Little oasis in the heart of Puerto Princesa, very central yet peaceful and quiet at the same time. Sorrounded by flowers and plants. Pool area is great and the restaurant too (we tried only breakfast). Staff super helpful and friendly

No hot shower and lot of mosquitoes due to trees and plants around but we really enjoyed our stay so much.

The all-inclusive feel. There are only 14 rooms so I like that it was less crowded. Very nice atmosphere with lush greenery and comfy rattan furniture surrounding a quaint pool. The restaurant and bar were a convenient addition

Limited wi-fi connectivity. No in-room telephone. However, requests had to be made in person which was only a short walk to the front desk. This hotel does not like to have guests order food delivery, and rather have food ordered from the in-house restaurant

Staff were exceptional. Location close to the airport. Easy to hail a tricycle for quick trip to town. Tours arranged by staff were phenomenal. Transfer and pickup were great. Timing is excellent. Transfer to airport is right on time. People in Palawan are nice and kind.

Water system emits a sulfur odor it seemed it came from sewer or some kind of water converter. I hated using hot water in the shower or use it to brush your teeth or drink. Some tricycle drivers without posting their rates are bad, not hotels fault. But know the average rate. If they know you are a tourist, they will take you for a ride. Food in the restaurant is a little high. Smoking in the dining area is not appreciated.

we had a wonderful week at hibiscus inn. The staff was SO nice and helpful all the time. The rooms were neatly cleaned and sufficient in terms of space and furniture. the restaurant is incredible - you can order food from all around the world, and it is really delicious and high quality. The breakfast has a variety of sets to choose from too, and all of them were really good. The staff helped us throughout the week, and we booked two day trips via the reception, which was very smooth! We also had massage two times which was great. overall, if you look for a place to stay in PP, this is the spot! We are so happy we chose this place and we will definitely come back! don’t even supply guests with a blanket just a sheet! I know it’s hot but just a sheet doesn’t make it very comfortable!need to get rid of millipede infestation. the screaming dogs were annoying but I understand because they’re owned by residents around the property

Very grateful for the early check-in kindly extended to us, very appreciated. The location of the hotel is good, close to airport and some restaurants. Liked the small garden and relaxation area around the swimming pool very much - peaceful and beautiful. The staff are super nice and helpful, very appreciated! The underground river tour was organized by the hotel with a local travel agent, and it was on time, well done and professional - very appreciated.

The room (king type) was very very dark, with a small window towards an internal courtyard, that cannot be opened. The flow of AC falls directly on you while in bed. There is a lot of space that seems wasted, and feels uncomfortable in such a dark room. The seating area in the internal courtyard of this room was not particularly pleasant, and not practicable during the rainy season. The pillows were very hard, and the general state of the furniture verges on the old. Similarly for the bathroom amenities - rusted shower, moving sink bowl, old furniture. However, the worst thing was the constant noise pollution from the neighboring houses: roosters stating around 2AM, dogs barking, people drilling and making construction works, school using microphone for activities next door, etc. It was very difficult to rest properly due to the above, unfortunately. The food served at the restaurant was not very good, with the exception of the "healthy breakfast" option. Everything else we tried was either under-cooked or stale or having no taste at all. Disappointing that the owner at the reception when checking out was not even interested to ask a feedback question on our stay. Nonetheless, we did appreciate the weekend, especially the relaxing swimming pool area.

Big compliment to the staff, they’re absolute the best! Food is good and affordable, cocktails are great, great service by the staff in every thinkable way (they even physically went to a dive shop for us to book dives, without us asking). They 100% get it! The resort is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Swimming pool is nice and the bar is good, even got some free snacks while drinking. Lovely atmosphere, I would recommend everyone to stay here several days.

Next to the resort is someone who has a rooster which has a malfunctioning clock, it starts at 4:00 AM making noise until the end of time.

Lovely setting with beautiful gardens. Very chilled vibe. Nice pool & great restaurant and bar providing nice range of food. Staff very helpful, approachable & friendly. Room was basic but had all that you need. nice hammock outside your room for chilling.

The dogs barking behind the building waking you early but only to be expected when the location is in close proximity to local housing. Bring ear plugs for a simple solution.
