The staff Olivia and Georgia were amazing and very helpful.

I will probably rent a car the next time I return to make getting around a little easier. Although walking distance into the village of Pula was a plus!

This property was incredible, an amazing location, walking distance in to Pula for the evening and about 45 minute walk to the beach. Very safe parking. I cannot talk highly enough about the staff, they were fantastically helpful and amazingly friendly. The pizza restaurant on the roof had great food and the drinks were amazing value also. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and good coffee. We were very fortunate to have the rooftop pool to ourselves most afternoons which was an added bonus.

Just more of a note that the pool had limited beds however on a busy day the staff did provide more beds.

The surrounding was not like a holiday establishment. Don‘t know why this hotel showed up on our query.

Everything about this hotel was clean, modern, functioning really well, and superbly presented. Don't be deterred by the first impression of it being above a suburban supermarket. It was a short stroll to the old town centre. Wifi was also the best and fastest we found in Sardinia

Everything was great.

Staff was very helpful and firendly (also with our air conditioning request). Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is great, variety of food and drinks with great quality. Hotel provides spa services. We went for a massage and it was worth of the price.

The hotel has centralized air conditioning. Our room could be colder.

The location is great since it’s in Pula town and 10 minutes walking distance to go out to dinners without driving at night and at the same time away from all the noise of the crowd. Alberto was super nice taking care of us and serving the breakfast and Sabrina preparing our coffees. Georgia at reception was super nice booking our restaurants and giving us tips for beaches The hotel is new and modern and you can use the spa and hamman. They had twin beds which was important for us. The hotel is on top of a supermarket which may not sound great but actually is super convenient to grab water and food for your day at the beach. No issues to find parking in the street

Not a big issue but the air conditioning was centralized

The staff were amazing and the rooftop bar and spa was a nice touch! Breakfast was also really good and it was convenient to have a supermarket below the hotel.

Room was a bit small and the balcony view overlooked the highway.

We only stayed two nights, as we were on a round trip. The hotel is a brand new structure, from 2019, and also appears that way (positively meant). We were put in a room without a terrace/balcony but asked to get one and was instantly moved to a room with a ground floor terrace. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very sumptuous and nice and with fresh fruits as well. The rooftop pool is really nice with a great view of the surrounding area. The hotel is not as close to the Beach as we had hoped, not to reached by fået but if you have a car, you will be able to reach the lovely beaches easily.

On 90 degree heat the air conditioning didn't work in our room for two nights out of the four we stayed there due to the inability of the staff to figure out (or maybe they didn't care) to learn how to work the a/c which is controlled through the front desk staff. They should have discounted the room, at the very least. They offered to transfer us to another room, but that room had the same problem. All in all, we felt ripped off by the refusal of the staff to call for a mechanic to fix the a/c. Not until I made a big fuss at the reception desk did anything begin to progress.

Clean, modern, great breakfast and attentive staff. Close to a lovely square and town just a walk away and beaches only 15 minute drive or so away.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Gave good advice about were to eat and places to visit. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day.
