Villa Aduen es una hermosa villa de 3 dormitorios bien equipada, luminosa, fresca y bien ventilada, y también goza de una posición elevada a los pies de Montana Roja. La villa está situada en la Bella Vista; que es una pequeña comunidad cerrada en el área de Playa Blanca. Aunque es completamente privado debido a los muros elevados, el área del jardín y la piscina ofrece una vista abierta a las impresionantes montañas de Ajache. Amazing Villa.Excellent communication from the initial enquiry to arriving at front door. On arrival the villa was spotless, beds were comfy plenty of wardrobe space the kitchen had every utensil you would need. The outdoor area was amazing great size pool plenty of sun beds and the out bbq was great.
Playa Blanca is just a short stroll. The wife went for a few runs and said how safe she felt.
All in all a perfect stay.

The villa was spotless when we arrived along with a very detailed information pack. The stay was excellent with lots of things to enjoy such as the water park but I have to say the pool was amazing. The area was lovely with baileys bar doing a superb full English breakfast. And flamingo beach was a great spot for a lunch time drink and meal with many excellent restaurants. The walk along the sea front was relaxing with lots of bars and restaurants. Overall I would give this holiday a 10 out of 10 and would love to return.

Our first time staying in a villa and it did not disappoint. The villa is very clean and equipped with everything that you could need for a relaxing break.
The bedrooms are a great size and the beds are really comfortable. The area surrounding the villa is really quiet and we all got a great sleep.
The kids enjoyed the lovely pool which was warm enough for them in May with plenty of comfortable loungers poolside.
The WiFi was strong and didn’t drop out even with everyone using it at the same time on multiple devices.
Having English tv channels and access to films was great for quieter evenings and made it really homely.
There’s a few beaches nearby which all have soft sand and clear calm water.
We easily found plenty of restaurants and bars in the area with a good variety of cuisines even for fussy children.
The owner Craig was very responsive and helpful and very kindly accommodated our late check out due to evening flights.
Overall a fantastic experience and would love to stay again in future.

Very modern homely villa with a fabulous pool area for relaxing.
The communication with owner was spot on and lots of very useful information provided both before arrival and at the Villa.
The Villa is private and not really overlooked.

This was a holiday where we were using the villa as a base to visit all the tourist attractions that we could in a 2 week period. The Villa was clean and tidy and very easy to find and very well equipped. We didn't use the pool much as the wind was quite cold at the end of Feb. But when we did the water was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had all that we needed and there is loads of space around the villa to relax after a hard day having fun.

Beautifully appointed villa, very comfortable. A bit of a walk from main area of restaurants. We walked down every evening it took about 35 min. Great snorkelling at Playa Pappagayo . Lovely mountain walk beside villa. Minimarket across from villa well stocked with essentials.

We had a brilliant holiday at this villa, it was spotless clean and comfortable, very well equipped kitchen with all the saucepans were nice and clean which often isn't the case. The outside area was private due to the high walls and because it was a large area was not claustraphobic. Gorgeous swimming pool which we used a lot. Would highly recommend this villa

We have just got home from our visit to Playa Blanca. The villa exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at other villas in the area over the years and this has been the best. Clean on arrival, all you need is provided and we had no issues. The villa is very modern throughout.
The centre is approx 30 mins walk away which is pretty much all downhill. We made use of the super pedestrian scooters on an evening when coming back.
There was space for us to park our rental car and the villa is very private. A shop 1 minute walk away, just outside of the complex was very convenient for little bits we needed.

We had a great stay at the Villa. The children loved the pool and the floats left in the outside shower room were used daily. The outdoor seating was comfortable and good quality.
The kitchen was well equipped and although there was a mis communication on a welcome pack on arrival. Craig sorted this out very quickly within 30 minutes.
Our little boy was ill for a few days but the villa, especially the sofa was very comfortable for him to rest on. The choice of TV channels was fantastic and the WiFi was strong throughout the villa and pool side. The 1st aid kit was very well equipped and we had to use some plasters during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and we were all sad to leave and are looking forward to coming back one day.

We traveled to Playa Blanca for our December holiday and booked Villa Aduen for our ~week stay. The property was as advertised -- listing pictures accurately reflected property condition -- and perfectly comfortable for our family of four (two young children). Timely communication from the host in advance of our stay with an extremely comprehensive manual of everything you need to know about the property to have a hassle-free and enjoyable stay! Property manager was also prompt checking in onsite the first morning of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We drove into town each day given two young kids -- and highly recommend a car if planning to explore the island -- but the walk to city center and a number of beaches is only ~20-30 minutes. In fact, we saw most walking or taking a bus into town. Highly recommend if looking for a relaxing and quiet stay in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

We had the most fabulous time staying at Villa Aduen. It was exactly as described and for us the pool, terrace and outside area were where we spent most of our time. The pool was cleaned regularly and the sunbeds super comfy!

