Great host, great location, near everything

The following aspects have been appreciated: - Good position near the railway station and the sea - Big bedroom and bathroom - Quiet place at night - Staff

Pino is a great host who gave me a warm welcome, made sure everything was allright and made me the best cappucino for breakfast. The room had everything I needed and the bed was comfy. The location is great, in the city centre and close to the beach. Also really easy to access with public tranfer. Cannot wish for something better and I will come back for sure!

Joliecenter is a comfortable B&B and Pino is the most charming host ever met! Very helpfull. ..beautiful rooms..nice terras for breakfast and apero..really the place to stay in pescara 😀😀😀

The B&B rooms are quite large, with a good sized bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. The location was really good for getting to and from the airport as well as being close to the beaches, river and bars/restaurants. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and there is a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast. The breakfast is varied with pastries, fruit, toast with jams and yoghurts. Really lovely coffee too!

The water temperature was unreliable so sometimes the water was cold and wouldn't warm up. It was quite hard to access the B&B at first as there is only a small sign and you have to call to get the door code to enter.

Perfect location to both the beach & Pescara centre where there are 100s of restaurants. Host was lovely and helpful and made a lovely cappuccino for us every morning at breakfast, accommodating at early check in and let us leave our bags till late evening (late flight) Breakfast was good a selection of croissants (freshly baked), fruit, youghurt, cakes ect. Room was lovely comfortable bed, clean, Netflix on the telly, hairdryer, fridge and balcony. I did see that someone had left a review stating there is no bathroom door there is it just slides in the wall. Thankyou for the lovely stay we will be back again if we come to Pescara. P.S if travelling by bus from the airport it’s €1.50 a stops 3 minutes from the b&b just give him a call when you’re there :)

That I had to go home

Bedrooms were big and was 4-min close to the Terminal bus.

We didn’t have hot water and we checked out so early that we didn’t have breakfast but we took the briocce

The room was very clean and they clean it everyday around 1/2pm In the morning you have your coffee prepared just for you by the owner in the lovely terraza. The location is near to the beach, near to city centre and central station. It takes around 20min to get to airport from there.

When I arrived around 4pm, there was no indication on the intercom to where I should ring. I had to call the number on Booking.com to find out. Eventually when I got the code that open the door and arrived at 3rd level, nobody seem to be there and I had to find who would do the check in. Later on the same day I had a problem with my aircon and bed and I could not find anyone in the reception, I only manage to get this sorted in the next morning when I found the owner at breakfast area.

Uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning didn’t work

- The host was great! Very kind and carrying. He baked crossisants and made coffe for us every day during breakfasts. - The breakfasts were decent. Variety of jams, jogurts and cakes (so sweet things only). - We really enjoyed sitting on the common terrace, there is a nice view there of the roofs of other buildings and mountains on the west. There was something calming about that place.

Lack of warm watter was annoying, especially in hurry before the flight. It was flowing at random occasions. Sometimes we had to pour out lots of water to get the warm flowing.

Excepțional location, 200 metres to the beach, 200 m to the main shopping area. Huge bathroom. Very Nice terace on last floor. Free Netflix acces on TV!!! Typical italian breakfast, excelent croissant and cappuccino!

Some towel hoocks în the bathroom necessary.. Balcony chairs neccesary

the property was lovely, my room was lovely and clean and I have to say quite big for a single room it was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful and even let me come early for checkin as I arrived a bit early.

no wifi connection on the second floor (or it was not working for me); issues with a hot water in the bathroom. despite this everything was fine.

I was staying on the second floor and had some issues with wifi. There was an issue with the hot water in the shower, but at the end it worked out.
