Good location, excellent wi-fi. Simple, small room.

The apartment is too small. One day I ahd a problem with clogged toilet bowl, but it was solved immediately.

The room is clean and there aren't many noises around. Staff is always available and very friendly. There's a kitchen with all the needed utensils. The location is very close to the main touristic attractions.

Maybe the toilet system is loud, but it does not matter. I would still recommend to come here for your stay in Larnaka.

Overall our stay was good, altough we went spent time there for sleeping mostly. The apartman has a really good location, next to the city center. The place was just like in the pictures. The staff was very nice and friendly.

There was barely no pressure in the shower, and the bed made noise at every single movement, which made the sleep not so relaxing. Cleaning could be improved.

countinous bad smell in the bathroom coming from inside the channel, no electric connector in the bathroom, hot water is only from the shower, not from the tap of the bath, not from the kitchen, noisy bed, old furnitures, small balcony for the room 32. Renovation in the near, which also done during the weekend, and started on Monday 6:30 local time!!!!!!

The location is close to the beach, restaurants and centre. The studio is equipped with all necessaries for cooking less microwave. The studio was clean. The sheets and the towels were clean. At the main floor I saw a washing machine (I think is for common use; we didn’t used it). There is a parking place available.

We stay 4 days and they could change the towels even one time. Almost every evening there was a smell from outside and it was impossible to stay with the windows open.

The staff is nice, the location is nice.

The shower is really bad.

Very good location - in a center of Larnaca, and in a very quiet street. Very good connection by public transport from/to airport. Apartment was very clean and cosy.

Great wlan / Internet, if you need to work or watch streems.. The time I visited there was a construction site next to the building but otherwise the location is relatively quiet for Larnaka I think, double glazing. Friendly host. Affordable price. Great sea view on level 4. Many delivery services. Great location in the middle of the city. Many Cats in the neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay.

The AC seems to be a bit older and you also have a noisy big old fridge next your bed so you better have no fragile sleep when it comes to noise. The rest is minimalist but ok. I missed even a small desk to work on with my laptop. Oh and no elevator which is very exhausting if you happen to be on level 4 and have baggage for 2 weeks...

Host Samuel was very nice and helpful

We were staying on the ground floor. Patio door was broken and we couldn't lock it so the place wasn't secure. Tap in the toilet sink was not working and we had to wash our hands and brush in the kitchen sink which was not pleasant

the room and the terrace are too small, the instantaneous water heater does not work well

Good quick servis. Confortable bed.

Noise from icebox. It was very hard to sleep.
