The house was everything that i saw in the reviews. Spacious,clean and so very comfortable. The kitchen had every tool that i wanted. The screened in pool was clearly the centerpiece for our children. We spent 7 nights and in a perfect world we would have stayed a few more. Thumbs way up!

This was a great home, pool was warm, home was clean includomg grill and the neighborhood was quite and beautiful. I would definitely come back with my family in the future.

Excellent place to stay!! The house is very well stocked with towels, linens, dishes, and even a toaster oven. The pool was warm and clean. The neighborhood was safe and very walkable. We enjoyed the communal pool and basketball/tennis/pickleball courts that were within walking distance of the home. The bikes and beach chairs/gear were also an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Great house. Clean, comfortable, and roomy. Would definitely stay here again. Close to campus and easy 15-minute drive to the beach and downtown Boca.

House was very nice and rooms were large. Lanai and pool were great! Plenty of amenities that made stay very easy and comfortable. Owner very responsive to questions and requests. Minor issue with ants but was able to knock them back with DIY spray. Would recommend to family and friends.

Stay was slightly marred by a missing screen in the pool area so it was buggy, but owner got it fixed 1/2 way thru the stay. Besides that everything was pretty good. House is OK, large, properly furnished with everything we needed, and once the screen was fixed the pool was just fine. Overall met our needs. One thing we noticed is that there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sick, which is unusual for florida.

We were in town while my daughter was doing a short internship. Location perfectly met our needs - 15 minutes to beach but we mostly enjoyed staying home and using the pool. Home was perfectly stocked and it was a nice, quiet neighborhood.

This was the very best place we ever stayed in for a vacation. It had everything needed & wanted to make our stay a joy. We plan on returning next year. Thank you for proving such a delightful place!

The house was great, kitchen is well stocked, the community very quiet. The pool was lovely - a place to enjoy morning coffee - while my husband enjoyed fishing in the pond out behind the property. A great place to relax before and after daily excursions.

Lovely home with all necessities needed. We were 3 couples and there was lots of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool. Lots of nature around to see also. Nice location close to everything we needed. Would recommend this home.

The most peaceful home. Though the pool area was my favorite. Green lawns, many different birds, right on a water way. Just beautiful!

Spent 3 fabulous weeks here (Feb 4- 25, 2023). Unfortunalely, family / friends could not join us. Lots of space for 2 of us, but felt like home. Had everything we could need and LOVED stepping out the slider to the private POOL. Great place!

Beautiful house in Deerfield Beach with awesome heated pool Nathalie was very easy to reach for any question we had . We would like to stay there again next time we come down !!!!

Usually stay with family but had friends joining for Thanksgiving and decided on a rental. This clean, conveniently located property had everything we needed, from comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and linen. We weren’t at the house much, but did find time to enjoy the screened in patio for coffee in the morning and even some time in the pool. Would highly recommend.

The property was very clean and had plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking items to use while we were there. We had a great time with our family out by the pool. Lots of space in the home and the garage was very clean. Highly recommend. Good communication with the property owners. Thank you!

This home was amazing. It is better looking than the photos show. Super clean. Quiet neighborhood. There's the 4th bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We have been staying in about 7 different 3bedroom / 2or3 bathroom homes the last 5 years from Hobe Sound to Hollywood in a quest to move to this part of Florida and this was our favorite place to stay in. The hosts are fantastic and answer any questions very quick. Would definitely come back to this perfect home for another stay. Thank you for a very pleasant vacation.

My family had an amazing time! The pool was perfect for the kids. The house had everything we needed and the beach stuff provided was perfect.

Needed a safe haven for my daughter-in-law and grandkids from Ian-ravaged Cape Coral. She said it was a great kid neighborhood, close to nice parks and good for kids on their scooters or walking. Close to everything she needed. Minor annoyances were bugs on lanai which appeared to have been there awhile, 2nd bath where drain did not work well, dirty floors, front door lock not functioning properly (code worked), garage pad not functioning. All in all she was happy with her stay. She felt very safe.

The property was very clean, the owners were very quick to respond, we had a great time enjoying family.

