location was great - room was spacious had a good bathroom, breakfast was adequate

front desk not very welcoming - however the valet who brought our bags to the room was helpful

The quiet pool with no music..

Would have liked a bit more international buffet breakfast.. Would have liked a pool bar and a more stocked lounge bar.

Stayed for 10 night's towels and bedding were not changed at all took my own rubbish out need fresh linen regularly in excessive heat. Pool area ladders in particular need mending my husband and me both caught a foot in them no service at all around the pool

Location is great, my room was really big and the bathroom also has a large space. I booked the room with balcony but since we arrived late so only left one room with big but shared balcony on the groud floor for us which is fine.

I am really upset that the hotel charged my booking guaranteed credit card without informing me angthing, as I booked the room with the payment to pay at property. Upon Check-In FO only asked my passport didnt tell me anything or hotel information, he looks not familiar with front desk job at all, at Check-Out I was about to pay cash then FO told me already charged from my credit card, this is so unprofessional and cause me a lot problem, I am really disappointed with the hotel, and FO staffs. Plus the internet is horrible, barely can use it.

Hotel doesn't have beach

The location was 100% great for us. Near from sea, in few steps to the center, but more calm than in historical city center. The presence of its own territory of the hotel is also a big plus. And breakfasts — its possible to choose something fresh every morning.

First we were accommodated in a very small room for a week, although when I had booking I notice that the room size is 20m2. After the first night, Mr. Talgar moved us to the room that I saw at the pictures — it improved our experience. The quality of the cleaning would have improved the impression of the hotel. Everything else is okay, thank you for your hospitality!

The staff was nice and friendly, except of one receptionist, which is the reason of my bad grading for the stafft. The location of the hotel is the biggest plus.

I went to the hotel before I booked the rooms, in order to see the rooms first and possibly to negotiate about the price. When the receptionist gave me a much higher price, than I got from booking.com with the genius discount, I showed him the offer on booking.com and told him that I'm going to book online. At that moment, the receptionist got very rude and told me that it's impossible to have such a price and accused me that I entered the wrong dates. After that with no words he disappeared in a back room and seems like increased the booking prices, since I tried to book when he disappeared, but when I came to the final step, the prices increased, so I left the facility. After approximately 1 hour the prices on booking.com went back to normal, so this time I booked, without consulting at the hotel and it worked out. However when I came back to the hotel, with a booking confirmation with the price, which was impossible for him, he first let us wait for 15 minutes, before he started our check in and after 15 minutes of waiting, he was obviously not very satisfied to welcome us. As a regular traveller, I had never such a negative experience at any reception. Besides of that, the rooms were very small, not shown as on the pictures. (not sure though, if we were given the smallest rooms on purpose, due to the incident described above.. the hotel was not fully booked for sure)

Want to express our gratitude to Ekici Hotel! Special thanks for staff who were so caring and friendly to us! The room was clear and comfortable. The location was very convenient. Highly recommend to visit Çınarlar Plajı! We will definitely back again on our next vacation!

Best location in whole Kas! Seriously, you couldn't find a better location. The pool was great, I loved that we had a balcony. Very good value for money. I really liked the breakfast, which is traditional cold kavhalti. There aren't hot breakfast options. Fethie, the bell boy was amazing, he helped us change rooms, carried our luggages, helped with parking and even came outside and waved when he left. He was funny and kind and I hope he will once run his own hotel!

We had to buy our own pool and beach towels as they had none. The WIFI was really bad, so don't count on getting some remote work done from this hotel. One of the receptionist, a young guy wasn't too helpful when checking in or when we had questions. This might be because he didn't speak English. However, Fethie made up for this and he was very helpful every time he was working.

Location, price, view were good! We had a sea view room and it’s really nice.

Absolutely superb view of the Kas beach and the surrounding hotels, the room had almost full length windows on both sides, with a large balcony. Great room. Bathroom was also very good and spacious. The property had a very good pool as well. I honestly loved the location (5 min downhill walk to the beach) and the property and its rooms.

The property needs better communication. Hotel claims they have english speakers but they don't. Because of that, it's very difficult to translate requirements and get right touristic guidance. The breakfast wasn't anything special. Very basic. The AC wasn't working initially, the drawers weren't properly cleaned out. When I called to complain, i found out that the room phone doesn't work either. Then I had to go down to register these issues. The AC was fixed and the guy gave me his whatsapp number for any complains. I think rooms should be better prepared for incoming guests.

Wifi is so bad and slow Air conditioner in one of our rooms was not work and the weather was so hot and they didn't fix it

The staff were incredible and always available to support us.

The owner is poor at managing the finances at the hotel. We conducted an EFT to pay for the hotel as instructed. Concluding the payment to his bank, he asked us to pay again (twice) as the transaction was delayed. He placed us under pressure and stress as he was demanding we pay again. We ended up losing additional money in placing trackers on the funds as well as holiday time due to the owners inability to solve the issue with his bank where he placed the responsibility on our family.

Loved everything about the hotel. Comfy beds, great shower and a great breakfast. Was lovely to sit out on the balcony. Swimming pool was lovely to sit next to and relax.
