Casa bem mobilada com tudo o que é necessário, meus filhos adoraram as piscinas mesmo á frente do prédio onde as espriguiçadeiras eram desinfectadas logo que ficavam vagas. Boa localização num condomínio calmo com minimercado e pastelaria perto. O Sr. Filinto é muito simpático e sempre disponível.

Très calme (très peu de personnes dans l'immeuble )Situé au 4ème étage procure une vue sur la mer et l'horizon et pas de vis à vis. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil fut génial . L'appartement correspond exactement à la description faite sur le site et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin au niveau de l'équipement. L'appartement est agencé avec beaucoup de goût. Si on devait accordé une médaille je donne mon accord à Monsieur Filinto Je ne pense pas avoir eu meilleur accueil ailleurs.

Just back from a week in Filintos lovely apartment every thing was just perfect super clean and modern a wonderful place to relax with Taviras restaurants and bars within easy reach have visited Tavira twice before but this was by far the best place we have stayed in hope to go back again soon Charles Jackie and Katy thank you Filinto for sharing your lovely home with us

Condomínio seguro, calmíssimo e bem localizado. O proprietário, o Sr. Filinto Fernandes, é muito simpático e sempre disponível. Espero para o ano repetir a experiência! Idéalement placé, résidence excellente pour famille.

A limpeza foi o aspecto mais importante, assim como a disponibilidade do proprietário o Sr. Filinto. Tudo estava conforme o discrito na apresentação do imóvel. As piscinas são muito boas para férias em família. Sem dúvida um contacto a manter para agendar outras férias. Tudo muito bom.

Clean and well equipped apartment on a lovely complex.

Très bel appartement, propre, bien équipé et bien décoré. Très bon accueil du propriétaire Mr Filinto, ponctuel, parlant Français et attentionné.

Gostei imenso, tudo muito limpo e organizado. As piscinas são excelentes ideal para família com crianças. O Sr. Filinto muito prestativo. Voltarei com a família com certeza. Para o ano há mais.

The apartment is located out of Tavira, good 25 minutes walk to downtown. When you have car , easy to find parking, although we were in off season. The apartment it self is very well appointed with all amenities, regular old fashioned coffee maker and expresso machine. Super clean

We enjoyed very much our stay at Mr. Fernandes’ apartment. He was so helpful, kind, and at disposal to assist us for any need. The apartment was perfect for our needs with a lovely view, well equipped, and very clean. We hope to come back.

The apartment is a 25 minute walk from the centre of Tavira (we timed it one evening!). But that is the single drawback if I had to mention any - plus a very busy roundabout just at the complex entrance but once you learn how to manoeuvre that and take the little back access road behind the shopping complex (not the busier road with the rail overpass) then it was no bother. In any case a taxi back was only €5 and once we got to town we rarely came back until evening time. The guys in the complex reception called all taxis we needed. The complex has a good supermarket at the entrance and a good bar/cafeteria where we ate at least one evening. We never got to try the restaurant as we had so much to do but it looked great as did the food.The guy who owns the apartment was a lovely man and couldn't do enough for us - as is the case with any Portuguese we met. Apartment is on the fourth floor but there are lifts just as you come in so we never took the stairs.We were leaving by taxi at 7:30 am at the end of our stay and he was there to sort everything out with us at 7:00 am. Lots to do in Tavira - nice restaurants, charming streets and good bars.We would come back here again and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely one bedroom apartment just outside Tavira. The balcony is small, but with a fantastic view over the river and Ilha de Tavira to the sea. It has a great pool area with plenty of sun beds. There is a supermarket, nice bar and restaurant all within 2 minutes walk. Tavira town is a good 25 minute walk which was fine as the weather was good and worth it as the town is very pretty with a great choice of restaurants. The ferry trip to Ilha de Tavira is also a must for 2 Euro return. We would definitely use the apartment again if we go back to Tavira.

This was the third time we had booked a self catering apartment in this complex. The apartment was very similar to the previous places we had stayed, and the price was similar. However, I was very aware of the sparse and basic standard of the kitchen equipment and utensils, the basic standard of the bedding & pillows, the limited English channels on the TV and the very slow WiFi speed. I had to use various cafés in town to do the work I needed to do while I was in Tavira. Filinto was welcoming and friendly, and was excellent at communication via email. His spoken English was very limited, so we communicated via email. It would have been nice to have had some basic utilities at the apartment when I arrived, but there was nothing in the cupboards, left perhaps by previous occupants as we have fund in other places. I therefore needed to purchase everything for just a week's stay: salt & pepper, olive oil, insect repellant, sugar etc.Of course I used very little of what I purchased and had to leave it when I left. I would have hoped some of the basics would have been in the apartment when I arrived. Even some instant tea and coffee would have been welcoming as I arrived in the evening. The crockery and cutlery were also very limited. I think with a little more attention to these details this apartment would be more homely and welcoming. With so many more options of places to rent in Tavira at the same price I am not sure I would rent this place again

Property was mostly redecorated bathroom was very clean. Rooms were comfortable. Apartment block was OK with lifts and stairs. Nearby cocktail bar was perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Supermarket just across the road too. Location to main centre is a good 15 to 20 minute walk but worth it. A traditional Portuguese town with lots of bars and cafes and restaurants to choose from. Would definitely recommend the apartment and tavira to friends and family. It's only a 4 instead of a 5 because of the walk into town bit if you have a car or don't mind taxis it's not a problem at all
