Beautiful home, clean , comfy , awesome view with all the windows! It was perfect . Beds were comfy, rooms were perfect for all family members. Eating arrangements was perfect for everyone . Kitchen supplies were awesome. Only missing was an umbrella for our patio on the side , very comfy patio furniture. Didn’t get to use the fire pit table and chairs. High top setting . Very windy and cold at night. . Only had beach umbrellas for the beach . Needed a patio umbrella to fit in stand. We will stay again but will make sure we have an umbrella for outside. Host was awesome. Great memories.

We are so glad we found this place for our vacation! The pictures don’t do justice for this place. The amenities were plentiful. The hosts were very friendly, wonderful and responsive. You can’t ask for a better location. This place has everything you need!

Loved our stay here. It's on the boardwalk and truly only a few steps from the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We had all the necessary items at the house and didn't need to run to the store immediately for anything. The beds were SO comfortable. I actually want to ask the host where they bought their pillows :) Having access to laundry machines was clutch, too. The house is a quick walk from lots of shops and restaurants, so it was ideal for our group who didn't want to cook that much on vacation. For future stays, I would recommend renting the garage if you have a car. Parking is crazy in the area and we had a hard time finding parking for our rental car. No one wants to spend time hunting for a parking spot when the beach is waiting!

The property and location was amazing. The sunsets each night were jaw dropping. A quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants made for a very relaxing stay. Our stay also turned into a Engagement Party with a proposal on the beach just steps away!

This is our third stay at this amazing property. The oceanfront property is incredible.The owners are communicative. Everything about this home is just great! Highly recommend.

It was perfect! I’ve stayed in 8 other places on ocean front walk and you won’t beat the price anywhere else for this kind of private home, room/closet space, and location! Everything from plenty of beach towels, linens, to all the beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, washer dryer in garage! I’ve stayed with my family n 5 kids and went back this time for a girls get away, both were amazing in this home! The beach scene in front of the property is much calmer, as it’s busier further north or south, but it’s walking distance to restaurants and grocery, bike rental, and work outs. Todd was so kind at the end of our stay. He came to switch out the propane, and ended up helping us out with some travel issues we had, just because he cared! These are the people you’ll get to work with. We loved the charm this original old home has, and it’s clean, bright, and provides everything you’ll need.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival- this beach house is much better in person. Right on the boardwalk for people watching/walking /biking etc. Patio is tucked on the side which gives some privacy and also blocks the wind if the mornings are chilly. A nice table to play games outside and watch the sunset. Beautiful front windows bring the natural light in and great ocean views!

This property is Mission Beach perfection! Once we were there, we never wanted to leave. The view is amazing- the house is large enough for a big group and the people of Mission Beach makes for the best people watching around. We love this house and the communication is top notch.

If you like to people watch, see the sunsets and have an easy play in the sand then this is a wonderful place. Management is great and everything clearly laid out. 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful location right on mission beach within walking distance of various points of interest. Sleeping arrangements were great and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this house so much, it is the perfect location! Very easy to get down to the beach, right across the boardwalk and even with little kids it was easy to carry everything down. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants which is great since parking at the beach can be challenging. House is spacious so you don't feel like you are on top of each other - we had 5 adults and 2 kids under 5 years old and we had no problem putting them to bed and moving around the house without waking them up. wuld definitely recommend and stay here again!

Loved everything about this place!

Once a year we bring my elderly dad to Pacific Beach or Mission Beach for a 1 week stay. And after 5 years running, this is the best beach house on the boardwalk. We will definitely rebook here again. Thank you Todd, Terri, and Becky.

We had 10 people and had a great time. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our kids and grand kids. We really enjoyed the location. Walk out the door and you're on the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of chairs, towels and beach toys. We would come back again. Teri and Becky were very easy to work with.

This property is in great condition and has a lot of space. Everything was stocked nicely and had whatever we needed. The view in the front and windows lining the boardwalk were the best part. We loved our stay there.

Quick communication, no issues checking in or out. The house is great location and just as described. Will love to bring my family back again.

We’ve stayed here several times and the location is amazing! Literally steps from the beach. House is fully stocked with everything you need. Lots of towels, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. No loud bars around you and the views are amazing! We love to be able to hear the waves from the house. Fantastic hosts who are quick to respond. This spot is saved as a favorite for us and we’ll be back!

We had the best time staying at the beach house! It’s literally right in front of the sand. The house is larger than what the pictures show. It is a cute, very clean house with plenty of towels and beds for everyone! We were able to have our morning coffee watching the waves and eat dinner watching the sunset over the water. It was gorgeous! We could even watch our kids play in the sand from our front window! Teri allowed us to “check in” early since we were already in Old Town. It was great to get some extra beach time in! The grill worked great and the fire table was amazing to have a glass of wine and watch the waves after the kids went to bed. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards were available to use too! I really have no complaints about the house other than the renters above us were super loud starting at 6 in the morning. But that isn’t Teri’s fault at all and we didn’t mention it to her. We definitely want to return and would rent the top unit next time! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette party and it was amazing. Right on the beach - perfect distance from everything (Belmont Part, the Pier, airport, downtown, etc.). Communication was very fast and kind even when I missed the email about checkin they were very kind in responding. The place was clean and spacious. There were six of us total and plenty of beds. We saw dolphins every morning and it was so nice to wake up to the sounds of waves. Only issue you may have is it is loud at night on the weekends because of all the people on the walkway but honestly I didn't hear them while sleeping.

It is modest and cozy Vs a brand new gaudy beach house and my group of 5 fully appreciated its charm. We could not have been happier with our rental choice.
