Just know that you are near the beach promenade and it could be a bit noisy for some people. we were very happy here.

I have been to Baška Voda multiple times and I could frankly recommend this apartment mainly for its locations. It is also really suitable for couples vacation 👌🏻☺️

Despite small size of the room everything there was in place and very functional. Also the location is one of the best in town. The host found a parking spot for us and let us leave the car there for a few hours after we left. Great stay. Thanks

1. Sound isolation could be better. You can hear neighbors
2.. We live at the first floor. Water drops or peaces of food were fallen from the second floor. Should be some capturing element at the second floor
3. Parking is small. Neighbor can block your car and change plans ;-)

Perfect location, big room with balcony, very clean and fully equipped kitchen.
At some point there was no more hot water for a short period of time but it wasn't that bad.

We loved that the property was across the road from the beach. It had everything we needed for the time that we were there.
Tina was our host. She was very friendly and approachable at all times during our stay.
