If I had the option of 10 stars, I would give it, it is excellent in all aspects, starting with the location, centralized hotel, you can walk all over the center without needing a car, when you arrive at the parking lot, reception staff already come to help, when you enter the hotel the smell of cleanliness hangs in the air, the people at the front desk are all polite, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast feels like a mother's house. My only subject is that there could be an electric iron at the entrance to lend to guests.

The tv does not have a sports channel, no hair dryer, The light near the mirror is not bright enough, it was very difficult for my husband to shave, does not have a safe box.

Benevenuto palace hotel is very good place to stay at all , the reception is very good , the room is nice and clean , we found water in the refrigerator, the parking lot is accessible, I’m very happy, I recommend for anyone!!!

Breakfast was great!

Although the staff did not speak English, they did their best to accommodate us and our needs. We were in town for a wedding and the town is very small and rural so we had low expectations. The hotel is in a good location but the people and friendly staff was the highlight.
