Apartment was so convenient, great spot.

Bed linen and towels were a bit old.

The wooden interior was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Two toilets and separate bathroom.

Quite steep staircase to third floor is Dangerous for kids and difficult with luggage.

The location of the apartment is simply brilliant - just 1 minute from the beach! Also, all the supermarkets, restaurants and shops are located next to the apartment, which is very beneficial. The apartment itself is very lovely and quite despite its central location. You have everything you may need for the great holidays, so very recommended.

Everything was great, just a general recommendation to the host of the apartment: to send the check out SMS one day prior the check out and not in the morning of the day, when the check out is planned.

Extra payment for towels + sheets. Plus you are asked to take out the garbage in the end and to wash all dishes.

Ideally located to visit Cassis. Roomy appartment (not so much light though)

Relationship with owner(s) is not so convenient You have to wait when you arrive (and to pay an extra cost if you arrive late). There is no place to let your luggages the day you leave and we had to ask 3 times before the owner lets you leave your luggages in the appartment after 10:00 (even if the appartment is not rent for the next days...) Then exchanges are not so convenient and not so client focus oriented.

Location is perfect. Right in the center. Nice and clean and comfortable. Eva is your host and she is so friendly and helpful! We would definitely come back.

There is an extra cost of 50 euros for cleaning and 20 euros for sheets/towels. I didn’t know this when booking.
