The condo is in a great location and access to beach is great! The unit could improve by getting smaller furniture and better mattress's on beds. Also they need to add storage in bedrooms for your clothing items. We did enjoy our stay.

The condo itself was nice. All of the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Maintenance had to be called due to the master bath drain being clogged and flooded the floor. The hot tub stopped working. Few days later maintenance was called again due to the ac going out. We were moved to a different unit in a different building. That unit was outdated and a cheaper price, but we were not offered any type of refund despite being moved to a cheaper priced condo. Both units needed to be cleaned better.

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

We enjoyed this place and quickly moved up the list for one of the better condos we have stayed at in Fort Walton. This will be at the top of our places to return.The only issue, no fault to the condo or management company was the water issue due to construction caused us not to be able to use one shower.

We loved it last time, in 2022, but the renovations were perfect! Definitely 5 stars! Beautiful condo, super clean, perfect location. Soooo relaxing. The couch was soooo nice to have plenty of room for all of us. Everything was just perfect. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever. The new table and chairs were so nice and so comfy. Also the washer and dryer were so nice and big, versus those tiny ones in most condos. The complimentary umbrellas and chairs were so nice. Jake (the umbrella guy) took great care of us. Also, we ate at Old Bay Steamer across the street and the food was amazing!

This was our second time staying in Summer Place 302. This is the best and nicest place we've ever stayed. The unit is spacious and updated with wonderful views overlooking the pools and the ocean. The third floor is perfect for either taking the elevator or the stairs and there are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door.
Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Brooks and Shorey is great to rent through, but this wasn't my favorite condo rental. Loud to up to 1 in the morning, chair rental not helpful, bathroom needs update, but the facility was good and pools were always excellant

As a family, we have stayed in many of the resorts along the Ft. Walton beach area and I have to say 302 has probably been our favorite. We loved the kitchen and the living room, especially the couch, which was probably my favorite part. The only complain would be the size of the beds in the third bedroom. I think some extra furniture was added such as small dressers, which left less room for the beds and also made the room feel smaller. Most of the dressers were unused due to us just living out of suit cases anyway. Other than that, we will definitely be booking here next year.

The location on Okaloosa island was great, no huge crowds. Beach service was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for families. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio furniture was colorful and plenty of seating. View from patio is outstanding. We loved the condo, will try to come back.

Our condo was just beautiful and very very clean. Beautifully decorated too. The beds were very had every single thing we could possibly have wanted or needed. Huge balcony. The 2 pools were wonderful as well as the hot tub was an added bonus. The location was close to the pier and also several restaurants. Go to Stewbys! It's so good. And Fubar for pizza and the putt putt/ice cream place too! Couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. Definitely going back again! Thanks for a wonderful week at Summer Place 302!

The weather was perfect, the place was nice. I was just surprised at how dirty the place was especially the floors. We could not go barefoot in the condo as our feet would turn black. The whole place could use a good scrubbing. It was obviously just gone over quickly too many times.
As the owners paying a cleaning crew to keep your standards up I would be looking for another company.

Best Condo in the place
Unit 302 is the best unit in the building. How do I know? I visited other friends staying at Summer Place and none compared. HUGE TV the main room and big screens in all other rooms. Kitchen utensils were above and beyond. Had a great stay. You will not be dissapointed.

The 2nd sink in the master bedroom was stopped up. Other than that we totally enjoyed the condo and furniture. The view was fantastic. Love staying at summer place because it's not so big. Seems to be a little bit more private and you have access to everything. We've been coming there for years.