This house was perfect. The reviews were correct. The a/c was perfect. The pool was amazingly clean and perfectly warmed. The rooms were very comfortable and bright in color. I had the master bedroom and i felt like i was in a very nice hotel. The owner has thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. The fridge worked perfect, the washer and dryer worked perfect, tvs worked perfect, and also the internet. The owner was on top of all our questions. My friends and family loved it so much that they want to go back for a longer stay. first time renting a house and it was a great experience. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

Everything during our stay here was wonderful. excellent communication from the owners, and a very well stocked kitchen, complete with many cooking utensils, pots/pans/dishes, etc. our kids loved the pool and the pool toys/floats that were provided. the house was clean, and loved that there were linens and towels provided, along with a washer/dryer. we will definitely be looking to stay at this house again when we come down to visit family in the area.

The property is true to the pictures. Excellent location. It says 3 bedroom in the description. Actually, there were 4 bedrooms. Pool was very clean. Great place for families. We would love to stay here again if we ever visit this area.

Was down in Florida for a friends wedding . Found the house to be very clean in a nice quite neighborhood. If I could offer any criticism of the house , First the TV in the bedroom is on the sane box as the living room so you are forced to watch the same show, Second minor issue I prefer very hot showers and found the water temperature on low side, All said I would highly recommend this property.

This property is even better in person. All the amenities are at your fingertips. About 45 mins from Miami but this place is a vacation within itself. I definitely recommend this property.

The property was exactly as pictured. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with condiments, better than most. The pool was lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was listed as a 3 bedroom, but it’s really a 4 bedroom. Although the 4th room is small, it has a crib and a pullout sofa which should be taken into account. The home is very clean & I loved that it was comfortably furnished & nicely decorated. The pool was truly a great bonus that my grandson loved. It was great to have amenities such as a gas grill, dishwasher, washer & dryer, plenty of pots, pans & dishes to make this trip feel like a home away from home. I would most definitely consider staying here as well as recommending it to others who plan to stay in the area. Most importantly, the neighborhood was both quiet & safe, in addition it was conveniently located to pretty much everything. This pick is what I consider a gem!

We had a fantastic time staying at Nathalie’s home. Evero you need is provided at this ultra clean, beautiful home. No issues at all. The host was super responsive to all questions. We had to leave and move on to a hotel for my son’s wedding. My 3 year old granddaughter cried when we arrived at the resort. She wanted to go back to Nathalie’s vacation house!

I have no regrets about this property. I think I had a better impression of it after seeing it in person than I did from the online photos. It's well kept up, and clean. Everything is arranged well. Beds/sofas are cumfy. The pool area is great. Even though it's in a subdevelopment, it overlooks a canal/pond, and it's got a nice view of palms, water. Pool is heated... although we did not find it ever got as warm as the set temp, it was still quite comfortable for us to swim in April. I noticed there was a crib and bouncer (not that we needed it). We made up the sofa bed in the den and my youngest slept there. Each of my 3 kids had their own room. One downside of this property is there is only one smart TV in living room. Cable is available in master bed and living room. Had to wait until everyone was up to watch TV in the AM given the ranch style and not wanting to disturb anyone. Loved seeing the wildlife around - we saw Basalisk lizards and iguanas that were 2-3 feet long walking around in the yard and sunning themselves on the screen above the pool. Lots of ducks, geese, swan, turtles. A small lizard of 2 inches made it into the house one time. Owner isn't kidding about keeping the patio doors shut at all times to keep out the wildlife - I shoudl have heeded her warning more. Even with the screened enclosures around the patio, the critters can get in. But I didn't see any insects inside. The area aroudn this is a subdevelopment of similar homes. You will have a 3 min drive to get to this home once you enter the subdevelopment. It's slow going and a bit hard to navigate at first as it all looks the same. The subdevelopment is off of a busy 4 lane road that is a 15 min drive to the beech (but after you've been there once you will realize you like the pool way better). The area surrounding this is basically a commercial area with Target, Home Depot, Chick -Fil-A, McDonald's, Aldi's, etc. Not really walkable and not a lot of local flavor but you won't need to go far to get to grocery or chain restaurant.
