Our stay was lovely. Quite a bit away from happy centre etc,maybe about a 45 min walk however only 5 euro in a taxi. Villa was lovely, needing a slight refresh in areas. Our children loved the pool, however day 5 it went a green colour but the pool guy was out the next morning to fix it. Nothing was too much hassle and Peter even came to our rescue when the taxi driver wouldnt listen to my directions on arrival, thank you Peter.

Richard the owner is very responsive if you have any issues so over all great stay and if we go again to that island we will use the same place.

The villa is exactly as advertised. The accommodation is great, good kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Its has a great pool and good outside space with a pool table. The roof terrace overlooks the golf course. Its a pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre. All in all a great place to stay, would highly recommend

Everything we wished for as a family of 7 , vacant wait to get home and book a return trip , everything from initial booking to leaving was perfect , great communication, you won't want to go out , scooter to spar for shopping daily became fun

We knew the location from previous visits to the area, its a little way away from shops, bars and restaurants but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Villa has everything you need to be self sufficient, the pool was in almost constant use, as was the bbq. Small issue with the hob, but the owner and his management team were all over it. Hoping to book again soon 👍

Great villa we enjoyed our stay, a bit too far out of town for walking out in the evening but only €4 in a taxi. Great golf resort but could really only go there if you don’t want to drive , villa could do with a little tlc but overall a great holiday

We stayed here for 11 nights, in July, Villa was lovely and clean, we were able to check in early which was great as we had arrived the night before due to a flight change. Villa was great for us 2 families having a lovely break, plenty of room - only downside was the table and chairs, there were only 6 chairs on both the inside and outside tables, when the Villa is for 8. We didn’t want to use the inside chairs outside in case they got damaged, so did make things difficult when wanting to all eat together. It would have also been nice to get a small welcome pack with things like water in just to make it a bit easier and less of a rush to get to the shops. Also, it’s the same with most villas we have stayed in, never enough fridge room - could do with 2 fridges, when there are so many people staying. All in all we had a great holiday, lovely to have the pool table, hours of fun spent outside making the most of our surroundings!!

We just returned from our family holiday, and we had fab time staying at Casa Naranja , we was met upon arrival by Peter who was very welcoming sowed us around the villa and was always there on end of phone or txt message during our stay. Villa suited our needs we stayed with our 9 & 7 year old boys who were more than happy with pool for the week. Villa was plenty big enough for our party of 5. beds were clean and comfortable. kitchen worked for us we didn't use oven or cooking facilities but were there if needed. washing machine worked and was useful. If there was an improvement the showers were very low pressure just something we not use to but we made it work for the week. villa was great place to stay and we used it just for a rest and re charge break and was really happy with our choice would recommended it to anyone. thanks again for providing safe clean place to stay on our holiday.

The villa was perfect, it had everything we required. There were 4 of us staying and we wouldn't change anything. Perfect location, nice walk into town. The hosts were great on arrival and departure. We'll definitely be coming again.

We stayed(5 adults 2 teens 1 child) at Casa Naranja from 04/03/23 to 15/03/23 and I couldn’t fault the Villa whatsoever. From the cleanliness to the comfy beds, all was excellent. It’s in a quite neighbourhood not far from the shops and the beach easily within walking distance. The check-in process was seamless with good communication between guests and the property manager. I would definitely stay again if I was travelling with more than 4 people.

Only 4 of us stayed in villa so plenty of room . Beds comfortable etc. Very good wifi , lots of tv channels although we didn't use them. Well equipped kitchen. Only downside was pool heating was broken first 5 days of our 10 day stay and pool was not cleaned either. But overall we enjoyed our time in villa and would return

On arrival we were somewhat delayed at the airport with our buggy going missing and an issue with the car hire which ended up with us having two cars and not the 7 seater we had booked. We let Peter know and he was very understanding and waited at the villa until we arrived quite late in the dark. The villa was clean and tidy and was ample size for the six of us (we have 4 children aged 3-10) and had everything we needed. The edge of town is a small walk from the villa (10-15 mins) but we tended to drive mostly as there was ample free parking and we generally had outings planned for each day. We visited the zoo, El Colitto, the sand dunes and much more. The island has a lot to offer for all ages and the beaches are beautiful including the beach close to the villa. We had a lovely, relaxing break and would have no hesitation returning. Thank you Richard, Peter and Nico for having us.

