és un lloc preciós i molt ben situat el personal és maquíssim l habitació de quatre preciosa els hostes de l hora de sopar fabulosos

la falta de respecte en els horaris de descans per part d altres hostes que no m han deixat dormir el matalás s ha de cambiar, no és cómode

Didn’t find the controller for the AC and it was a bit warm. Showers just in the first floor and I was in the third floor.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet and has all facilities you need. Centrally located. Quite new facilities

Well air conditioned especially for the hot summers in Menorca in August. Communication between staff and the owners managing the hostel have been nothing short of great. The hostel has been run really well

Nothing came to in mind

Location was great with walking distance to ciutadella and the bus stops, and friendly staff for sure (Alice). Rooms and common areas were clean, there is an elevator which is nice. Super chilled, not a party hostel for sure.

Even though there was AC in the rooms we couldnt control the temperature ourselves, everyone in the room was super hot, it was not at an ok temperature. I called the reception and it was still hot afterwards, i had to take the fan of the reception to bring to the room to make it better. Honestly for a hostel who doesnt offer much else (activities, breakfast, etc) and costs a lot in high season, the least is that you can sleep with comfort.