Just returned from a 2 week holiday in Villa Aduen. What a beautiful villa with every need catered for. Great space (indoor & outdoor), pool was perfect for kids, quiet location. Would recommend a rental car as it is a good walk into main Playa Blanca but also to explore more of the whole island of Lanzarote. We had a car for the 2 weeks and loved visiting different areas (Teguise/El Golfo/Yaiza/ Puerto del Carmen etc.). Also drove to Rancho Texas and Caldera de Los Cuervos (short walk into a collapsed volcano) which I would def recommend to do both.
I can't thank Craig enough for being so easy to deal with and understanding about changing booking (originally booked for July 2020 & 2021 but changed to July 2022 due to pandemic). But the wait was definitely worth it and we loved every minute of our stay in Villa Aduen.
I think the fact that 4 days into this holiday we booked flights and Villa Aduen again for July 2023 says everything about how impressed we were with everything about Villa Aduen and Playa Blanca itself.
Thank you Craig and looking forward to another great stay in Villa Aduen next year.

Relaxing Holiday
Would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. All fixtures and furnishings are to a very high standard with everything you could need. The villa itself is large and open plan so ideal for 5 guests. The photos do not do the pool and pool area enough justice, both are bigger than they look with very comfortable furniture. We opted for pool heating which I would recommend. The villa is located in a residential area and I would advise hiring a car as easy to walk down the hill to the beach and town centre but little bit of a hike back up. Communication with Craig before our holiday was excellent and having Gary on hand during our stay was useful. We had a fantastic two week holiday.

Fantastic Villa Aduen
We have just returned from an amazing 11 night break staying in Villa Aduen, the villa is even better than the pictures portray, the pool is beautiful, with comfy sunbeds. Craig was so helpful in the run up to the holiday, especially when we had to change dates due to covid. Thanks so much, and we hope to return!

Much needed break
Craig's property was as described and gave my daughter and I what we craved. Peace and quiet a great pool to swim in and superb sun beds to lie on. We walked the whole of the coastline on the south of the island doing in excess of 10 miles each day. Our car hire from autoreisen was cheap and cheerful and made shopping easy. We did eat out some nights and the steak restaurant recommend by Craig was as he said superb.

EXCELLENT CHRISTMAS BREAK
Facilities at the villas were really good. Communication with owner (Craig) and management company (Gary and Dawn) excellent. Quick responses received, even on Boxing Day. It is a bit of a walk into the centre of Playa Blanca but that wasn't a problem. Taxis' arrived quickly when using the telephone number provided and are cheap. Pool was lovely and needed as we had fabulous weather. Small convenience store opposite the community gates served us well for emergency supplies. My only ask would be for extra towels, bath and pool as you are only provided with one hand, one bath and one pool towel per person. Not a deal breaker as there is a washing machine but would have been nice to have extra. Overall this was an excellent stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again

Our first stay on Lanzarote...
Really enjoyed getting away for some sunshine [although the nights do get chilly in December]. Gary was on hand for the few queries that we had. The Villa was very well supplied and situated, and Craig's info on supermarkets was spot on. We're now keen on visiting the other Canary Islands. Many thanks Craig.

A true home from home
We arrived at the villa to find it immaculately clean, it's very large in size with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is equipped very well for any cooking needs, Great size wine and beer glasses too!!
The pool is perfect for families with younger children, Our kids lived In the shallow end playing for hours on end. It was also maintained every few days during our stay we haven't had that level of pool cleaning before so it was a nice touch.
The estate is gated which is good, there is a small mini market 2 minute walk away, we used it once but prefer to drive to the bigger supermarkets. Its good for a little walk and ice cream though. It is located easily for bus and taxi's but we had a car which I would highly recommend. We would highly recommend staying here and would definatly return here it felt just like being at home in the sun.

First the communication with the owner was very good. The questions were quickly answered by mail. I was glad, that we can ask everything about our stay in the house. Before our stay Graig send us a lot of information. It was very helpfull.
The villa was well cleaned and everything was there to have a nice holiday. Twice a week someone cleans the pool and Gary answers very quick when you've had a question. We enjoy it for staying in the villa. It is situated within a community and it's very private. You will need a car to go to Playa Blanca and when you go to the supermarket.
For us villa Aduen is a good place to remember and to come back in the future.