Good points: Great location, good size and layout, plenty of room for a family. WiFi and TV were fab, all the equipment you can need, outside area is a suntrap, pool was lovely and warm if you pay the extra optional charge, gardens are well looked after and the management and owner are quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Bad Points: When removing the bed linen to place in master bedroom bathroom with used towels upon checkout we found our duvet to be disgustingly stained with black mould on it, the protective mattress cover was also heavily stained, the pillows had no protective covers over them and horrible stains on the pillows under the pillow case where our faces had been sleeping on for our entire stay, It really upset me that I slept in such dirty bedding for the whole week and if I'd noticed this earlier, I'd have definitely contacted the management and asked for this to be sorted / replaced. Other minor but unnecessary issues we found included dusty/grubby ceiling fans and dusty lamps next to beds, broken lid on electric RCD outdoors exposed to the rain, broken light hanging in the pool, bbq with large rusted hole in charcoal tray (so unusable) broken hand shower riser bracket, and the villa was full of mosquitos on our arrival which required us buying products to rid the villa of them as we were bitten so badly at the start of our stay especially whilst in bed overnight.

Just back from a lovely stay in Fuetuventura. Weather was a bit disappointing but nothing you can do about that. We did manage to spend time about the pool though most days for short spells. Walk to the Atlantico Centre is a good 15 mins but at least it’s flat ground walking. Villa was well stocked with kitchen equipment and we ate in a few night. Beware using more than 3/4 appliances at the same time, electricity cuts out frequently. Easy to reset though but a pain if you’re trying to oven cook & use cooker rings & kettle at same time. Overall had a lovely stay & would definitely recommend the heated pool option it was lovely.

So peaceful, home from home, definitely be back.

Myself and 6 of my friends stayed in this property for a week. And we absolutely loved it. The Villa is a good size for up to 8 people. Sizeable living space, outdoor space & roof top terrace. It's close enough to most useful amenities. Just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute taxi ride way from a McDonalds & from there, just a minute or two away from a shopping mall with plenty of shops, resteraunts & a EuroSpa shop. We opted to use the Bird app to hire scooters as you could leave them outside the villa and get to anything you wanted on them, plus they're super fun. Highly recommend! The Wifi was super fast & the TV didn't disappoint. Every channel you could ask for including PPV channels. You could also connect your phone to it to play YouTube through it. Our only concern was the lack of air conditioning. The property has ceiling fans installed however an air conditioning unit would elevate this property just that little bit extra. Especially in the summer months where temperatures reach their peak. There's a 5 star golf resort within a 5 minute walking distance, of which you can use their driving range & other facilities. Overall we were very happy with this villa and would absolutely consider staying here again in the future. Great value for money and a very easy process.

We booked this villa for our family which included our 2 year old granddaughter. I managed to mess up the booking but Richard kindly resolved everything for us very close to our visit. The management team were fantastic from allowing us to dropping our bags before checking in and resolving a few minor issues during our stay. We had a lovely family holiday and would recommend this villa to others. The shopping centre is walking distance where there is a supermarket for all your groceries. We used the taxi’s which you can get from right outside shops rather than carrying heavy shopping back to the villa. We also preferred the restaurants which were located further away in the centre. Again we used taxis which cost less than 5 euros each way. All in all a lovely holiday - thank you Richard, Peter, Nico and the team

The villa had everything you need and was very clean in a very good location. There were six of our family members on the holiday and the villa was more than dig enough. The management company couldn’t do enough for us providing all the information we require to this holiday. I would use the mid villa again.

Wonderful villa in a great location close to beaches and shops. My children loved the pool. Excellant communication and service from the hosts.

Would 100% recommend this Villa. Great accommodation. Great people to deal with from owner to Villa manager. Peter was superb. Even emailed us before we arrived when he realised we only landed after the supermarkets were closed, to ask if we wanted him to do some shopping for us. Even got me some beers 😁😁 Slightly out of town but a nice leisurely walk along yhe promenade gets you into town within 30 minutes. Or 15 minutes gets you to the beach and the Atlantico shopping centre. Also great location if you want a game of golf. 5 minute walk away. Although the 5 hours in 28 deg C when we did 18 holes was a bit tiring 😲😲 But that was probably the poor golf shots 🤣🤣

Had a fab stay at casa naranja, a little hard to find at the beginning but we soon sorted it out . Peter the manager was amazing nothing was any trouble for him , would deffo recommend 👌

Delayed for 2 years, we switched our holiday from an all inclusive resort to this villa...it didn't disappoint. Owner was very accommodating to allow us to check in early. Peter was there to greet us and it was a really smooth process. The location is excellent...quiet, overlooking the golf course...relaxing. Property had everything we needed....a few things need attention but nothing that ruined our holiday...slight issue with toilet flush, broken door handle, a few light bulbs out....told Peter on check out, didn't feel we needed to report earlier but I'm sure it would have been sorted quickly. Pool was amazing! Pool table a great addition. Beds a little firm for our liking but I find thats normally the case on holiday. Would recommend this villa. 15-20 minute walk to shopping centre with a few bars and supermarket....further few minutes to beach.
