The rooms are big and clean and the breakfast is great. The room cleaners, kitchen staff and bag carrier are extremely nice but the main receptionist is working against this business, see comment below for why

They gave us two toilet rolls, and four towels for a family of six. The internet is a nightmare, it barely works. When you call reception to complain the guy performs some magic on his pc and comes up and it starts working for a while, then he says this has never happened, I try to explain, the kids do same and my wife does same but he says we are not telling the truth, wow. It seems to me that they provide the cheapest internet and if you do not complain they leave it at that and they seem to tell every client that this has never happened before. Other clients during breakfast equally complained about the quality of the internet and the rudeness of the receptionist. Going forward he becomes extremely rude just because we asked for the internet to be fixed. I honestly do not care about that but will never go there again, I cannot recommend this dual-faced personality.

Within walking distance of train station with rolling luggage. Lots of interesting things within walking distance. Two museums, the German embassy, a cathedral, shops and cafes. Breakfast was wonderful.
