Location close to Penrith CBD and public transport.

Initially, a little confusing to find. No on-sight parking, [or very little but wasn’t told must be booked in advance] had to walk with luggage etc from down the street.

An amazing hotel. The room was fantastic, had all the amenities one could ask for. The hotel staff were always extremely hospitable and friendly maintaining a professional and understanding attitude even though sometimes I’d collect the new key at the 11th hour. The hotel was alway clean, the housekeeping staff polite and respectful. Over all my extended stay at QUEST Penrith was memorable and highly enjoyable 10/10

That I was not able to stay longer

Location was perfect! So close to the trains and shops. The room was perfect! Everything we needed for our stay. Staff were more than helpful and the cleaners did a great job on a daily basis.

Roomy room

They double charged me the day before , no parking available and had to park in the street about 400m away , the cleaners did not put all stuff away from dishwasher. We thought they just had sparing the utensils then next morning when we were putting stuff in dishwasher we found all the stuff. I wasn’t there to do the cleaners job I was there to relax. Two lights were blown in the room so bathroom lighting was not correct

Loved that it was less than a minute walk to find great pizza for dinner and some dessert. Bed was comfy. Great location. Missed out on parking but was directed to a great spot to leave my car. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were professional, detached and thorough. There was a take or leave it attitude. Quest Penrith is opposite the railway station so fine if trains are your thing but tough if freight train whistles wake you at night. We asked for a queen bed and got two king singles pushed together but unfortunately the bed linen didn’t stretch that far so rumpled and uncomfortable sheets were the go at night.

"Not obvious credit surcharge" The fact that there was a credit surcharge. It would be much better customers to let customers know , i.e. to state clearly when they pay ( I paid in advance) that Amex attracts a surcharge. I did not know this until I received the invoice after our stay

The location was perfect and having an allocated parking space was really convenient. Your reception team was very accomodating, kind and helpful. We were within walking distance to Penrith Westfield so we had the convenience of having our breakfast & dinner there. We also walked to the massage parlour and back. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I would definitely choose Quest Penrith again in our next trip. Highly recommended if you're travelling for work, business or even as a family.
