Nuestra casa está tan cerca del mar que puedes escuchar las olas desde tu habitación. Hermosa playa segura para nadar, kayak, caminar y pescar. ¡Con muchas otras atracciones cercanas, no te quedarás sin cosas que hacer! great location, right on the beach, nicely maintained lovely property, great for our small family with bedrooms at either end of the house. Only issue was we couldn't figure out how to use the hose to water the garden!

After a five year absence from NZ it was a delight to return with American friends to Golden Bay. This home was a perfect spot to relax and take the time to smell not only the roses in the garden but stroll the beach and look for little treasures that just had to come home with us. I recommend this beautiful home to one and all and can't wait to bring my family here.

We had the best time at this gorgeous place. It's definitely a level up from your normal bach - lots of lovely little touches and luxuries that make this house feel like a real treat. Our little boy was so happy to be so close to the beach and it was so serene looking out at the water from the windows. A real sense of pride has been taken in the crafting of this house, and the location is an absolute winner too.

The location and the house we know well, seen it many times, it was a great 3 days, A Lucky break before the school holiday crowd arrives, and just not long enough stay, The facilities are great, A sunny Sunday in the PM and a perfect calm morning on check out, the 11am check out is very good, that extra hour makes a difference to waking up and chasing around.

Unbeatable spot in a beautiful Bach. We've stayed at many places in Golden Bay and this is our favourite. Can't beat the location and the house is super comfortable and has everything you need! As soon as you arrive you know, its a special place to be. Right on the beach, amazing sun rises and sun sets, safe swimming, lovely and quiet. Very comfortable and clean with everything you would need. even an organic food stall at end of road. This property never disappoints, an excellent find

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights at Patons Rock. The house was comfortable and had everything you need for a lovely stay. The weather wasn't quite on our side for a couple of days with fairly heavy rain however we were tucked up and warm and cosy inside with books and games and enjoyed looking at the view of the sea which is so close. The weather improved and we were able to go for lovely walks on beach. Overall a fantastic property to stay and having the sea right at the doorstep was just magic. Would love to return. Location right by the sea is magic, used one of the kayaks for children on a calm day, beach was very safe for them to paddle. House had everything we needed, we were all warm and comfortable. thanks for the great memories

Comfortable and clean property wonderfully located right on the beach and close to good amenities at Takaka. The fire on the colder nights was very cosy. The house heated up well with the fire and stayed warm. The house has all modern amenities required. Great range of beach and bush walks in the area to suit all levels of fitness.

Everything you need. Beautiful house well designed. We had one cold night and fire heated house and was lovely and cozy. Rest of time sun was out and house retained enough heat during June to not need the fire second night. Stunning location with beach out front. Some games available and Bose for music. We didnt watch tv as the company and house was perfect. Loved the sustainable vibe. Such a beautiful home and location very happy

PERFECT
This place is perfect for a family with children, we absolutely LOVED our stay here. The proximity to the beach is as close as you can get, with the added bonus of waking up to the waves each morning. It is a very safe beach and when it gets a breeze up its also good for boogie boarding.The main part of the house is newly and tastefully renovated with the master bedroom and bathroom as good as any 5 star hotel. We like to cook and the kitchen was adequately stocked including an easy to use weber BBQ. If you are after a quiet and idyllic place to chill out in, look no further. Amy & Tim where great to deal with and any small issue was sorted immediately. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable house in perfect location! we were right on the beach! Lots of nice outdoor decking to hang out on as we watched the sea! Cozy log burner to warm us on the chilly evenings.

Wonderful location, with magic views
A delightful holiday home which I feel is slightly overpriced. Plenty of hot water for six people showering. Well equiped kitchen but needs an extra couple of dining chairs and a microwave would be most helpful. I have talked with Amy, the owner, who was receptive to my suggestions. All in all, a very happy four day/nights were spent in this idyllic spot in Golden Bay

relaxed family holiday
This holiday home in peaceful Patons Rock epitomises the laid back. uncomplicated ideal of summer at the beach. The house flows easily to the outdoor deck, providing plenty of space for our adult family of 8. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a large group. Communication was easy with our host, who responded promptly when contacted. Instructions and information were full and concise. We enjoyed a restful break in one of the most gorgeous areas of NZ, with an uninterrupted view out to sea and waves lapping quietly on the shore metres away. We will happily stay again in future.

Lovely wee house on the beautiful Patons rocks beach. Has all the essentials for a grand family holiday including kayaks, games, bbq, fireplace. Enough rooms/beds for everyone. Short drive to Takaka where supermarket, restaurants, and shops could be found. Happily recommend. Easy as communication with owners. Thanks.

Charming house in a fabulous location. We enjoyed lounging on the deck with a book or binoculars between walks, paddles and swims. Dinners al fresco were a pleasure as was breakfast cooked on the barbecue. Would happily return to explore some more of the area as we didn’t make it to Farewell spit this time due to weather
