Janet, Shadrack, and all the cleaning staff were exceptional.
Janet was amazing on watsapp with all the info and directions provided.
Unit is extremely spacious and clean
Lovely views
Variety of books and board games available
Great wifi, and the unit comes with Netflix...no dstv but the app is available .
Staff meet you at the unit to check you in and help with unpacking your car. This was a lovely and personal touch....I hate the usual long check in procedures at some places.
Some suggestions
Please consider adding a kids' play area like a jungle gym or trampolines. There isn't much for young kids to do outside.
Would also be nice if you allowed self game drive on certain of the routes.
Add an umbrella or some shelter on the balcony. It is too hot during the day to sit there.
These are juat some suggestions...we had no complaints...thank you for the wonderful time.

The rooms were tidy and the view from the deck was good.
The access to the property was through a lengthy gravel road.

Beautiful lodge we had a pleasant stay
The gravel road is too long. Towels worn out.

Staff were friendly and the property was well maintained. Everything was perfect and worked
Think the only thing that was missing was a fireplace, but I can understand why, especially with the Thatch roof. However the place was warm with underfloor heating

Good location, perfect for a team building weekend.

Everything about it, The Staff there are super friendly and very accommodating, the place is clean, assistance is just on the palm of your hand.
It just that the place is too far from the stores and restaurants, I think they should open a restaurant and a shop in the premises.

The beds were not comfortable

Everything..place is absolutely stunning..
Nothing.
2.5
It's very comfortable accomodation with good views surrounding the lodge.
There is no restaurant on site or easily accessible shops in need. Crossing Grocers was closed on Sunday and Monday during our trip, which was inconvenient.
Security measures are not in place for the entrance gate. The paths are also not very well maintained for vehicles. The game drives are excessively priced at R1300 for a family and this is not a big 5 game reserve. There is no entertainment for kids, only a pool on site. Suggest management looks into establishing a small shop or restaurant on site. Also a jungle gym for kids. And to allow for self drives within the reserve.

Location was ideal
The place was spacious, well kitted and clean
Flying insects at night
Ticks in the bush

The location is perfect, nestled in the middle of the game farm surrounds by lush trees, wild life and absolute peace. The place is beautiful and worth every moment. There is no on-site facilities so make sure you are stocked and prepare to sit and enjoy
The interior finishes are a little dated but comfortable.

Location and staff was wonderful, special thanks to Shadrack
Not enough utensils in the kitchen.
Young Female employees had to carry the heavy luggage while the Guys are looking at them, I had to intervene to carry my own luggage.
A restaurant or a mini bar would have been most welcome

Everything!
A small part of the road leeading to the lodge could do with some improvement to protect small cars. Also signs be posted for directions inside the lodge

The location of the lodge is quite difficult to get to, the roads were very muddy but the staff is lovely and very helpful!
Bats. There were bats in the rooms that we slept in. A notification should definitely be up with regard to this.

Located in a beautiful area that is very scenic. The pool area is lively and the place itself is peaceful and clean.
The roads are not too great, you need an suv just to be on the safe side

Road leading to the place needs a bit of maintenance,it was a bit of a struggle getting to the lodge

We received a warm welcome from the staff, the place was clean and the views were amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, braai facilities and the pool. This was a ladies only vacation and we had a great weekend. We stocked up on food and stayed in for the duration of our holiday. I suggest updating the lodge profile with new pictures, nice a bright pictures. The current ones do not do justice.
Unfortunately, it rained a lot the night before our departure. Therefore, driving out was a struggle as the roads were muddy. A bit of road maintenance is required. However, the staff was very helpful in pulling the cars out and transporting those who were being picked up.

It is a gem in the north west province. Was looking for a place close to home to spoil my family for the weekend for celebration. Even if you have neighbours everyone is accommodated.
Tv is not needed as you are in nature and wants to enjoy it. The staff is friendly and helpful in every way.
Although driving is not allowed on the premises I would definitely recommend the game drive and the local spa.
I am looking forward for other units to be completed that can cater for more people per house as we have a bigger family with kids that we would want to bring as well.

The chalets are beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and kitchens and living area are well equipped. The rooms are very spacious and I loved the ambience and the views. There is some game on the farm for those interested in a game drive.
The gate are manual and there is noone manning them which means you have to get out and open them even in the night. I suggest they invest in automated gates. The gates are also never locked which means anyone can access the property. There was a 12 hour powercut and we were surprised to learn that there was not back up. We would have expected them to at least have an inverter or generator in light of the powercuts South Africa is experiencing.

Amazing view! Great staff. Shadrack was amazing
The road to get there was very difficult
