LBI Beach-Side Cove in Ship Bottom
Casa recientemente renovada que cuenta con 3 unidades. Esta unidad es un pequeño espacio de estar que duerme 4. Más adecuado para una pareja o 2 adultos y dos niños pequeños. Cuenta con 1 dormitorio, 1 baño con mesa exterior, barbacoa, ducha compartida al aire libre y lavandería. Situado en una tranquila calle lateral de la bahía con fácil acceso desde la Calzada. Otro espacio disponible en la propiedad que duerme 7 si viaja con otra familia. Debe tener 25 años o más para alquilar el espacio. No se permiten mascotas.
Esta es una casa construida en 1940 con la antigua red troncal LBI, ¡todo lo demás es completamente nuevo! Mi esposo y yo vivimos en la parte principal delantera de la casa con un estudio lateral disponible para una familia pequeña de 4 y el departamento de atrás que tiene capacidad para 7 personas. Cada área tiene su propia entrada privada, patio y barbacoa / patio.
Estamos ubicados en Ship Bottom, a 6 casas de la Bahía y a 2 cuadras del Océano. A poca distancia tenemos muchos restaurantes, minigolf, arcade, heladerías, jugueterías y alquiler de bicicletas, kayaks, paddleboard.
LBI Shuttle corre por toda la isla. Tenemos fácil acceso dentro y fuera de la isla; a solo 10 cuadras de Causeway.

Everything was perfect!!! The home, bay and beach right there, stores, pubs, entertainment and most importantly the owners were great and it's a very friendly neighborhood...you leave with new friends...Thank you so much again Janet and Peter!!!

Host promptly replied to all my messages with questions. I advised him when I'd be arriving and he met me outside and gave me a quick orientation. The house and the property are immaculate as is the rental unit. There is a separate entrance, separate gas grill with separate seating area, and a separate outdoor shower. The appliances appear to be recent and there is a TV in the living room (not in the BR). There is a separate AC unit in the living room. Storage is a big tight but there is room under the bed (one could even bring a plastic tub for underneath if not too tall). You will hear the owner and family next door but nothing very bothersome. I would have no reservations about booking here again.

I was only there for two nights. It was a lovely little place to stay. Pictures are accurate. Must be ok with others around- attached to owners house but they respected privacy! Great location!!

We absolutely loved this cozy spot in LBI! It was spotless, comfortable, and the perfect size for my husband and I for the weekend. Close to everything too with easy street parking. Would love to stay here again, thank you!

Nicely appointed modern unit for four. Beach decor... Storage areas for bags, totes, and clothing... Conveniently located between bay and shore and a short walk to everything needed. Lots of fun! Definitely open for a repeat!

The Perfect Retreat
Location! The location is perfect as it sits off the (busy) main road close to the bay, but is still within walking distance to the beach - 3 to 5 minute walk. We loved how close we were to a few of our favorite places. As far as the place, it is tiny, but it is all you need while at the shore. It is clean and cute. We appreciated the shared laundry space and separate outdoor shower. The only downfall is you need to bring some items… more like a rental vs vrbo or similar. We had to bring sheets/comforter, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap. Overall, would recommend to others.

Adorable place, perfect for a couple or small family. A short walk to the beach and to bay. Owners couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. A plus!

Great Stay on LBI
Rental was exactly as advertised; very clean and excellent location. Only issue was a glitch with VRBO app as I was unable to see my rental info on the day of check-in. Luckily, I remembered the address but was unable to get the code for entry. Couldn’t get in touch with owner so had to call VRBO to get the code. This worked but I was on the phone for quite awhile waiting for customer service rep and then it took a good while to get the info.

The check in was easy with clear instructions. The apartment is very attractive and clean. It was comfortable to stay there. It is conveniently located, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The host was friendly and gave good recommendations for restaurants. I would stay there again.

Great Vacation Home
We had a great time at this property. We loved the dock and spent hours floating on tubes in the bay. House was great and we especially liked that there was a cabinet where you could leave items for the next family. We would highly recommend!

Cute weekend getaway
This cute one bedroom getaway was very clean, updated appliances, & close walking distant to beach. It really is just enough room for 2 people. The bedroom had no closets to hang your clothes and the sink in the bathroom was very tiny. Not enough room to even wash your face. We had a problem on the night before we left with the air conditioner, which I emailed the owners twice & was never addressed. Upon leaving on our last day, finally met the owner & advised him of this problem.

No complaints at all. Home owner should have ac unit on the wall looked at. Condensation from cooling coil is not draining properly. Drips down onto table and runs down wall. Had no affect on our stay just thought they should know.

Great place, fantastic owners!
The location was perfect, close to the bay and the ocean. The owners were really great, any and all questions were answered promptly. The apartment has anything you could possibly need on the inside, and outside you also have a nice table with four chairs and a grill.
Looking forward to my next stay!

It’s centrally located so we enjoyed the beach and sunsets on the bay. We mostly enjoyed recreating childhood memories around the Island.

A Perfect Place
Our small family (two adults + two kids under 6) stayed here for two nights. It was perfect. The apartment is clean, up-to-date, and has everything you need. The owners were nice and very accommodating. The property is beautiful and you can walk to restaurants, ice cream, mini-golf, the beach and the bay.

Everything we needed
Great trip. We just needed a quick break from regular life and this was perfect. Check in and check out was easy. Location is great. Beach entrance and bay visible from the front of the house. It's a small space (as described) but well appointed and it had everything necessary for a simple trip to the beach.

Peaceful, easy feeling...
Tiny but perfect for our needs! I’d say just 2 people is about right for a short stay. Apartment was spotlessly clean with all new bath and kitchen. Cozy, quiet and relaxing.

Pleasant stay in Ship Bottom
I really liked the apartment although I think it would be difficult to fit more than two people. The Bennett’s are very friendly and checked in periodically. I love Long Beach Island though it’s very quiet off peak on the week days.. But a great experience overall.

Charming Apartment Perfect for a Weekend Getaway
My two girlfriends and I had a wonderful weekend stay at this place! The apartment is clean, newly renovated with updated appliances, and cute ocean themed decorations add the perfect homey touch. It's a great location just by the bay and still a short walk to the beach. Lots of shops and food options within walking distance as well. The entire reservation process was easy and seamless, as well as check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, but way too tiny!
My husband, infant daughter and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, and the location seems great. Just be aware that it is TINY and there’s no storage at all. We had no where to hang our wedding clothes and our small suitcases couldn’t fit in the bedroom so naturally our stuff spilled all over the living room within an hour of arrival. The bathroom sink is so small that it’s impossible to wash or shave your face without getting water on the floor.
If we were to return to LBI, we would most likely look for a more functional space to stay.

Brand new construction, wonderfully appointed both inside and out.
Great place for a young family. Pull out and full size bed can hold 4. Gas stove, SS appliances, exceptionally clean residence 2 streets over from beach and 500 ft from bay side.Great food within 2-5 blocks. Look forward to coming back again someday.
