Amazing property that is literally right on the beach. All of the beach toys you need, including kayaks are right there. Great communication with our host. Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for us. The ocean views and beach access could not be beat!

A quite location steps from the waves. Close proximity to famous beaches, Pipeline, Sunset Beach, 3 tables, Waimea Bay. Surfers paradise with plenty of snorkeling opportunities.

The name of the VRBO states it exactly: Beach House In Paradise. We just stayed here for a week (April 2023) and it worked out perfect. There were two couples and we each had a bedroom - only one shower, but it still worked out great as we still had a separate bathroom. The house is right on the beach - with a very large and lovely patio with hot tub. We drank coffee outside each morning and watched all the little crabs run around - and even had a sea turtle come sunbathe by us. So amazing! House is in a great location - half way between Honolulu and North Shore. Highly recommended!!!

Had a wonderful week stay at this property . Everything we could think of was available for our use. The beach was perfect ! The house was as close to perfect as a rented house could be ! Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would do differently is share the home with family or friends ( upstairs unit for rent & downstairs unit with shared common outside grounds ) That would of been more comfortable for me ! This property was perfect for us. The house was nice and the beds were very comfortable. However the absolute best part of this house is the back porch you a 10 feet from the ocean. We swam and snorkeled every day. When we come back we will 100% stay hete again.

I wish we had spent more time there to fully take advantage of the amenities and beach, but we certainly enjoyed the view and area. The property was squeaky clean. The only small issue is that the AC in the small room didn't work, but it didn't bother our kids at all. Otherwise, it was perfect. The beach house is super well equiped both inside and out. Mahalo!

The property had everything we needed. The beach behind the house was clean and safe and easy to access. We had a great time and felt safe. The property was clean and in good order. I would highly recommend my family and friends to book this property.

My wife and I and my parents stayed here for 1 week and it was wonderful! The location in terms of the beach and proximity to local stores and food is fantastic. Definitely close to the road so you get a lot of car noise from the bedrooms. The back patio and hot tub area were wonderful although it can be awkward depending on who rents out the other floor since they too have access and hang out in that area. We got very lucky and had 2 other people renting that we quite enjoyed the company of and got along great! On our first day there was a seal down on the beach not far from the house. We also saw many turtles swimming around. Overall it was a wonderful experience! Mahalo!

This property was everything the pictures showed. Crisp, clean, welcoming and the most beautiful outdoor space to spend relaxing and enjoying Hawaii. The views of the sunrises were the best we have ever seen our entire lives. The weather was amazing. We feasted on all of the local foods, went to Pearl Harbor, attended a luau, and countless other experiences. There was not one of our party of 5 that wanted to leave ☹️. We would definitely chose this property if visiting Oahu again!!

Great place on the beach! So beautiful. Even looked at booking it again next year, but unfortunately looks like it goes to the monthly rental. But it’s amazing!

I do not have enough words to describe how perfect this property is! Modern and up to date, clean, beautiful and perfect! The AC in one of the bedrooms went out and there was immediately a replacement brought in within hours. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing property. Absolutely the best outdoor patio with plenty of space and things to do. The beach is sandy with no rocks so you can literally walk out the back door and dive right into the ocean. The views at sunrise and sunset are amazing and if there is a full moon your photos will be magazine worthy. I highly recommend this property and will for sure be booking again.

We had a great time staying during our vacation in this property. Check in was flawless, great management, very clean cottage with beautiful backyard (ocean). We had a great time here and will do it again in the heartbeat. We had a little issue with WiFi dropping off, other than that everything was available and plenty of gadgets to cook and play with! Highly recommend this property ( bottom unit) for relaxing vacation. Elena

Great property in a laid back neighborhood. Beautiful, almost unreal view of the ocean with your own beach just steps from your back patio. Clean, well appointed and close to the North Shore . Lots of activities minutes away and plenty of space to relax with your friends and family

Great time here! No complaints. The water by the house was super fun to play in.

The beach house was just as described with many amenities including boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear. There were beautiful views and very close to North Shore for other activities

Cancellation policy was too strict and the WIFI didn’t work well, which both worked out to my advantage in the end.

