Propiedad de 3 dormitorios situada en la segunda planta de un edificio ubicado a escasos pasos de la Gran Vía. El salón y comedor de planta abierta es muy luminoso y espacioso y cuenta con balcón. La cocina, separada de la sala de estar por un muro de cristal, está perfectamente equipada con todos los elementos necesarios.
Continuando por el pasillo, encontramos una habitación con dos camas individuales y un baño completo.
Seguida de una master suite con baño completo y vestidor abierto. Al final del pasillo se encuentra el último dormitorio con baño en suite.
Los check-ins tardíos tienen una tarifa especial y son pagados en efectivo cuando se llega al apartamento.
Check-in después de las 20.00 pm horas tienen un coste de 30 euros.
Check-in después de la 23.00 pm hasta las 10.00 am tiene un coste de 50 euros.
A tu llegada solicitaremos el pasaporte de cada huésped.
Si durante tu estancia necesitas una cuna o trona, por favor informa a nuestro equipo. Este servicio tiene un coste adicional.

There is nothing like staying in heart of a big city, the location was on point. The apartment was so spacious and we loved the kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and relax in between adventures. Very helpful hosts as well. We enjoyed our staff, thank you to such wonderful hosts !

Excellent apartment. Could not ask for more as to location, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Everything you need is within very short walking distance. Apartment was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. Highly recommend this apartment.

Located just off the Grand Via this VRBO is located one block from two grocery stores, the metro station, and has a local restaurant right across the street. The balcony overlooks the beautiful facade of an old church. A 10-15 minute walk from many sights. The VRBO also has a small elevator so taking your bags to the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you view floor zero as floor 1).

We loved the spaciousnous and cleanliness of the apartment, and great location in Centro Madrid near the Gran Via shopping areas. Apartment Manager, Cristina, was super nice and responded quickly to questions asked.
The beds were very comfortable. But you have to bring most of your own toiletries and kitchen paper towel. They give you just very basic like travel size shampoo, bath gel and toilet papers in each of the 3 bathrooms, a few dishwashing machine tablets and laundry wash pods. The rest you have to provide yourself including the coffee pods and sugar/coffee cream or milk.
Felt very safe as the police department is right behind us. The Chinese restaurant diagonally across the street on the corner has the best Chinese food in all of Spain! Love staying here and would come back to stay again in the future.

We arrived early and ended up leaving our luggage in a Yellow Storage locker nearby but the apt manager was going to meet us early to drop our bags, so that would have been convenient. The apartment itself is great. 3 bedrooms 4 bed, and each has its own bathroom/shower. The facilities are great! There is only a washer and no dryer. Well located and quiet on this street. Would recommend.

While our stay was short, we had a wonderful time exploring the city and staying at the gorgeous partner made it all the better! Great location tucked away off of Gran Via so it’s close to all of the major attractions and everyday shopping. Few blocks the other way and you’re immersed into quaint neighborhoods and their tapas bars and cafes.
The apartment itself was perfect! Clean, spacious, modern and totally comfortable. Easy to communicate, check in and check out. Quiet street too!

Everything about this rental was perfect - Katherine was supper efficient and provided us with local suggestions, not to mention, the location is so close to everything! The apartment itself is perfect for the Madrid heat, every bedroom has their own AC/shower which is extremely convenient. The spacious open layout and kitchen make it perfect for spending time with one another and preparing meals.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to those looking for the perfect place to stay in Madrid.

We were a small group, one couple and 2 friends so the facilities were perfect with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A very spacious, clean apartment.
We didn’t eat in but it appeared to have everything required for preparing a meal.

Lovely apartment literally a stone’s throw from Gran Villa. Comfortable, clean and warm. Main niggle was it was difficult to get into the apartment building because of a ‘challenging’ lock. Girl who met us and checked us in was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this lovely holiday home

Love the location. Close to everything. In fact, Callao Meteo station is so close! And regardless, we had no issues finding taxis, which plenty of them passed in front of the building at any hour, so convenient!
The owner was very pleasant. Showing around and explaining many thing. I wish I’d have had a manual left at the apartment. There is a police station close: safety is a plus. A restaurant across the street that is a must! They are amazing! Yet, there are plenty of wonderful restaurants and theatres around and so close to Chueca! Shopping stores are unique and made in Spain with best quality.

We had an incredible stay in this apartment, and the access to all of the wonderful offerings Madrid has was amazing. You can walk to La Gran Via, and simultaneously go in different directions to find amazing little neighborhoods, restaurants, bars, et cetera

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Early check in was super helpful for us. Close to lots of great stuff. Outside door was very difficult to use, but everything else worked as expected. Would stay here again.

Review of Madrid Centro Property
This property is clean, stylish, comfortable and centrally located. I stayed here with my husband, two teenage daughters, father, and brother. Each bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom which was great. Katherine and Cristina were wonderfully responsive and helpful. The apartment of close to everything you need. We really enjoyed staying here and I highly recommend it!

Great Place and Location
The property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and very conveniently located. Steps to metro, shopping, restaurants and even a grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. We used the transfer for both the airport and train station and both were seamless.

Fantastic apartment
We were a family of 4 visiting our daughter who was studying this semester in Madrid. Our arrival flight was in the morning and we were able to check-in early to a ready and clean apartment. Cristina graciously greeted us and provided us a tour and numbers to contact her if there were any problems. The apartment is spacious, and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It is the perfect space for a family like ours with 3 teenage children. The building is secure and located on a side street off the Grand Vie. The location is outstanding being centrally located to shopping on the Grand Vie and restaurants in the Malasana neighborhood. The street can be noisy at night with people; however, the bedrooms are situated in the area of the apartment where you do not hear anyone. Would highly recommend this terrific apartment

Beautifully designed modern apartment with an industrial designer touch. Very central in a small street near main shopping area on Gran Via. (Best small shops down side streets). There was good police presence everywhere across town which was reassuring. In Madrid it’s quicker to walk everywhere as traffic system goes around the houses a bit. The beds were very comfortable with “Tempur” mattresses. Lots of towels and great showers and lovely toiletries provided. We didn’t use tv or oven as went out to eat but kitchen very well equipped. Sofa and chairs comfortable and conducive for sitting about nattering. Can recommend Plaza Santa Ana for their authentic characterful bars. We also went to the San Miguel market which is fantastic and a highlight (12 minute walk from apartment ) . Visit Royal Palace, changing of guard is at 11am. Fantastic palace very ornate with plenty to impress. We had breakfast in Oriente before going into Palace. (14 minute walk to Palace from apartment).
Take your own map etc. as tourist info not provided in apartment. Go on Tourist bus it’s worth it and saves your feet.

Good location
The location is perfect for walking to major attractions. The place is clean and well kept. Christina was very kind and helpful . She let us drop off our luggage’s at 11:30 AM since our plane arrived at 9:30 AM. She gave us the key so we can come back after lunch.

Spent a week and had a wonderful stay at the well-appointed flat including a nicely organized kitchen. Check in w Christina was effortless and the view out the front of the leafy tree and church was pleasing to the eye. Air Con was a blessing given the heatwave! Nice bars and tapas just a stroll into Malasana, with Sol and Plaza Mayor a short walk in opposite direction. Grocery shopping was easy in El Corte Ingles basement. Well located near several Metros - felt as if we were living like locals. Would def stay again.
