La zona ea muy tranquila y segura para andar de noche . A 10 min del mandela square. El hotel muy limpio y lindas habitaciones. Buena relacion precio calidad

Si bien es una zona tranquila, esta alejada de los lugares a visitar ( nada q un uber no solucione).

Unfortunately I never ate breakfast, because I felt I wanted to rest and eat later after completing my assignment there.

The food, in fact that was my only problem, eating French fries everyday was becoming too hectic for me, no rice meal, am a Ghanaian and so had to send for a food I can enjoy at least. They could even provide some Chinese style fried rice so that we can also enjoy the eating there.

Everything was easy to get and was accessible. there was a lot of places close by

Noisy people in the hotel hallway screaming, laughing and running at 2 AM The room next to mine was smoking Hubbly in the room I reported it and the staff did not do anything to it. There is no plugs near the bed to charge your devices. Cleaning staff entering my room without the "clean my room" hanger on the door (if she came in 5 min earlier I would've been naked as I was busy dressing which would of been a different conversation) The breakfast was somewhat OK - the food was a bit dry (bacon especially) and there was a constant wait for food because the food warmers where empty. I think I would rather take my money and spend R 120 for a breakfast and coffee at wimpy

I found it very odd that there were no phones in the room to call room service. If someone is in the corridors you can hear even when they try to whisper No assistance offered with luggage No tea option, I remember correctly just coffee My reservation number was not requested, it was basically a new reservation when we got there. Made me wonder! So what was the point of making reservations ahead of time?! I booked smoking but we wer place in a non smoking section. Oh and the icing on the very bad cake…had to carry our luggage up 2 stairs with zero concern from the person checking us in. She Didn’t even ask if we needed help with our luggage. We went out for the event that was the main reason we’re staying there, and when we came back we couldn’t recall the actual room number, so I went back down to ask the receptionist on duty at the time. Her response was less than desired. As I handed her the card key to please check the room number, she just said in response “ What is your room number🤔😡answering my question with the exact question I posed to her??? For a Road lodge in Sandton, I was left speechless. They need to know that not all their guests are used to mediocrity
