Big room.

Unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The shower cabin wall is transparent from bedroom side. :) Poor breakfast, no warm dishes.

Bad location, very loud road not a lot to like but friendly staff

The photos if the property are misleading and makes it look more luxurious than it is. Jacuzzi on the roof cold and no other available FOC. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast sub standard juice no fresh hot food in the morning.

The atmosphere in the hotel is good, there is soft music playing and it smells very good. Breakfast was amazing. A lot of choices. Staff at the breakfast was nice and gave their best to offer all the food all the time for everyone. We booked a massage - this was really relaxing. The two girls did a great job, we highly recommend to book one too there. The rooftop area is nice too. It's the same place where you have breakfast. You can spend your time there - not a lot of people use it, which is sad. It is a selfservice hotel - so there is staff around but the bar at the rooftop is only available if you asked. Overall it's not much going on - it feels like you are alone all the time.

When we arrived we asked if there is a place to eat late lunch or a snack. Unfortunately there is not a lot around. We ended up buying some food at Conad, which is just a supermarket around the corner and enjoyed our snack in the rooftop area. Alcamo itself is not really ours. There is not much to do. But it is a quite good location to explore between Palermo and Trapani. Mattresses are too soft. We asked for another room, but unfortunately didn't get any answer from the front office if there is another room with a better mattress.

The breakfast was good and being brought to our room . Could have been better if they didn’t give us the order we made on the first day for all the three mornings . But it was great as they brought it to our room

Very nice hotel hidden in the city. Room was modern and beautiful with everything you need. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Staff is great and everything basically works, dependable and will help you through any issues you might have. Water, power, etc works and minibar is reasonably well stocked. Parking is also super easy. Generally a pretty smooth experience

There are these strange strings surrounding the beds that don’t appear to serve a purpose and kept tripping me, so perhaps not the best for the clumsy. Facilities are basic/not particularly luxurious, although clean and comfortable and would guess still the best in Alcamo

Well, due to flight cancellation we had to find a place and i booked there as the offer was interesting, thsi si a nice hotel, rooms are great and we appreciate the jaccuzzi on the roof. there were a parking just close the hotel

Lack of charm and breakfast was ok but we missed some fresh bread.. and scrumbled eggs were not renewed. At the end, this would be a great stay if on the roof you ve a pool instead of a jaccuzi...
