La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas con DVD / VHS COMBO, ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios y sala de estar, e internet inalámbrico. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, vestidor, baño privado con bañera / ducha y acceso al porche cubierto. El segundo dormitorio también contiene una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. Everything was just as the description said. Easy interaction with owner. Everything we needed for our stay, including cooking and amenities was readily available.

Our family stayed here the week before Memorial Day week. We had five adults ranging in age from 22 to 84. There was something for everyone- golfing, the pool, the beach, amazing restaurants and shopping, and an easy drive to Myrtle (my 84 year old Mom got to check eating at Paula Deen’s off her bucket list!) The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer is so nice for the week, and the kitchen was well stocked for making some food in so you don’t have to eat out for every single meal ( we did breakfast and lunch in, and dinners out). The beds are super comfy, and getting to see alligators and shore birds in the pond from the family room was amazing and an added bonus for all of us! The complex itself at Sandpiper Bay is also so beautiful. My husband and son played two different golf courses here during our stay and they said Sandpiper Bay was their favorite, and they look forward to playing that one again. The hosts for the property provide great communication and are super responsive for any questions you might have. We had a great time here and look forward to coming back!

Very clean, cozy, great location and development. Well taken care of. Turnkey check-in. Only thing I'd advise on is the fact that having to get your own linens (bedding, towels, etc) is a bit inconvenient - I had the benefit of family living in the same development that helped me out with that plus paper towels, cleaning supplies. Especially for linens, I dont know how as someone flying in and out in a short period would have had time/resources to get my own linens and return, etc. Also FYI on the extra mandatory insurance, it'll up your costs - plus of course the cleaning fee.

My husband and 3 friends have now stayed at this property 3 times for an annual golf trip to the area. We travel quite a bit and have stayed many different places, and Elizabeth definitely stands out as an excellent host. Great communication and timely responses to any inquiries. The property was clean and exactly as described. I'm certain this golfing group will continue to return to this property year after year!

Great for golfers, tourists & vacationers. Not far from beach & intercoastal waterway. Lots to do in area. Innumerable very good restaurants. Planetarium. Easy drive to Wilmington & Myrtle Beach. We loved it!

This place is family friendly. Large kitchen, dining area and living room combo is spacious. Screened-in porch and easily accessible grills are great bonuses!
Location is 4-5 miles from several wonderful beaches with lots of the usual conveniences such as ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, mini-golf, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

We are a first timer for the area. We came for a destination wedding for a great couple. This condo was everything the listings says. Place was very clean. The condo is very close and easy to get to everything ,food, gas, shopping.

The condo was exactly as listed. Clean and very well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Full size washer and dryer available. Everything you might need while away from home. The week stay was wonderful! Would recommend this rental to everyone!

We chose this place because of its proximity to my sisters house. We were very pleased with the unit, it was on the ground level which made it easier on my mom as there were NO steps. The screened porch has an amazing view of the sky, golf course and pond and we had our coffee out there on these cool mornings. The layout was great, almost everything you’d need to cook and serve is already there, although we only cooked one meal there. I would recommend this location to anyone. Was worth the money.

We loved the place. Easy check in and great communication with the owner. We had a small problem with the Air conditioner one night and it was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value and excellent property
Our stay was great! The property owners checked in with us a couple of times to ensure all was well. The property itself was very nice and spacious. The grounds were peaceful and beautiful. Our only complaint is that one of the two “king” beds was actually two twin sized beds pushed together. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay!

So close to perfect
This condo has almost everything perfect. The host was responsive, the size is great, the location is great, the view of the golf course and pond was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the accessibility was as described. The reason this is not perfect is the furniture in the common area. The couch, love seat and recliner should all be replaced ASAP. They were extremely uncomfortable and provided no support when sitting. When one rents a place that is described as accessible and then cannot get up from the furniture because it sags so badly there is a disconnect. It was truly disappointing because we rent VRBOs so our family can be together in the common areas. No one wanted to be in the common areas because the furniture was so bad. The kitchen table was also missing a chair - we had a party of 6 but only 5 chairs. It was also not obvious from the listing that linens were not provided. In my experience most VRBOs provide linens and this place is the exception and not the norm. As such the host should be more forthcoming about this in the listing to help potential renters make an informed decision.

We have stayed at this particular property twice for a beach/golf long weekend. The property is plenty big for the 4 adults on our trip. We found this property to be better than expected for a typical rental property; extremely clean and nice! The owners are excellent as well with great communication and quick response to any questions. Highly recommended and we will be back!

The property needs to be painted. The air vents and woodwork needs to be cleaned and painted. Cabinets need to be cleaned and painted. Utensils, pots and dishes need to be replaced or updated. Too much of decorations that collect dust. Blinds and sliding door coverings need to be replaced.

We enjoyed the spacious living area and bedrooms. The pool was clean and nice, as well. I would say TV reception left a bit to be desired for the kids in the bedrooms...only cable in the living room

Bright and comfortable
The pictures do not do justice to this property. The view of the golf course and pond are stunning. Very quiet neighborhood. The layout was great with privacy for two rooms and the master adjoined the den area. Lots of light. Large kitchen, great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!
