Luxury Penthouse Los Olivos 3 bed Front line Sea Views sleeps 6 La Manga Club
Lujoso apartamento ático buscado con magníficas vistas al mar. Situado en el centro. La propiedad incluye tres habitaciones (una doble, dos gemelas grandes), dos baños grandes y tres terrazas privadas. Tiene un interior espacioso y moderno con TV de pantalla plana, DVD, satélite, acceso inalámbrico a Internet, aire acondicionado y una cocina moderna con granito y todas las comodidades modernas. El apartamento está amueblado con un alto nivel. Aunque esta área es pacífica y tranquila, es muy céntrica y está convenientemente situada. Todos los bares y restaurantes están a solo 5 minutos a pie. El hotel de 5 estrellas Príncipe Felipe, también se encuentra a poca distancia (10 minutos)
Además, Bellaluz Square es una concurrida plaza central que cuenta con restaurantes, boutiques, bares y entretenimiento en vivo a solo unos minutos a pie. El centro de tenis está convenientemente enfrente de Los Olivos. La playa de La Manga Club 'La Carla' se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche, alberga un restaurante con vistas al mar abierto de abril a octubre.
Un poco más lejos un campo son las playas Playa Calblanque Mar de Crystal o La manga Strip.
La Manga Club tiene dos entradas al complejo que son monitoreadas por seguridad las 24 horas y protección de barrera.

Dos supermercados se encuentran a pocos minutos a pie del apartamento. Los restaurantes cercanos incluyen La Bodega, una típica bodega española con vinos locales y excelentes tapas; Tío Sams, todo estilo americano; Si el restaurante de farmacia, boutiques, cafeterías y bares ofrece entretenimiento infantil durante toda la noche mientras come-castillo hinchable / fútbol / malabares, etc. Andale- mexicana; Cocina asiática-asiática; La Cala se encuentra en un afloramiento rocoso sobre la playa privada y tiene los mejores pescados y mariscos. Luigis es el mejor italiano con pescado, pasta y pizzas.
Todos son ideales para familias y la mayoría está a un corto paseo.
Hay cafeterías cerca y muchas tiendas. La cercana plaza Bellaluz tiene pubs, boutiques, farmacias, bares y plaza central.

Property was lovely - clean, airy and spacious. Location was great and views were amazing from the large terrace.
Communication with the owner was excellent. We were caught up in the air traffic control problems and had to extend our stay - even though we were unable to stay at the property due to another booking, Kathryn and John went out of their way trying to help us sort out new accommodation and also arranged a last minute late check out so we could continue to have internet access.
Would definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely visit again.

Long awaited return !!
We had the most amazing, relaxing stay! The apartment was very clean and very well furnished. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kathy for helping us arrange the extra couple of nights.

Fab stay
Our second visit to this apartment - always a risk in case it doesn’t live up to expectations but it was again a wonderful holiday. It is the perfect place for a family holiday - clean, spacious, apartment is really lovely, has everything you need - both pools are beautifully maintained, plenty of sunbeds. Location is great - walking distance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets - i would not stay anywhere else visiting La Manga Club. Thank you !

From start to finish absolutely first class. Great location, large penthouse apartment, clean, tidy & I will definitely rent this again. I have stayed at Los Olivos before & the complex is amazing, but these pool, sea & mountain views with the sun all day on the balcony was exceptional.

Great stay
We have been staying at La Manga club for many years , and this was the best apartment yet ! We really enjoyed the stunning view and made use of the hammocks .
We were so close to all the restaurants , tennis and the supermarket , all in walking distance.
It was great to have an outdoor pool and the indoor one just over the road although it was a little disappointing not to have access to the gym shown in the photos when we booked.
The three terraces were a huge bonus as you could always find the sun , as we were very lucky to have a hot sunny week in October !
A very well equipped and comfortable apartment with comfortable beds and large bathrooms ! Would definitely come back .

