The house was excellent, just as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed all the lovely outdoor spaces, that amazing view from the picture window and loads of fun in the game room. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The location is excellent, we enjoyed downtown Santa Fe, the nearby Dale Ball trails and many drives north to explore Jemez range, Ghost Ranch, Taos and other destinations. New Mexico is amazing.

We celebrated my mother-in-laws birthday at Kokopelli and she loved it. It's a beautiful property with lots of wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, visit, eat, etc.
There was lots of sleeping space for family, but keep in mind that the Kiva bedroom is a pass through room to the game room, so that might be a consideration for who sleeps there.
The huge game room with attached patio was a great place for meals, games and watching the game on the huge screen.
The location was ideal for us as it's close to town, but also very private with beautiful views.

This property is beautiful and maintained perfectly. It is the cleanest property I have ever stayed at inside and out. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, the living spaces and the outdoor areas. One side is perfect for sunset viewing with outdoor gas fire pit and the other for eating and relaxing. If you play a musical instrument, you’ll particularly enjoy the piano, guitars, and box drum.
We had a two year-old with us and we watch him carefully anyway, there are some hard steps inside the house that you wouldn’t want a toddler to fall on. The outdoor porch in the back is a recent addition and game room is a teenager dream come true which includes a giant screen projection TV, ping-pong table, pool table, darts, and indoor shuffleboard. It has full wall windows with sliding glass doors complete with screens and a fully stock kitchen. I can’t say enough that is positive about this rental, so if you can afford this go for it.
It was a pleasure to come home from the city after the heat, pollen and congestion to this close oasis.

The house was just perfect for our family reunion. Lots of room inside, with many options for large and small groups. The kitchen had everything we needed. The setting can't be beat. The house is on a large property, with gorgeous views of Santa Fe and beyond, yet it's just minutes away from the Plaza. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful stay at Kokopelli! My husband and I met up with our son, daughter and grand babies. ❤️ The house was absolutely wonderful from the extra large screen tv, ping pong, outside gas fire seating areas, piano and guitars for the musicians in your family to a wide assortment of any and all condiments necessary to make your stay comfortable. Because of the little ones, we spent most of our time in the game room. Can’t thank the owners enough for sharing their beautiful home with us. Blessings to you all! ❤️

This house was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas, with the trimmed Christmas tree and decorations throughout a lovely touch. The location is great, the views beautiful, and the multiple living areas made our multi-generational gathering comfortable and fun for everyone. Would absolutely stay here again!

We needed a 5 bedroom home with multiple large areas for dining and conversation. This home fit the bill. It also had gorgeous sunset views. The kitchen was well equipped. The indoor and outdoor seating was attractive and comfortable on couches. The beds in the bedroom wing were too soft for several of our guests. Otherwise, the home was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful home and property. Expansive layout makes it very comfortable for hosting 7 adults (the size of our party). A house so nice that the desire to leave the property and see Santa Fe was fairly low. Loved all of the outdoor spaces. Close to great hiking. Also, the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've stayed in. We like to cook and the kitchen was great for that. All in all, a fabulous house.

Kokopelli house is wonderful - we enjoyed using the guitar and piano, and the house is large and comfortable for many guests. It is ideally located with respect to the Santa Fe Opera (less than 10 minutes drive, and avoiding the freeway) and also convenient to downtown & biking in the hills. We hope to return someday!

Our family of 8 had a great stay here. Huge house with plenty of room inside and out. We loved eating meals outside on the huge back patio. Great game room. Nice office area for those who needed to work. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Quiet area about a mile from downtown SF. Perfect for a family gathering or several couples. Highly recommend.

This house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people for sleeping, but the extensive indoor and outdoor seating and recreational areas make it an ideal spot to share meals and games with many more. I had rented three large homes to accommodate my family, but only five of us stayed at kokapelli; having said that, this was the house served best as a gathering spot for our group, which included children, gen-exers and Seniors . Great location, comfortable seating, thoughtfully selected games, music and Média options .

Four couples stayed at this property for a week in May. We all enjoyed the home. The views were exceptional as was the location. There is plenty of room to spread out through out the home My only recommendations would be a few more towels in each bathroom and a small trash can in the bathroom/laundry room. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. I will stay here again when I return to Santa Fe.

We were 4 couples from all over the country. The house was perfect for us!
Separate bathroom for each bedroom, plus a 1/2 bath... 3 scenic outdoor gathering spaces... spacious interior with an amazing game room and HUGE TV. Could not have found a more comfortable place to stay. Great for large groups. Would definitely stay here again!!

We visited Santa Fe to celebrate my mother in law’s 80th Birthday and this was the perfect retreat for family coming in from both coasts. The house is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the photos and then some. Immaculately kept and well stocked with everything you could want from extra paper products to coffee, tea, condiments and more spices than I have in my own kitchen! Not to mention plenty of cookware. We planned a 5 course birthday dinner prepared by an extremely talented local chef who was recommended by the owner. It was a night we will all remember fondly.
Jim & Camelia could not have been more generous hosts. They have thought of every detail and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely comfortable in their home.

