Wi-Fi availability, staff attitudes towards us.

the rooms were different from what I saw in your website. e.g on the website it looked like the room has 1 double bed and 2 single beds whereas it was only 1 double bed 1 single bed.

I loved the location

Aircon not working and smelly carpet

There was a problem with the A/C and even going to 2 other rooms, it still did not work.

I wasn't the the best, we went and had ours across the srreet

Couldn't find warm edible coffe at night and it was freezing, all thar came out was black water with what seemed like cuddled milk. Plain black coffee not an option either, the sugar basket full of used sachets meaning housekeeping does not check when shift starts

Unfortunately, your beds are extremely uncomfortable. The blankets are worn out, and the pillows are old and no longer provide adequate support, resulting in discomfort for anyone using the bed. Given the importance of restful sleep for leisure or work purposes or productivity and well-being, I believe it would really be important that you address this issue ASAP. Upgrading the bed with new, comfortable bedding and pillows will greatly improve the overall experience for anyone looking to spend time here.
