Desde aquí también se puede caminar alrededor y obtener en un corto tiempo, el Arco de Constantino, el Foro Romano, el Circo Máximo, Piazza Venezia, Via del Coso, la Fontana de Trevi, Plaza de España, Piazza del Popolo, el Panteón, Largo Argentina, Campo dei Fiori, la boca de la verdad y de innumerables pequeñas iglesias y museos escondidos en los callejones estrechos y romana pintoresco.

This was our first visit to Roma. It was a short visit, only a few days. Giovanni met us on arrival and gave us a walk through and breakdown of the property and how to use everything. Giovanni was very kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The residence was exactly as expected. It was clean, everything was in working order and the residence comfortably fit our family of seven. Giovanni was helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The location is a very busy touristy spot, but centrally located to most everything and literally two short blocks from the Colloseum. We were able to walk to all of the main historical sites and neighborhoods. It’s a great place to start your day and then venture out on foot. There’s a 24 hour Mercado and a decent coffee shop and bakery close by but most of the restaurants are tourist traps, so I would suggest venturing out of the area for lunch and dinner. Giovanni also had some good food suggestions that were not too far away. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Huge and well appointed apartment a stone throw from the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants just outside - many open late. Also a few small grocery stores. We loved our stay.

Our family stayed in Rome for several days after spending a week in southern Italy for our son's wedding. The apartment was perfect for our needs, and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, and we were able to walk to many of the sights we visited. Alessia and Giovanni were very helpful in addressing questions prior to our arrival, as well as arranging transportation to the airport, and Karina checked us in and even helped me figure out how to pay a parking ticket I had gotten while in Puglia! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit Rome.

From check in with a Giovanni to the air conditioning to the well appointed amenities the stay was great. Proximity to the Colosseum and Trevi was convenient for all day walking. Colosseum cafe and the staff are wonderful- as is the food!

We had a brief family stay in Rome; 5 adults for two nights before a cruise. The communication from management was excellent. Check in was easy. Giovanni and Alesia(sp?) were very helpful. We had them book transport from the airport and to the cruise port. This worked very well and was competitively
The location of the apartment was close to coliseum but far enough away not to be overrun. There were many good eating options steps away from the apartment.
The apartment itself was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the three bathrooms were nice. There was ample space for luggage and other items. The living and kitchen area were basically appointed but we’re fine for our short stay.
We would certainly consider staying here again if visiting Rome in the future.

Our group of seven had a fantastic time in Rome. The apartment was very close to The Colusseum and within walkable distance to many sites. The apartment was roomy and well appointed and has three bathrooms...a luxury! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Giovanni and Alessia were quick to respond to questions and were very helpful! I strongly recommend this aparment!

Large apartment for our family of 5 adults. It was very clean, beds were super comfortable and steps away from the coliseum and many restaurants. Communication was excellent.

Great location!A couple of things about the apartment:
1) they should give out more than 2 sets of keys. There were 7 of us and the apartment is listed for up to 8. It would have been better to have 3 sets of keys at least.
2) the apartment wasn’t the cleanest. They should do a better job cleaning.
3) All three toilet seats need to be replaced/repaired. They are all wobbly and loose. It doesn’t cost much ti replace a toilet seat.
4) they should have more towels, more pillows and blankets. When we asked for more, we were told that it was at possible. Not exactly great customer service.
5) one of the bathrooms had no hot water. It was eventually fixed one day 2 after I informed and pushed them twice to repair it.
Location is amazing and we would likely stay here again if they are able to accommodate some basic requests such as: another set (or 2) of keys, more towels, pillows and blankets; a more thorough cleaning

We stayed for 2 nights during our short stay in Rome. The location was perfect. The apartment was roomy, it was great for our group of 8 (including 2 children) and we really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Giovanni was really kind and took the time to discuss addresses and what we should see during our stay in Rome. We really enjoyed the wine bar that offered great sandwiches and coffees!
We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone

The location of this apartment is fantastic. It’s right beside the Colosseum and Roman forum. We were a group of 6 adults - the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked very well for us . Beds very comfortable

There was one big problem: it was very cold because the central heating was putt off for certain hours a day. Without warning.
The system of saving energy did not work because the temperature was heating up - cooling down - heating hu - cooling down. Etc.

This apartment is in a good location. Very close to the Colosseum and restaurants.There is a Metro station close by, so you can travel around the city to see the sights. The apartment seemed smaller in person than on the website but it was more than adequate for our party of six adults. The apartment owners and assistant Giovanni were fantastic with answering questions and assisting with reserving transportation from the train station and to take us to the airport. The personal touch they provided was enough to make us stay here again the next time we’re in Rome.

Convenient Location
Convenient location to walk to many historic sites, markets and restaurants. Pretty much used only for sleeping accommodations. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were adequate. Only area for sitting was in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

The property is a bit old but OK the best thing about the property is the location you can walk for 3 minutes and sit in a restaurant facing the Colosseum and enjoying the view especially at night it is also very close th the Forum and other attractions.It was advertised as having a lift, indeed there is a lift,but Giovanni states that he is not allowed to have the key to the lift!! Carrying the heavy luggages up and down the staircases is back- breaking

Exactly as billed - 3 good sized bathrooms and good a/c. Fully equipped. Met on entry promptly and reasonably priced transfers to airport. Recommended for large group/family.

Stayed for a weekend with 3 couples, what we liked:

- Great location
- Giovanni was extremely helpful with checkin and recommendations
- Lots of eating and drinking close
- Lots of room
- Quiet and secure
There really is not anything we did not like. I'd recommend for sure!

Tie Rome Colosseum apartment was perfect for us. With 3 bedrooms our party fit just fine.
The location near the colosseum was very convenient for touring the city. The manager Giovanni was very responsive to our needs and quickly took care of minor issues when they arose. We were very satisfied and strongly recommend the apartment to a group or family needing 3 bedrooms.

Great location, very clean!
We are so happy with our stay here while vacationing in Rome. The Colosseum is literally right down the block. We walked every where and took the convenient Metro when going to St. Peter's and the Vatican Museum. It was lovely to come home to the apt at the end of each day. The air conditioning came in handy as it was quite warm while we were there. There is a great market only 2 blocks away for water, wine, and much more! My sister-in-law attended the local church and enjoyed many other beautiful sights that are not as well known in the neighborhood.

Beautiful Apartment in an amazing location with great property management.
We traveled with four adults and 5 children with a large itinerary, hoping to see as much of Rome as possible in 4 days. Giovanni met us at the apartment, even allowing us to store our bags a few hours early but still explaining the property and local area to us. Additionally, he quickly responded to any needs or requests we had during our stay.
The area seemed very safe with many cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket only 2 blocks away. Even with 5 small children, we were able to walk to many locations, and bus travel was also easy to figure out with bus stops in the vicinity and a metro stop at the colosseum.
The apartment was very clean, in very good order, and I would gladly stay here again if we were to come to Rome. I would highly recommend it.

Great location, 5 minute walk from Colosseum and subway station.
Pretty well equipped, nice rooms, fair mattress. Not enough "living space" but not a big deal if you sight see most of the day. Was able to cook a few simple meals. Has a washer but no dryer other than a drying rack, so if you plan to do laundry, be aware of that. Owner/representative arranged ride to and from airport which was much appreciated. Would stay here again.