As close as you can get for Ski In Ski Out in Sante Fe. Beautiful house laid out perfectly for 9 adults to relax and enjoy! Incredible views and the 15’ projected TV Screen was insane for watching March Madness after a day on the slopes. Will definitely be staying again!

This property is absolutely outstanding! Our two families had plenty of space and the house was spectacular. I have never stayed at a rental that had a better equipped kitchen. We were all delighted with the prompt way our hosts responded to any questions. The house is 30 minutes from a ski resort and very close to Santa Fe's downtown area. Don't hesitate to book this!

The property is magnificent and extremely comfortable. From the many gathering areas (most with fireplaces/pits) to the well stock kitchen. We enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and the close proximity to the DT square. The owners are very knowledgeable about the town etc and recommended a local Chef for cooking 2 nights during our stay. I would say some of the best NM cuisine we have ever tasted! If your looking for a special property this is your place!

Our family decided on a ski vacation this Christmas break. The home was everything it said it would be. Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out. Fantastic entertainment area. Everything you could possibly want to prepare a great meal for the family. The owners promptly answered any questions that we had. Added bonus was the house was decorated for Christmas! Would definitely recommend this great home for your trip!

We spent Thanksgiving with our family at this lovely home. Very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and spaces to hang out. It was a little chilly but the outdoor area is perfect for gathering around the fire and telling ghost stories. Finally,. we were blown away by the kitchen amenities. We were able to cook a complete Thanksgiving meal and had plenty of plates, bowls, cookware etc. The best appointed kitchen we have stayed out!

We had such a wonderful time. The house is lovely with so many places to sit and talk. Fireplaces everywhere which really warmed up the atmosphere. And I can honestly say never seen a tv screen in the theater that large. We all watched a movie and it was quite the experience. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house.

The home was lovely--it had everything we needed for our family vacation. The rooms were large and there were multiple areas to sit, eat, work, read, watch tv, play games etc...The location was close to town but in a quiet area with beautiful views. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home !!!

This home was perfect for our family group of 10. The photos on VRBO did not do this beautiful home justice. It slept our five couples comfortably, not to mention that the set up of the rooms allowed us to congregate comfortably and spread out when needed. The outdoor spaces were great, especially the patio area off the game room. Speaking of game room, wow!
We loved the location as well, 5 minute drive to SFe Plaza and all that has to offer. We absolutely loved our stay here, would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting this area. Thank you Camelia and Jim.

Our family of 5 found Kokopelli to be the perfect nest from which to explore Santa Fe and surrounding areas. Intentionally made some time for hanging out at the house, as the amenities /ping pong, pool table, massive tv screen in the game room, etc., made for fun family time. Loved spending time on the big decks and the patios and the house was nice and roomy for us to spread out in.
Would definitely return for a stay to enjoy the comforts and charm of this home.

We were a group of 6 and I was in charge of finding a place for us to reunite in Santa Fe! This house is AWESOME and I received lots of pats on the back for finding it! :) The kitchen is very generously stocked. The layout of the house offers plenty of space to spread out, but our favorite spot by far was the HUGE back "porch"! We put the game room to a lot of use too. The Santa Fe Plaza is just a short drive away as well as a shopping center with Sprouts Grocery. We flew into ABQ and the drive was approx. 1 hr. 5 min. At one time we were trying to decide whether to fly into Santa Fe or ABQ (cheaper) and we are very glad we chose ABQ because the view of the drive was beautiful! We would all definitely stay in this house again and recommend it to others. Host was very pleasant and quick in responses.

Kokopelli is an absolute beautiful property. We’ve stayed at some really nice houses in the Santa Fe and Taos areas. This is by far the best. Camellia was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make sure our every need was met. We will definitely stay here again.

Family reunion for 7 adults - the house was terrific for our group. We really enjoyed the gas firepit on the big deck. Great spot to drink wine, watch the clouds and reconnect. The property had everything we needed for cooking and chilling.
Great location close to downtown - relatively walkable - and pretty quiet aside from small bit of road noise.
Only note would be for accessibility - my sister has MS and is unable to get up and down stairs without help. So, even though it is 1 story, there are some stairs that ADA people may have a hard time managing.

By far the best property I’ve ever rented! We had four couples and everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom. Newly added playroom and outdoor patio space are beyond fantastic. The kitchen has everything and more and everything is so well labeled and easy to find. The piano music was wonderful. There is enough space in the house to find your own little area if you want some downtime. While technically it is close enough to walk to the plaza, it was quite hot and not an easy jaunt. Thank you to our hosts - we messaged a couple of quick questions and had answers immediately. Do not pass on this property if it is available! You will not be disappointed.
