Location was great. service was very good. breakfast was adequate.

The room was a bit over priced. when we arrived we were given a room with a sea view as booked but the room was an absolute dump with a small sagging bed and broken furniture and no where to store clothing etc; if I’d have paid 700 for two weeks this may have been acceptable but for two thousand absolutely not. luckily they were accommodating and put us in a much better room however we had to choose between sea view and comfort. not a really big issue since we could enjoy sea view from anywhere on the property. There were lots of promises made on line that were not exactly true such as private beach. it’s not private it’s shared with the all inclusive next door and is accessible by the public. Again, not a deal breaker for us but but why say things that aren’t true.. The breakfast was very basic and preparation was hit and Miss but the service was good. Over all we had a great stay but I definitely think it was slightly over priced

There was no Hot Water!

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful sea views. very nice restaurant. Breakfast was good. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Some English.

Hot tub water was not hot at all: it was just jetted, which was a great disappointment and frankly surprising as it was out by a pool. The shower had one of those half shower doors and this one doubled down on stupid by having a little low shelf in the back that funneled water right on the floor. Also, if you wanted an early morning shower you had no hot water.

The breakfast is excellent, and very creative, the chef always on point, and the waiter always pleasent and great services, the whole staff in the hotel were always helpful.

Staff eager to please

There are no available room for quietness and functional a/c. I was given a nice room with a/c but other noise kept me awake and I had to shorten my stay. I couldn’t do what I planned because I was too tired to function

Breakfast was fine, and had a great ocean view.

Access to the beach was not easy and the hotel did not provide lounge chairs for the beach unless you ask for them to trek a lounge chair down the long path and staircase to the beach.
