Casual breakfast by the central pool was nice. Friendly, bright hotel centrally located, with parking!

Because of typical hotel design with rooms around the courtyard pool, a bit noisy at times, but not too much.

Not much, staff was friendly. AC worked great.

Pretty much everything. The rooms were OK. No amenities such as coffee in the room, ect. No wash cloths, only 2 towels. The swimming pool was not very clear, mostly foggy. The restaurant was not open during the posted times. We went to have dinner at 630 but they were closed despite the posted time of 2100. No bar as stated in the description, no spa as stated in the description. Nothing that was described in the description of this hotel was true. Will never stay there again.

The whole Mexican vibe of the hotel was great. The staff were very helpful. The location was awesome, very easy to walk to the malecon.

The wifi was not very good.

The beds were comfortable and it is close to downtown.

No refrigerator in the room

The hotel has ample secure parking. The room was large. The restaurant was open from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Tasty breakfast. The hotel is doing a complete make over of all of the rooms. When done it will be very comfortable.

The only table lamp was not working. The overhead recessed lights were terrible. All of the downstairs rooms were under renovation. The stairs had beoken tile and no hand rails. Not good for older travelers with worn out knees. The downstairs tile floors were very dusty from the construction and not cleaned daily. We have traveled Mexico for years and have grown used to way things progress here. The hotel will be very nice, in time.
