Unidad de esquina en el piso 11 con vistas de 180 grados sur y oeste del Golfo de México desde la cubierta envolvente; Puestas de sol panorámicas (no hay rascacielos junto a nuestra vista)! Disfrute de vistas directas del golfo o la bahía desde todas las habitaciones. Master con cama king, terraza, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha, y vista al mar. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado contiguo y terraza. ¡Nuevos colchones en cada habitación a partir del 9/2019! Gran piscina, gimnasio bien equipado, canchas de tenis, parrilla-pabellón, rampa para botes y muelle. Perfecto para familias, parejas, snowbirds. Los alquileres de verano requieren reserva de sábado a sábado. Mascotas negociables con aprobación del propietario.

The location of the condo was perfect. The beach was a very short walk away. The pool was big and never crowded. We loved everything about the location and the condo. The condo had everything we needed for an awesome vacation.

We LOVED this property and had one of the best FL vacations we've ever had here. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Condo was clean and STOCKED so well- the wet bar and separate ice maker were clutch. Sound was not an issue, kitchen and living room were spacious. Views from balcony were awesome. Property is well maintained, beach was not crowded with people on top of you and the pool was never overrun with people. Distance to restaurants and shopping was very convenient. The covered parking space was great and never had an issue finding a spot for second family's vehicle. We will definately be returning to this condo.

It’s a beautiful spacious condo, nice complex, lots of restaurants around and beautiful views from every side. We greatly enjoyed our stay!! Hope to be back next year.

The listing does not do this place justice! It was so beautiful and the views were gorgeous. It was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This condo was awesome. It was clean, very roomy and well stocked. I'm allergic to mold so I was a little concerned about the comments from June, but there was not any. Of course it is a condo at the beach that many visitors use, so there is work that constantly needs to be done. But overall, it was an awesome condo... and I've stayed in many down there. The owners communicated well and we were very happy with everything overall. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great location, well stocked kitchen
We were very impressed with the condo - the location, the amenities, and the kitchen was well stocked (more about that later).
Some of the furnishings were a little worn, and the towels had detergent marks/fading on them, but really, in the grand scheme of things that wasn't our priority and wasn't a detraction for us. We're just not that type of sticklers for perfection. I only mention it because, you know, some people might frown upon that. Whatevs.
We were thrilled for the location, especially the patio for morning coffee, the pool was fantastic, and check in/out was so smooth. Seriously, it was a great time.
Now, more about that kitchen. We've stayed in places that claim to have a "fully stocked kitchen" but you get there and there's always something missing (hello, where's the spatula?!?). This place had everything and it felt like we were staying at a friend's house because there were spices and coffees that previous guests had left behind. Someone had even left can coolies, so it was like you were in a friend's kitchen. It was just great. If we ever get back to the beach, we'll absolutely stay here again.

your place needs a deep clean and make over and declutter
The check-in was difficult and we called the owners to clarify, they did call the confused front and resolved this issue. There is mold in the master bath shower and ceiling, the carpet has stains on them, and the sliding glass doors' metal brackets portion on the bottom needs to be cleaned. The bathroom showers all had mold in them. Even the light switches were dirty. Great view you need to put some money in this place and deep clean, paint it, replace carpet and fix broken cabinet. clean the tile throughout and pictures. De-clutter the walk-in pantry so it can be utilized during a week's stay. The new refrigerator showed up unannounced while my 17-year-old daughter was there alone. We canceled our outing for the day to return and be present while refrigerators were emptied out and a new one was replaced. Then we had to put our food in coolers as it took 24 hours for the Refrig to cool down. We texted the owner and inquired about the refrigerator and the response was apologetic and I was supposed to call you yesterday.

2022 family vacation
The refrigerator broke and we had to go buy coolers for our food. There is quite a bit of mold on the ceiling of the master shower. But other wise the views are beautiful and the condo was nice.

The owner worked through really well us regarding our stay after a mix up.
We enjoyed our week at this area on the beach. There are breathtaking views and a beautiful beach ! We enjoyed the facility. The only improvement would be a warmer pool. It was not warm enough for swimming.

