The rooms where not very cosy

Breakfast was good. The rooms very clean. No noise pollution. The staff extremely helpful.

No restaurant service. No phones to connect to reception.

Everything was as expected.

Room was clean, good size. Matched description. Owner and staff went beyond to help. Location was ideally located across from the train station.

Shower was small. Shower curtain would cling to your skin as you showered. Some noise from workers outside during afternoon, but was nothing that management could control. Stair mats need some safety maintenance. Breakfast was sufficient.

Super clean and tidy. Their restaurant serves delicious lunch and dinner.

Few veggie options for breakfast.

Loud music from the neighboring Casino till 2 am.

Only the location was fine. 10Km to Rhinefalls.

Room was small, with carpet on the floor, which can be heaven for the Germs, no room service after 8 PM, you cant even ask for a pillow after 8PM, no access to minibar or canteen. No escalators.

The rooms were clean and big. There was a supermarket nearby, and a train station opposite the hotel.

There was no airco, fortunately there was a good functioning fan. The hotel was located in an area with bad phone reception.

Reasonable breakfast. Good bed & pillow. Everything was SPOTLESS! (looked like it was new). Large parking across the street (the railway FREE parking) A plus: the Chinese restaurant next door
