A experiência foi excelente. O hotel está inserido na natureza dentro de uma vila local. O café da manhã é excelente e a equipe sempre muito atenta e prestativa em nos atender.

Great location at the heart of Tuscany
Food and service is total disaster. They need to change all F&B department. Check in at 15.00 check out at 11.00 is dissapointing for such a price range. they need to improve the road to reach the Villas.

Einfach alles, bis auf die unten stehenden Punkte.
Ein grosses Lob am Poolboy Carlo, der macht seinen Job einfach grossartig.
Die Karte im Restaurant Redi benötigt zusätzlich einfache italienische Küche.
Wenn der Kunde zahlen will, dann muss es schnell gehen. Wir mussten alle 4 Tage bis 10 Minuten warten.
Tagsüber am Pool. Wir fragten nach Badetücher, da der nette Poolboy Cralo nicht am arbeiten war, ging es über 10 Minuten.
Ansonsten passt alles, wir werden defintiv nochmals kommen.

Die Lage, das Essen, Weine waren top. Kellner bei der Poolbar war sehr hilfsbereit, gab super Tipps. Die Anlage ist wunderschön.
Wollten Zimmer tauschen, nicht möglich, sehr unflexibel und nicht bemüht. Keine Stühle oder Tisch auf der Terrasse. Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Wollten am Abend, im Restaurant nur was trinken, nicht möglich, mussten, obwohl einige Tische frei waren, auf die kalte Poolbar .

No hay servicio de habitaciones por lo que si necesitas algo te tienes que buscar la vida… Hielos, cubiertos… vas tu a por todo.

Beautiful property, located on the rolling hills of Tuscany. Good surroundings and tranquil atmosphere.
The rooms had less light and had too many issues - Air Conditioning not working, windows not closing properly, soap bottles in shower empty, a night lamp not working, non functional safe in the room. Expected better quality of customer experience in the room.

Frankly speaking the location is just over-charming, amongst peaceful and beautiful Tuscany nature. The service and staff are at very high level, everyone was extremely polite and friendly.

Great breakfasts - good quality and healthy food. Location was ok for us as we had a car - we've been travelling around. However with no car the location might not be very comfortable. There is a small "village" in which you can find mainly restaurants (which are rather poor quality). So you need to have a car - other way you will be staying only at the hotel.
Poor quality restaurants in the village - next to the hotel (however this is not the fault of the hotel). In general I reccomend eating in the hotel restaurants (not other).
The main swimming pool was closed for 2 days due to wedding that took place in the main building - it was closed for other guests not for wedding guests. In my opinion such situation should not happen for two days - one day is maximum. Taking into consideration the fact that we've been there for 7 days.

breakfast was a bit below expectation with limited variety of salted food and omelette wasn’t very tasty

It was a very unique and beautiful place to go. The service was exceptional and we loved the staff there.

We loved the layout of our borgo apartment and how quiet the resort was during our stay. The pool was right behind our room and the apartments were located in a small village that had additional restaurants.
The drive to go visit other wineries or leave the property was a little further than I would have liked.

stunning property in an amazing setting
the rooms were incredible but there was a lot of noise from people walking past and could hear water from showers from rooms above which I found weird for such a luxury hotel