Great views, comfortable condo!!
We had a great week at Perdido Key. Lots to do within minutes of the complex! Flora-Bama, trails, tennis, spent time on the beach and loved the incredible views of the ocean and bay!

Great Vacation Spot
The condo was great!!! It was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was great and very well stocked. Lots of games for the family. We were a family of 5 adults and we had plenty of room.

Perfect Family Vacation
We spent a week in this beautiful condo in gorgeous Perdido Key - we would recommend the rental to anyone wanting a perfect place with breathtaking views - the owners could not have been more attentive to every question we had - superb experience - thank you again for the wonderful memories ❤️

Perdido memories 😎
Despite the hurricane in Florida we had time to enjoy the beach every day. There was a nice breeze every day and the water calmed down for us. It was perfect for the granddaughters not so hot! Andrew was great with the beach chairs! The sunsets and fireworks were great off the deck!! Beautiful views looking west. So nice to have so many views!! Was the best vacation with plenty of memories, great views, and many blessings from the maintenance man who was so sweet!! 😎

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. The owners were quick to respond to our questions, and the location was a quick walk to the beach and short drive to activities and restaurants.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view
After all that 2020 has handed us, we almost didn’t get to make this trip. I didn’t realize how much we needed a getaway until we got to the beach. The condo was everything and more than we could have hoped for. It is beautifully decorated and the view of the Gulf and the bay is breathtaking. Thank you so much!

2020 Summer Vacation
The condo was spacious, well appointed and most important, comfortable. The view was spectacular from outside covered porch as well as inside family room and dining area. Kitchen was well equipped but somewhat cramped with two or more in area. We travel with a pet and this was by far the best pet friendly accommodation we have stayed at. The pool is a good size with plenty of lounge chairs. The access to the beach was the most convenient of any prior locations. Would not hesitate to return for a future stay.

Family Wedding in Gulf Shores
The property was clean and the balcony had an awesome view with comfortable seating. Bedrooms were spacious and each had their own bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Love the ice maker. It came in handy when preparing the cooler for the beach. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was nice. Pool was nice and we liked how it was shallow on each end then was deeper in the middle. Beautiful and comfortable.

Fantastic view and lovely, spacious condo!!!
Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The deck was absolutely the best! It was spacious and we enjoyed the 180 degree view of the ocean and the bay. The condo had three beach chairs for us to use, which were super comfortable. They also had beach towels, which was so nice that we did not have to bring any. Definitely bring along toilet paper if you have a longer stay, as there was only one roll per bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, pots and pans. We also enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The sand is white and powdery soft. Grocery stores are within 10 minutes and we also enjoyed going to the Hershey’s Ice Cream Shoppe.

Our stay at Perdido, Fla.
We had a very good stay. Everything was just like the description and pictures showed. Your security man was also very helpful when we arrived ( was after office had closed) didn't know where to go. He got a cart and help us get luggage to our condo. Would love to come back and stay longer. Thank your for your sharing your condo with us.

My husband and I took our daughter and two fur babies to the beach, as we usually do around the end of Sept. This place was by far our favorite and we’ve already booked for next year. It was awesome and we had a fantastic time.

View of ocean & bay AMAZING!
What you see is exactly what you get! Lovely condo which feels like home immediately. View from porch is amazing as you are on the end of the building on 11th floor & can see both the ocean and the bay! Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was a good size condo with a large balcony and the best views of the beach and the bay. The owners were very nice and quick with responses. We had no issues at all and will definitely be coming back to this condo next year. Loved it!

Wonderful Stay
I can't say enough good things about our vacation here. The condo is beautiful, spacious, well stocked and the deck is huge with amazing gulf, sunset and bay views. The location is great - easy to get to dining, shopping and you can walk to the Flora-Bama, but far enough away to be peaceful. The owners were fabulous to work with - very responsive and proactively made sure we had everything we needed including beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Best stocked condo we have ever stayed at. Very comfortable. Plenty of room. Nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Amazing view. Big corner deck that allows you to sit outside even when storms roll in. Would definitely stay here again. Owners easy to communicate with.
