This house was perfect for our first trip to Watercolor. The golf cart was convenient for the ride to the beach club & camp watercolor. We loved seaside & exploring Rosemary beach. Highly recommend checking out Coastside 30A for live music. One thing to note about this house- they do not have any spices (no salt or pepper), olive oil or any other cooking essentials. So when you do your first grocery trip, make sure to grab those. We only had 1 dish towel & we could have used a couple more. The wrap around porch is quiet & perfect for card games or relaxing. Watercolor is an incredible place for kids & is so clean!!! Property management was quick to respond to any issues, and even let us in a few hours early which we appreciated!

This was our first trip to Watercolor and we were blown away! The house is absolutely gorgeous. I am a neat freak with very high standards for cleanliness and I was very comfortable here. The bedrooms in this house are huge. Aside from the bunk room, every bedroom is Master Bedroom size. There is an outside closet full of beach toys and chairs - so nice to not have to bring any of that from home. The house also came with a golf cart that we used daily. We didn't realize how fun the golf cart would be, especially for the kids. It's a must-have for a Watercolor trip and I'm so grateful the house provided one so we didn't have to rent. Another thing we really enjoyed was the big covered porch. There is plenty of outdoor seating and we spent a lot of time out here relaxing. The house came with 4 bikes which we used every day. They really thought of everything and more in this home and we were extremely comfortable and relaxed here the whole time. The Watercolor neighborhood is incredible. The dragonfly pool just around the corner was a nice quiet place to swim and there were usually only a couple of people there every time we went. Camp watercolor was an easy 5 minute bike ride with waterslides and a lazy river. The beach club was about 10 minutes away on the bike and has 3 pools and places to get food. Everything in this neighborhood is pristinely taken care of and beautiful. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us on this trip and they are still raving about how amazing it all was, and our kids said this was even better than Disney World! Exclusive 30A provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and we would 100% stay in this house again. We have been all over 30A and Watercolor is our new favorite. We were planning the next trip before we even got home. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!!

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor! The house was perfect. The screened in wrap-around porch was were we all seemed to gather most of the time. The rooms are very spacious and we had everything we needed for the time we were there. We didn’t have any issues but the few times we had a question we received a response within minutes. Highly recommend!

The Watercolor community was everything we wanted and needed for our family. Beach access, pools and a grocery store were all a golf cart ride away. We tried going to Alys and Rosemary beaches but didn’t like it as much as Seaside and Watercolor. We hope to come back again!

This was the second year our kids and grands chose to spend our beach week together at Coral Cottage, and we absolutely loved it! Interior spaces are spacious and clean with beautiful appointments with everything our family of 12 needed. The wrap-around screened porch was a favorite escape for us all, and we spent many lazy hours there. The ease of using the golf cart and / or bicycles to get around (beach and Camp Watercolor) only enhanced our enjoyment.

We had a great vacation and the house was the perfect amount of space. It was spotless when we arrived and felt very clean. We did have some issues with the internet/wifi which was very slow or didn’t work half the time and the golf cart, while a huge perk, really was on its last leg. Also, and this is a small thing, the tip of the iron was broken which I didn’t notice until it left pulls and tears on my dress. Those are small things compared to the house though which was great! The location is further back in watercolor but still only a quick cart ride to the beach and other amenities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay but think mgmt should address the other small issues.

Great vacation home location! Close to everything we wanted to do! We were able to bike or go for a golf cart ride to most everything we wanted to do. Beautiful house with nice beds and linens… beautifully decorated. Cleanliness throughout the home was just okay, especially in the kitchen. Hoping that it was a housekeeping “fluke” because we plan to come back in the future! Property Management did stop by upon being notified and apologized. Otherwise, we had a really great time!

Our family of 5 booked our stay at this property last minute and are so glad we did. The house had more than enough room for us and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked and the house even has a very nice brand new grill (as well as any grilling tools needing, even a probe thermometer). There is plenty of comfortable seating both in the living room as well as the outdoor living areas. The beds were extremely comfortable. Access to all of the Watercolor amenities was easy with the provided golf cart. As an added bonus, there were also beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella provided (although the beach chairs were not in great shape). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor! We have 3 families that travel together every year, including 6 young girls. The house provided a bed for everyone and room for the girls to play. We loved the Dragonfly pool! Watercolor offers so much for everyone. While the house sleeps 12, it was quite packed with all of us. Would be a perfect house for sleeping 10 or less. The screened in porch was fabulous! The golf cart was great to get around Watercolor but definitely needs maintenance. We had issues with the lock code on the door that wasn't every resolved even though the property manager tried. We ended up having to keep a door unlocked so we could access the house.

We usually stay in the Lake District if watercolor however, with prices doubling this past year we booked a charming home on the Publix side. To our surprise we really were happy with the home and the location! Seriously everything was perfect…. Accept the bedroom tvs. We never figured them out and we thing it was an internet problem. No follow up after we called for assistance.
This home has all the beach set up you need. Chairs, toys. And they have a great bar set up… Especially now that we left a few items of ours😜
We will stay here again. You have to book! ☀️☀️☀️

Beautiful home and loads of amenities to enjoy, despite the few days of stormy weather during our visit! We enjoyed the nearby dragonfly pool, Camp Watercolor, and tennis… very thankful for the golf cart! We have stayed in Watercolor in the past and love the amenities offered. This home offers a golf cart and two floors of a wrap around porch with swing. Unfortunately the home is lacking upkeep and cleanliness. Upon arrival we found sand on the floor at the side entry door into the kitchen. The downstairs bedroom had bed linens which appeared they had not been changed from previous the guest, thick dust on the fan and lamps, dust bunnies and hair next to the bed and in the closet, dust on the HVAC returns, and dingy bath linens. The kitchen fridge and freezer had mold on the inside door panels, the backsplash had food splatters, the cabinets had crumbs and used Elsa Ziploc bags. The chair rail has thick layers of dust. The upstairs had old M&M candy and a few puzzle pieces in the loft. A left over bag of trash was in the upstairs middle bath. A pile of sand was found in the upstairs back bathroom. The kids beds did not have mattress protectors. One of the beds frame were unattached so the bed was unusable the first night. We called the property management who sent out maintenance to fix the bed frame and a cleaning inspector the following day. It took myself and the maintenance guy to repair the bed frame. The cleaning inspector came with a change of linens for the bed and a hand held duster. She informed us that dusting the returns, baseboards, chair rail, changing out of dingy towels things like that were only done during the once a year deep cleaning. Therefore none of those items were remedied. We showed her a shower that had not been cleaned she swept the sand with her duster down the drain with no actual cleaning to the shower. The standard of cleaning during a time when fears are heightened with COVID should be elevated at the least performed in our case. During our stay the HVAC leaked from the drain on the indoor air handler. The HVAC tech fixed it at night while my wife and I would have wanted to enjoy a quiet evening. The water damage caused the floor to buckle pretty severely and they needed to put a blower fan for the rest of our trip.For the lack of upkeep and cleanliness the home should be rented at a much lower rate. The home had was dirty, there was light bulbs burnt out, nails sticking up from the floor, stopped up toilets all of which we reported upon arrival and never did we received a call back or problems resolved. Poor customer service. House poorly stocked.