2 night break
We arrived just after storms, so we was pleasently surprised with condition in resort and property. We did take time to find, as sat nav took us to otherside resort. Penthouse beautiful, everything you needed. Would certainly stay again and will recommend to others.

Very nice apartment
Was just as described and had everything we needed for our summer break. We took advantage of the table tennis and pools to spend some of the day, and imagine the indoor pool would be lovely for colder days. Nice views on the big terrace. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and even more a bit further out. Booking was easy and the owners were very helpful supplying extra detail to help us plan.

Perfect family holiday
The apartment was perfect for us - spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, lovely terrace and views and so central to restaurants, par 47 and tennis centre. Two great sized outdoor pools and one indoor and plenty of sun beds not cramped together. We all loved it including 3 teenagers - already thinking how soon we can return!

Fantastic Property
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is really well appointed ,equipped and very comfortable. It has a fantastic sun terrace with great views of La Manga and the mar menor in the distance it really is a nice spot. The owners were extremely helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this apartment as a great place to stay. The indoor pool for us staying in the winter was a massive bonus!!

Fabulous apartment and location!
This apartment is ideally located within the La Manga Club to have easy (walking) access to the pool, tennis courts, many bars, shops and restaurants. The view from the main balcony is wonderful - a great place to sit and take in the scenery over a coffee (or something a little stronger!); having one balcony at the front and two at the rear, you're always guaranteed to find a sunny spot. Ample car parking is available right next to the building. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to help towards making a very pleasurable holiday. Kathy and the management team were all very approachable, helpful and quick in answering any questions we had.

Very spacious apartment with magnificent views. Great location for the tennis club
The property is in a Great location especially for the tennis club. The views are stunning. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Ideal for 2/3 couples to share. There are 3 balconies so plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views especially from the front balcony overlooking La Manga Strip in the distance. We are definitely going to book this apartment again.

Great location and would certainly recommend Club La Manga
Central to restaurants and activities, the apartment was clean, bright and perfect for our one weeks stay at La Manga. Would recommend for families as very close to central communal pool that is supervised daily by life guards. Apartment is great for relaxed evenings on the balcony overlooking La Manga strip or for a base for exploring.

Superb position
Great property with amazing views out to sea. Apartment has everything needed for a great holiday - including 2 fridge freezers. Would have given 5 stars but cleaning wasn’t great when we arrived.

Wonderfully spacious with a large balcony with a wonderful view.
We loved this apartment last year and returned again this year. Los Olivos is so central to the facilities at La Manga club, being very close to the tennis centre, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The apartment overlooks the lovely pool and there's a wonderful view of La Manga strip and sea in the distance. The apartment is very spacious and the three bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. It is useful to have two bathrooms too. There are two balconies, one at the front and one at the back, so you can catch the sun all day, wherever it is shining. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Los Olivos 24P for a fab holiday again.

Very clean and great location lovely penthouse
We had a great week in this apartment which was very clean and well maintained very close to all the bars and restaurants, also the golf courses which was reason for our stay, l would certainly recommend this property and look forward to next year visit.

Great location ends there?
Really disappointed on arrival no indication of access to property apartment was extremely filthy even the management company admitted failings in the cleanliness. Owner couldn't accept criticism accused us of being rude and intimidating which wasn't so, suggested we move out which we did.
Have photographs and correspondence indicating the true conditioning of the property.
Spoilt our holiday could have been avoided if owner was prepared to clean property.

Fabulous and very spacious penthouse, pool, location and complex
Wonderful holiday, the penthouse is incredible, so much space, 3 balconies, 3 fab bedrooms perfect for families or 3 couples, 2 bathrooms and all the facilities you could need. I just wish I'd booked a longer break now! It has access to 3 pools (1indoor) and you also have a magnificent view of the pool and the complex from your largest balcony, perfect for a few evening drinks or BBQ.
Safe to say we will be returning soon!
