To name a con I would rather have a closed bathroom to give more privacy

A beautiful hotel in the lovely Bunyola. Ines and Juan were both wonderful hosts as were all the other staff we spoke to. Nothing was too much for them and they went out of their way to help whenever we had requests. Thank you for a lovely stay albeit for only one night!

We had the warmest possible welcome when we arrived and were extremely happy with our room especially the views to the mountains and Palma. The roof top terrace was an added bonus. Breakfast was good with a good selection of buffet food and the addition of various freshly made egg options. The pool was a little smaller than expected, but was very clean and the pool area was always quiet and peaceful with this amazing mountain views all around. The best thing about this excellent hotel is the staff. All were so friendly and helpful and clearly very motivated in making everyone's stay as good as it could be. We ate in the hotel on 3 occasions and were very happy with the food - there was also some excellent local wine on offer to complement it.

Lovely staff that are always happy to talk and suggest you places. Relaxing atmosphere in the garden and by the pool and loved that you could enjoy the sound of nature. Exceptional breakfast and fresh juices.

Hotel's size, location, quiet environment, decoration, comfort, respectful and friendly personnel, good breakfast and availability of a cook at dinner time as well as availability of drinks if you decide to have a cosy evening.

Steep ramp to get to hotel's reception which makes very uncomfortable to move heavy pieces of luggage as well as no close parking. You need to get down a little hill to park in a public sandy area or try to fit your car in the hotel's parking which is impossible if you have a big car due to a narrow entrance on top of being 10 minutes walking distance.

The structure of the room is very strange - the size of the bathroom is bigger than the bedroom, in addition it is very disturbing that there is not enough privacy in the bathroom. Another thing, the photos give the impression that we are talking about a property with a wide and large garden, but in reality it is a small yard. One last thing, there is a difficult problem of accessibility, the closest parking lot to the hotel is 300 meters away, and going up the access road to the hotel with the luggage is difficult.

Beautiful property, lovely comfortable rooms, felt quiet, amazing pool and plenty of loungers. Exceptional staff. Easy to walk into town and plenty of amenities nearby.

Bathroom privacy

Well, we liked the location very much as it is really close to the center and to the train station. The garden with the pool were decorated beautifully. The hotel and the rooms are also very chick. The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely friendly.

This hotel has one problem and unfortunately it is not a small one. The toilet is basically inside your room. So the bathroom including wc are separated by a curtain from the bedroom. There is no air conditioning in the bathroom/wc part of the room so if you want to ventilate - it has to be trough the window next to the bed. They tried to separate the toilet using glass walls but they basically made it like a cabin with an open roof. So without ventilation it is a horrible solution. For me a NO GO for a premium hotel …

The location is amazing. The hotel has a great vibe. The staff was super helpful and the breakfasts were really delicious. Would definitely come again.

It was December and it was a bit cold in the hotel.

The welcome and service are excellent. The hotel is very well maintained and the breakfast is very good. We also received very good advice on where to have dinner.

The acoustic insulation of the rooms. Our room was very close to the entrance so we could hear the conversations of the various people passing by.

We had the loveliest stay, Ińes made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the town had lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend!

The access of the premises is via a somewhat steep footpath, only to reach on foot. For heavy luggage, you need to be trained a bit.😊
