The location of the Hotel was good

All worn out old style Hotel. Reminded me of the 1980s in China

Parking was a bit of a squeeze, more space should bre added. Also would have liked more pillows, they only provided one pillow per person.

Hotel was perfectly located right by the lake. Make sure you get a lake facing room as all other rooms face another hotel across the road. Room was clean although rather small. Parking facilities provided but at a separate premise with about a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. Starbucks adjacent to the hotel and 7-11 close by, so breakfast was sorted out each morning.

Hotel and facilities look rather worn and needs a makeover. Shower screen doesn't work well and the whole bathroom floor is always wet after a shower. The kettle in our room was oily and not cleaned properly - most likely, the previous guests used it to cook instant noodles :-( Poor sound insulation - I could hear the neighbours speaking all the time! One single restaurant only at the hotel with not much choice for meals besides the breakfast buffet that they serve.

My experienced was based on my expectations and i would like to give them a score of 9 out of 10. I like the most the bicycles on stand by and accommodating staff given that it is not easy for them to communicate in english. Good indication of how hospitable the staff.

The breakfast is a bit Taiwanese if they could offer more western food much…appreciated im not saying that Taiwanese breakfast is not good but we live also here in Taiwan and as a customer we are looking for a different taste of breakfast for a special occasions like this Christmas. The hotel is well decorated of spirit of Christmas but i hope we could also feel and taste it on the restaurant.

This is my second time staying here, and I'd do it again. The hotel is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They also did a great birthday surprise setup for my partner.

Breakfast isn't great. It was mostly okay one morning and very Taiwanese the other. The dinner was better though.

Great view and clean room! The view from the balcony is spectacular. The bathroom and bathtub is clean and comfortable!

Best view point to see sunrise from the lake ! And perfect view of the full lake !
