldn´t keep the children out of the swimming pool¡. We visit wine cellers ( bodegas) and went down the river in kayak ( balsas). Helpful tips on what to see in the área provided by really friendly owners
