Overall breakfast was ok location was ok everything was ok until it wasn’t ok

When I left I realized I forgot something in the room something very sentimental to me and I contacted to hotel and was told that the cleaners said it was not there. And was told the cleaners already left the property, I’m not at all happy with that

The sandwiches were wonderful and I found the staff not only friendly and helpful but empowered to make decisions in the interest of the customer. The owner actually went out of his way to be helpful to me.

the location was convenient for purposes of. y trip.

the door had a gap…so the wind blew in and people could also see in. The breakfast was terrible. many times there was no one at reception before 9am . the room was expensive and the website stated all rooms had a proper kitchenette and this one was 20m2 and should have had burners and pots and pots to cook but it did not.

The room was comfortable.

Reception was constantly unmanned, took me hours to find someone to ask to leave my bag after checkout and their attitude was as if I had asked something impossible. Breakfast was just a small sandwich from the bakery downstairs.

The breakfast at the bakery was nice. The staff was very helpful and got me set up with the taxi driver to take me around. The room was big and clean.

There were a lot of stairs, but otherwise it was very nice
