Tout était super sauf l'accueil du personnel en particulier la femme qui travaille la nuit ( seul le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli le vendredi était aimable et professionnel ) et autre point négatif la piscine qui était fermée alors qu'elle était annoncée ouverte jusqu'au 1er octobre mis a part ça c'était un super séjour.

No hay nada que no me gustase ni tengo motivo de queja. El alojamiento superó mis expectativas. Quizá la única pega es no tener mobile home con capacidad para 5 personas.

Brilliant location. Bus to town very convenient. Breakfast in the camp cafe was perfect as well as the staff. Very clean mobile house. Very very nice campsite.

Only 2 coffee capsules provided, but we were 3 people and stayed few nights. Too many clean towels provided, not very ecological.

The check-in process was a little delayed, and a bit weird that the lady at the reception said the code to our tent lock out loud while other guests were present.

Everything was fine location great with bus stop into city just outside gate. everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The settee was not comfortable

The campsite had a bus stop literally over the road with an excellent service into beautiful San Sebastián. That was its saving grace.

The camping bungalows were shabby and not particularly clean. I guess it is the end of the long summer season, but that really is no excuse for poor standards. The bungalows cost just over 100 euros a night. To put this into perspective we stayed in some lovely small hotels during our trip for much less and even Paradores for less.

Shower was good. Bus service very regular and free.

This was like a 1950’s holiday camp chalet. Painted green inside and out. Not enough crockery and cutlery, just 2 of everything, totally impractical. No kettle nor oven. A very dangerous double bladed carving knife, be aware of this if using it. There was thick dust under the bed. The floor in lounge/kitchen area creaked loudly with every movement. Shop was poorly stocked. The shuttle bus to town was like being on a racetrack. Facilities looked ok for motorhomes.

Clean and comfortable - helpful staff spoke English - lots of cleaning throughout the day - lovely views from bar and terrace. RestUrant good. frequent bus service to and from San Sebastián. Site on top of Mount Igueldo so good views

Pool is seasonal and closed 15/9 to 10/6 - not described on advert. sofa uncomfortable.

the location was nice, the kids enjoyed the pool and it worked well for us that the bar overlooked the park.

check in and check out was so slow - we went at the busiest time but I thought this would be catered for. the bungalow was cleaned to an OK standard. the staff weren’t very friendly - sorry to say!

Nice pool and good location for visiting San Sebastian. Beds fairly comfortable

Very expensive for what it was. The sofa/sofabed in the bungalow/mobile home was crippling uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep. Pool good but very few other facilities compared to other camping / mobile sites, bar and restaurant very unimpressive. On the whole couldn't recommend especially given it's fairly pricey.

The bungalows were great the staff st the shop fantastic the cleaning staff fantastic Only issue was life guards and wifi but overall a fantastic place to stay

The lifeguards at the pool were not very nice they seemed to have an issue towards my grandchildren did get reported there seemed to be some sort of language barrier not just towards us but also to the other groups of the dance world cup team slightly disappointed really

The wifi didnt work at the cabin. And when I told the staff they just didn't care

everthing worked. clean and close to all facilities. staff friendly and helpful and spoke english well. parking handy.