He pasado una semana de vacaciones con mi familia en Lanzarote y esta casa ha contribuido mucho a que la estancia haya sido maravillosa. Estar en la casa era muy agradable. Terraza espaciosa, hamacas cómodas, piscina fabulosa, hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la piscina, wc exterior independiente, las habitaciones amplias, salón grande, ... Decorada con mucho gusto y con muebles de valor, sofá comodísimo, todo perfectamente cuidado, como nuevo, vajilla y cubertería suficientes, muchos detalles. TV por cable, tomas para internet en varios puntos de la casa, wi-fi bien. No necesitamos el aire acondicionado muchas horas pero, (y es la única pega de la casa) funciona con monedas. Situada en el exterior de Playa Blanca, dentro de una urbanización tranquila, la zona es perfecta para acceder a las mas bonitas playas de la isla y cerca de los preciosos acantilados de Hervideros y de Timanfaya. . El dueño, siempre agradable, contesta con rapidez a los mensajes y nos ha facilitado la estancia con su amabilidad. Gracias Craig. La persona que nos presento la casa, también muy amable y atento. Recomiendo sinceramente este alojamiento. Espero volver.

Lovely villa
The villa was immaculate when we arrived , the outside area is very spacious and well presented. The kitchen is really well kitted out everything that you need is there very well thought out , I think you do need a car to get the most out of the area , Gary the property was very informative about local restaurants . Great villa for a young family
The villa was just as described, clean and came with a generous welcome pack (bread, milk, ham, cheese, tea, coffee etc) which was a real bonus when arriving late at night with young children.
We are a family of 4 with a 4yr old and 1yr old so the open plan layout of the villa was perfect for us; the kids had loads of space indoors and out to run around and we could easily keep an eye on them without worrying about stairs.
The on-site villa maintenance manager Gary popped by on our first day to introduce himself and check everything was ok.
The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of towels and crockery etc and a good Sky TV package and WiFi provision.
The villa is situated in a quiet location, which was the main attraction for us, we barely heard or saw another person whilst we were there but it is a decent walk from the nearest beach (Playa Flamingo), around 1.5 miles. With a buggy and a scooter we managed the walk once but mostly used our hire car to get around. A 10min drive gets you to Playa Dorada, with a beautiful big sandy beach and a few minutes walk/scoot along the promenade from the Marina Rubcon which has a big choice of smart restaurants and a laid back atmosphere.
Villa Aduen was a good base for our holiday and Craig was excellent at communicating all the information prior to our arrival.

2 week in a fantastic Villa.
Family of 5, 2 Adult, 3 x teenagers all thoroughly enjoyed 2 week's at villa Auden.
We asked if we could get an early entry and although it could not be guaranteed when we arrived we got straight in so a fantastic start.
There was a small welcome pack with bread, butter, water, tea,coffe, juice, jam and some other little knick nacks. this was a lovely touch from the owners.
The villa is exactly as the photos, bright super clean and all furniture and fitting done to very high standard. All the beds were very good quality and we all had a great sleep.
The pool was amazing and the temperature was just right. the outside space is excellent for dining as is the setting area.
The kitchen area has every thing you could ever need to cook and all appliances were easy to use due to the instructions in the villas info book. The book also has lots of tips and directions to help getting around and location of shops and bars and resort high spots.
Gary the villa maintenance rep popped in on the first day to make sure that all was ok and contacted us a few time thought out the stay to make sure we had no issues, also regular visits from the pool cleaning guy through the stay. At the end of our first week the cleaners arrived to change all the bed sheets and gave us clean towels.
We had a hire car to use for shopping and for hopping around during the day but there is a local shop you can walk too in about 7/8 mins. This serves all the daily essentials you need, it is also conveniently next door to a local small bar that serves small snacks and also has a pool table.
It is about 25/30 minutes walk to get to the the heart of Playa blanca for shops and restaurants but you can walk 10 minutes to the bottom of the road and either get a taxi from the taxi rank for about 3.5 euro's or get the bus just across the road.
We used both in the evening as we usually had a couple of beers at the lovely swimming pool most day.
We loved out time in Playa Blanca and equally in Villa Auden and would recommend both to all family and friends.
We would not hesitate to come back again in the future.

Lovely Villa and great location
Great experience from booking right to the last day. This Villa was ideal for our family holiday. Spacious with a bit of luxury included. Ample outside space and very well laid out. Easy access to Playa Blanca's amenities. Taxi rank only ten mins walk from Villa outside jardines de sol also only 30 minute walk to centre.. We loved our stay at the Villa. We would love to come back and would highly recommend it. Thanks to Craig and family for letting us enjoy their beautiful Villa Aduen.
