En general me pareció muy bien
No me gustó que no funciono el internet y la pizza del restaurante por la noche está malísima

Está resguardo el estacionamiento, la ropa de cama era muy suave, las habitaciones cuenta con clima controlado pero con el abanico encendido no sufri de calor, se veía agradable la alberca, te proporciona toallas para el área de alberca sin costo (lo ví en los anuncios del cuarto)
No quedarme más tiempo para poder disfrutar la estancia

Nada, pesimo el servicio, un asco de empleados, ojo, no respetan las reservaciones, no me la aceptaron y me querian obligar a que rentata una habitacion doble cero recomendable

Most of services/facilities were unavailable due to lack of staff. No room service available for same reason, if ANYTHING was needed, we had to go to lobby to get it ourselves.
After giving this feedback back to receptionist, twice we were told that we could cancel and go someplace else, on second time we agreed and cancelled the reservation and went to hotel across the street which was an amazing stay. Not recommend this hotel, I’m not coming back.

Access to the unit and the cleanning… the shower had a lot of hair all over the place.

Room was fine for one night. Not bad at all. It was a last minute reservation. Price was good.
One of the rooms booked had a stain on the bed sheets, toilet not working and it smelled like sewer.

location. needed for a fight out. near the airport and they provide a courtesy van and you can leave your car at the facility under 24hr watch. Staff was extremely friendly!

Bed were really comfortable and spacious. Room very clean.
I went with my spouse to a party at Hermosillo so I book a room in this hotel, and everything you can imagine happened to me during my stay. It took me about 30 min to check in, because only 2 persons were checking in and a lot of guest were waiting. Finally I get a room, but when we get to it, the AC (heater) was cooling instead of heating. Bathroom doorknob was not working. TV Remote control was not working and phone was not working to report issues to reception. I got a room switch because of all this issues. However TV remote control was not working either on the second room and I think shower drain was clogged because the shower filled with water in about 15 minutes. At 3am when we went back to the hotel after the party, my room didn't opened, so I went to reception and got the card reconfigured. But even after this my room didn't opened. A technician had to go and open the door for us 30 minute later. Also wifi connection was awfully slow. Since I was not able to watch tv I tried watching the world cup final on my mobile, but I got a lot of connection drops so I had to switch to Mobile data.

Breakfast was fine.
The room stunk. You could smell sewer from the shower drain. Sheets were not fitted so you spent half the night on pure mattress. The room service food was horrible and we were hungry!
