We had a great stay in this lovely villa. The pool & outside area is much bigger than the pictures suggest. We had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The local beach is just a 10 mins walk away. Where there are some lovely places to eat. We’d love to stay here again.

Very few restaurants in area, supermarket too far away. Host wasn’t very friendly and there were rats in the garden. Host had cameras inside the villa so there was no privacy and you couldn’t relax, we found it very creepy especially as my granddaughter was with us. If you request a taxi it won’t turn up as it can’t find the villa and after 6pm no chance at all.

We had a lovely stay in the villa at the end of June. Beautifully light and airy with a lovely pool and garden area with areas in both the sun and shade. Only 5 minutes walk from the fishermans huts with great swimming and snorkeling and only 15 minute walk to the lovely beach with a few good beach bars and restaurants right on the edge of the town. Paul, the host, was there to great us and was readily available and easy to contact if we needed anything. Good location for travelling around the island and into town. Only half an hours drive from the airport. Nice quiet location. A lovely villa to stay in.

We booked Paul's Villa in January and right from the start Paul was helpful, the Villa is beautiful, stylish, clean and loads of room. Lots of outside space for everyone, we came with 3 small kiddies who loved the pool. Lots of TV channels for the kids to watch as well, I have 2 older kids and they loved all the space there was. Paul as a host was great and very helpful and always at the end of the phone if need be. The Villa has everything you need, real home from home. We chose this location as we know the area well and love the beach at Port De Torrent, you are close to everything, you would defo need a car though for shopping and going into san antonio.Taxis do come and we used this a few times. Cala Bassa & Cala Tarida a short distance away. Would defo stay here again thank you Paul.

We had a lovely week in Ibiza, where we have previously stayed in villas before. Villas with pools are so nice as you can relax, you don't need to be regimented by set meal times or high restaurant prices. The villa has all the fundamentals - location good, amenities good, layout good and a lovely pool and garden. Paul was a welcoming host. We were the first let of the season, and there were/are a fair number of teething issues that I understand will be resolved. With those fixed, and a little refresh, this is an excellent property.

The villa was nice and spacious. Lots of room for families / friends. Pool great and outdoor space was large. Although the floor outside becomes very sloppy when wet which can be dangerous with kids. Bbq was great we made good use of that.

Second stay here at this amazing villa. Paul the owner is amazing from start to finish. Highly recommended.

If your looking for a property to relax, unwind from life....sunbath naked and enjoy a week off tranquility! Spacious. Clean and very private. Highly recommend Alma beach which is a Five minute with amazing subsets. Top tips. If you want to explore then you will need to have some type of transportation. Bike scooter or car. The taxis are OK at times. Woukd I rebook. Yes very much so.

The villa was clean, spacious and in the perfect location. This is the second time we have stayed here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very accommodating host

Paul was a great host, answered any questions we had. The villa is a amazing, our family loved every minute of it, we were quite happy to stay in a couple of nights and have a bbq with some drinks. The villa is really well equipped and clean. The outdoor area is a really relaxing place to be. The villa and pool are much larger than the pictures show. Great stay

Great villa. Very private pool area. Walkable to beach and local restaurants (and water park for the kids). Would recommend a car for supermarket shops and going further out. Highlight of the holiday was trip out on Paul’s boat.

Paul was an awesome host. Available, friendly & helpful. The house was perfect for us - space, layout and finishes were great. The kids loved the pool!! We love the location - walkable to the beach and Alma Sunset restaurant. I would highly recommend.

Had an amazing week at this property. The villa has everything you can ask for and thank god for the air con as the week we were there was an absolute scorcher. Literally the only thing anyone needed was a thicker cover on the beds as nights can get quite cool with the air con on and whilst we adjusted this a warmer cover on the beds would have been great, 2 rooms had extra blankets but the other 2 rooms didn't. We spent everyday by the pool and I was surprised how much bigger it is than how it looks on the pictures, it really is a beautiful setting and the outdoor seating was used so much and the fact it is shaded was a god send. The location is on the quieter side of Ibiza but just down the dirt track is a beach with bars and restaurants, we ate at the steakhouse (La Viejo Gallo) and twice at True Jungle Restaurant and the food at both was amazing. We went into San Antonio a few times on the water taxi, of which the last boat for San An is at 5.30pm from the water sports dock at Port Des Torrent beach. Would highly recommend hiring a car as getting taxis were a problem anytime after 6pm and we spent one evening trying to flag one for 2 hours for dinner reservations we had in Cala Tarida to no avail and we had to give up and stay in Port Des Torrent for the evening. For taxis earlier in the day Paul's contact Nick was used a couple of times and we also managed to get a taxi on the Taxi Click app before 5pm, but after about 6pm you've got no chance of getting a taxi on the taxi click app hence why we used the water taxi as we knew that came at 5.30pm to the little beach about a 5-10 minute walk from the Villa. The closest large supermarket we found was the Suma in Cala De Bou, about a 30 minute walk or 5 mins in a taxi if you can get one. Several smaller shops scattered around approx 10 mins or so walk. Would definitely return but we would definitely hire a car as everything is down one road really towards San An so driving would be quite easy around the area. All in all I would definitely return and Paul was excellent if I contacted him and also gave us advice on the area if we had any questions.

Very Hot , lovely villa , excellent pool ideal for families, all the mod cons you could need for a holiday. Only draw back is you need a car for the shopping, no supermarket near . Cheers..

The villa of Paul is really really nice and the perfect place for your holiday. It has everything you know and is completely in the style of Ibiza. Paul (the owner) is a very nice and helpfull guy, who helped us a lot with everything! We will come back for sure!

The property was perfect! Comfortable beds and pillows and soft linen. The pool is stunning and really clean, comfy sun loungers and short walk to a stunning beach. Really have no complaints, everything worked great and brilliant help and advice from Paul! Can't wait to come back!

Great villa, close to beach, definitely need a car for supplies though as there were no shops in walking distance (possibly covid related though), to carry several bags back in the heat. But a wonderful villa with lots of space for two/three families pool and terrace great for entertaining - thanks again

We stayed for a week at this fantastic villa. The villa was really clean and tidy with a fabulous outside area and pool. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk to the beach which is great. The beach has 3 or 4 beach bars/restaurants which all have great drinks and food and the sunset is really special. There are further restaurants if you walk up past the small shopping centre. I would advise using Nick who works with Paul for taxis as some of the taxi drivers struggle with the location. Paul was really responsive when we asked various questions and took us to the supermarket when we arrived so we could buy everything we needed. Great villa and would highly recommend.

Very cool contemporary house with swimming pool. 5 minutes walk from a non crowded crystal clear water fishers cove to dive every morning. We loved our it.

Paul was a fantastic host who was very flexible with us on our arrival time. Our flight was canceled and we ended up getting in 12 hours later at around 00:00 but Paul was able to meet us without any problem. The house is as beautiful as it looks in pictures and has plenty of space for a group. It is very close to the water and a beach is just a short walk away. It was a bit hard to get a cab to the location but otherwise, it was a beautiful place to stay. When we come back to Ibiza, we will certainly look to stay with Paul again.

Excellent holiday, lovely location with everything you need close by. Quiet and perfect for families with traditional Spanish culture. The villa was great and suited all our needs and the hosts were very attentive. The only criticism is that the outside could do with a little make over eg.a fresh lick of paint and some new sun loungers as there’s were quite worn.