Amenities within the house and grounds are nice, much more than many places we have stayed. The apartment upstairs can be a drawback unless you don't mind people overhead walking around all of the time. Beach nice and uncrowded, nice hottub, deck amenities.

We truly enjoyed our stay because of the beautiful property & how it perfectly accommodates our family of 5, the location & all it's beautiful scenery, & the way the locals made us feel comfortable, just like home. Mahalo nui loa for sharing the Aloha spirit with us!

This place was terrific for our family of four before dropping my daughter off for her first year of college. We didn’t love the neighborhood, but the location, well stocked kitchen, outdoor patio non the water, outdoor shower, beach visit accessories (towels, chairs, coolers) reusable grocery bags, laundry etc. was more than perfect. We even used the outdoor grill and although the gas wasn’t working, there was a back-up charcoal Weber. When we had a problem with the internet I wrote Travis and he replied almost immediately and was over to restart the router. I loved this place- and the monk seal that kept coming up to nap down by the public beach was touching.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. It was the perfect size for our family of four (including two teenage boys). We were lucky to have the property to ourselves as there was no one staying above us and the owners were away for time we were there. Quiet neighborhood and beach area, great for morning and late afternoon swims after visiting the North Shore areas. We had two Hawaiian monk seals visit our beach almost every day. Location is close to North Shore activities and lots of places to eat within 10-15 minutes. Loved, loved, loved the outdoor area right on the beach. There is lots of equipment for snorkeling, beach fun, kayaking, boogie boarding etc.

Let me start by saying the views from the back patio are amazing. Some of the positives of this house were that the beds were comfortable, the bedrooms have air-conditioning, the hot tub was a big hit with our kids, and all the beach and snorkeling gear were great to have while we explored the island. The negatives far outweigh the positives however, and all the people who gave this place an overall 5-star review must have very low expectations. The house had an overall dingy, unclean, and rundown feeling, as well as being in a rundown neighborhood. There was broken patio furniture, cracking/peeling shower floor and a crazy broken ice-maker to name a few negatives. However, the worst experience was the nightly scratching and squeaking coming from behind the kitchen cabinetry. The place is infested with mice or rats, as evidenced by the entire corner of my beach bag being horribly chewed while we slept to one of my favorite dresses, that I accidentally left on the bathroom floor, having one large chew holes right in the front. We initially planned to stay all 7 nights, but decided to leave early and pay for one night at the Turtle Bay Resort, which was a great choice. My family and I would not stay here again and would recommend others find another rental. I will say that if the owners put some money into this place to make some minor repairs and updates, it could be a much more enjoyable stay.

We just returned after our 9 day stay at this lovely home. Everything is described accurately. And the pictures don’t do the view justice. You literally can just walk right out your back door and relax. The house was the perfect size, beds were comfortable and the house clean. Loved our location too. It’s close to everything. The kitchen is really well stocked, so check the pantries before buying coffee filters, condiments and spices. They have snorkels, fins, beach chairs etc all available as well. Communication was great.! I emailed several times and always got a prompt response. The only thing we struggled with is the parking. It’s tight getting in and out as the house sits on a curve. But it’s a minor thing once you see the view! Thanks for a great stay!

This property is the PERFECT place to stay if you don't want the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. It is a beautiful home on the beach with an amazing sunrise view! Everything was clean and so many things are provided that you will want for nothing. The owners are very responsive! We needed a blanket and it showed up within hours or our request. The property is close to so many fun beaches, shopping and restaurants.

The house was what expected, great view and came with everything we needed from toiletries to drink mixes. Hot tub was broken on one side but still useable. Furniture was old and mildly uncomfortable but we only cared because we had bad weather for our stay. We had to buy a universal remote because the tv remote didn’t work. The patio is what you pay for, if you are unlucky like us to have bad weather it isn’t worth the money. If your weather is great it is a great getaway. If you want quiet this is the place if you do not have people renting the upstairs. It can get quite loud in the master bedroom (bed very comfy) If you want touristy stuff you will need a car. HomeAway refused to give us our deposit back stating they had. 12 emails with 6 different people later I disputed it with my credit card and got it resolved after 4 months.

What a wonderful home. Very kind host, gorgeous views and a perfect beach for us to relax and enjoy paddle boarding, snorkeling, sand castles and swimming. Can’t wait to come back.
