This property is in need of some repairs. Large hole behind the kitchen sink, mold on the ceiling in the bedroom, sliding screen door is broken, carpet very worn, no plug for the bathtub, broken toilet paper holder. Sheets and towels were of a very low quality.

The island experienced very rainy, stormy weather the days of our visit and we had to go home a day early. The cabin kept us safe and dry and served its purpose. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was functional but can use some repair (large hole in counter by sink)(drawers stuck, or unable to close all the way). Looks like other updates (drywall repairs) are in process throughout the unit and just waiting on completion and paint. The unit needs a cleaning brush and cooking utensils for the grill. Overall, the cabin was in a great location and did everything we needed.

I have been staying at the put in bay island club homes for probably 10 years now as they are super convenient and accommodate my family well. However, this year we stayed in unit number 102. It was definitely not up to your normal standards. There were holes in the walls, mold, and the kitchen was not well equipped. There was a newer grill but no grilling utensils.

The place we stayed needed updated badly. The drawers in the kitchen barely opened. There was a nice size hole behind the sink in the kitchen as well. The couch leg was broken, and we reported it on arrive and they said “okay”. They didn’t fix while we were there. The place was just overall needing updated especially for the money we paid! The rooms were constantly getting way too hot even with the air on. We however made the best of it and enjoyed our time. Check in was easy and so was check out. I will look for a different rental next time.

Overall it was a nice stay and I had a great. However, the toilets were old and it flushed very slow. Also the hot water nozzle for the one shower wasn't working and we had to get it fixed when we got there. Internet was spotty and I had to use another house for proper Wi-Fi connection. Other than that I had a blast.

Very fun and new experience for me. Only problem was the drawers in the kitchen were broke, and one just fell off the hinges completely when I opened it. Besides that, we all loved it and had a ball

We enjoyed our visit and the accommodations were fine for our group of 6 people! It was great to have several beds in each bedroom and there was ample room to enjoy togetherness in the kitchen and living room!

Perfect for our island visit, we would definitely stay here again. It is located on the south end of the island very near the Miller Carferry. It is in a little resort, which is very cute and in the country. Our golf cart which we rented from the same resort was waiting in front of our house when we got there. There were three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with two couches, one chair. The kitchen had a table that seated six, a large refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and a regular coffee maker. There were pots and pans, coffee cups, drink glasses, and an assortment of plates and bowls. There was not a dishwasher. This house was perfect for what we needed it for it is a little rundown and there are probably things they could do to spit up a little but it served a purpose just fine

The rental was clean but in need of updates. There were 5 people in our rental and it was very comfortable and spacious enough for everyone. We had a couple issues. We made a phone call and our issues were resolved immediately. I have been visiting PIB for years but this was the first time I stayed on the island. The rental made our time on PIB so enjoyable.

The home was in a great location in close proximity to the downtown area. Clean but there was a few minor issues with a cabinet door missing in the kitchen and toilet paper holder not attached but other then that, it was a great place.

This was our first trip to Put-in-Bay and we spent two days at cabin #102. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and conveniently located in a peaceful area with plenty of room for everyone. It was great having two bathrooms. The only slight problem we had was the silverware drawer was difficult to open and shut, which was a minor issue. It rained every day, but we still had fun. It was nice to have a washer and dryer when we got caught in the rain. Our golf cart was waiting at the cabin and with a quick phone call, they brought the keys. The kids also enjoyed the pool which was just around the corner from our cabin. I would definitely stay again.

I've stayed at this community before. Very nice. This particular property was not nice. Kitchen drawer missing, asked for coffee table to be removed as it was broken and very dangerous with small children. Black mold in bathroom ceiling. TV did not work entire stay.

Below satisfactory. 2 bed frames unaligned and one might even be broken, sink clogged up, dingy atmosphere, price a little high especially with having to supply your own linens and towels as it is. Noisy neighbors. Will not be rebooking at this place again.

The first house we were in was dirty. Feet black after 10 minutes. Dead bugs in bathtub. The other bathroom had cracked tile and felt like you would fall through. Oven smelled like a dead animal. Second house the moved us to was much cleaner. Still scrubbed the tub before I would let kids in. The washer ruined my cloths, the dishwasher leaked. The shower leaked. We made the best of it and had a good time as a family.

Property needs some updates, inside has a few dents in doors and walls, stove has burned out light bulbs and is hard to see what you're doing. Floor tiles cracked in bathroom. Trim around sink in kitchen and trim around tub in master bath needs fixed. Water pressure in master shower not good. If the renters that abuse the property are losing there security deposit,it should be used to fix these problems. I liked the space in the house, but owners need to fix the problems. The kitchen was lacking in some pans and dishes, but they did supply us when we asked for the missing items.

It was great. I didn't like surrendering my credit card. We had to ask for more toilet paper and they tried to give us 1 role. 8 women in a cabin - really. All else was good.

Cottage was perfect, clean, but found some blonde hairs on the couch. Ewww. A few things were broke but not a big deal, we brought to their attention immediately. Did not want to be charged for the damages already there. The shower in the master bedroom had very very low water pressure, so we were not able to use it. Thank goodness there was another shower in the 2nd bathroom. The wi-fi was down the 1st 24 hours of our stay and also, it was only available in the pool area. All in all, I really like the place. Will def come here again, maybe try a different cottage closer to the pool area.

Great place to stay, we had a few small items that needed to be taken care of. Dottie was driving by and stopped to check on us, I told her what we needed and went fishing. Dottie had taken care of the items by the time we returned from fishing.
