Superb host, good location

The accommodation is titled bed and breakfast - it even claims so on the sign and the entrance to the property. There was nothing on Booking.com that I noticed to make me aware of this. The host explained this to me but offered information of how to obtain breakfast in the village - the cafe he mentioned was not open on the day I was there - the pub I was informed of only serves breakfast at the weekend and the hotel he mentioned was overrun and there was no possibility of being catered for. In fairness there were to small pastries in the room that kept me going until I reached the Cliffs of Moher visitor centre.

Clean room. Basic facilities ‐ towel, kettle in room. No shampoo. Similar to a b&b from 1980s. A nice clean room to lay your head for the night. We were leaving early to catch ferry to aran islands so it suited.

Very steep stairs to access room

Great location close to the town centre, and a cafe and two pubs 200m away. Very spacious room (pretty much an apartment!) and comfortable bed and pillows. checkin/out very easy.

No shower soap/gel provided. Not a big deal, but it would have been a convenient addition.

The property is well situated near pubs and a bistro. Also walking distance from the start of the Cliffs of Moher walk (10-15 min walk)

The room was clean but quite dated. Shower was very small and bumped my head a couple of times on the sloping celling. The toilet also didn’t flush very well (tried numerous times with same effect). Was quite disappointed that no breakfast was available.

Beautiful bed and breakfast close to the center of Doolin. The host is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. He had great suggestions for us and gave directions to walk to the Cliffs. They were also available and responsive by phone. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect location, walking distance to centre of Doolin, quiet, beautiful night sky full of constellations easily viewed, and a short drive from the pier to access the cliffs of Moher boat tour and ferry to the Aran Islands. Kind host that knows his town well.

The mattress could be more comfortable and the bedding could include a top sheet for a thinner layer on warm nights. Also the shower was tight considering the size of the bathroom, and the glass bathroom door is awkward for privacy. Oh and wash clothes could be provided.

Right in the middle of Doolin and I got a massive room which was more like an apartment

The host Chris was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations of what to do Doolin such as the Burren scenic drive. The room was much bigger than expected, which included a bedroom and a living room. The stay was very clean and tidy, and was at an excellent location close to several restaurants and near the Cliff of Moher coastal trail. My friend and I had a concern and Chris jumped up with no hesitation to get our question resolved.

Bathroom door luck was a bit finicky but with the aid of the hosts was able to get it unstuck.

There was actually 2 rooms - a bedroom and living room, so it was quite large. The location very good, you can get to the cliffs easily.

The Wi'fi was working badly. So if it is important for you, better to ask Host about it. VERY basic breakfast.

all was beautiful

No breakfast but charge the same price as the hotel €80.00 I ended up having my breakfast in the hotel that had no availability. Dated accommodation money should be reinvested in the business.

Floorboards upstairs too creaky not soundproof. Shower not working correctly. No breakfast.
