The location was perfect for our stay. We were within walking distance of the pond for swimming and for shopping in the little town of Graeagle. We were able to see the fireworks from the front lawn.

The condo is cute and charming and nestled in the beautiful area of Greagle. We plan to stay here again.

This place was amazing! Great location very clean and we got to bring our families furry friends which meant the world to us! Our original stay was for a wedding but we will definitely be back for golf and family fun!!!! We highly recommend it!!! ❤️

Nice stay and clean home in a quiet neighborhood

It is just what we needed. This is our second year and both times it suits us just right. Quiet, beautiful, restful and all you need to have a great break. Plenty of the basic things are provided to enjoy your time in the home.

We were in Graeagle for a wedding . The property was great, comfy beds and the patio was great to sit out on and star gaze. We would definitely sat here again

We were very happy in this awesome Condo, so clean and comfy, it had everything we need and more! Easy to check in and we were able to arrive early, thanks to the owner. We had such a cool time there we decided to rent it again in Sept. Such a perfect location in Graeagle CA. Thank you for making your condo so, enjoyable for us. GREAT property to have a nice stay!

My family and I just spent a wonderful week in Graeagle and this property was perfect. My favorite thing to do was sit in one if the rocking chairs out back, looking out at the meadows. The home is super clean, well equipped and a great layout for family togetherness in the front room & kitchen and then the bedrooms are located towards the back of the unit, which was nice and quiet. It's a nice walk to town and the Mill Pond and a great starting off point for many hikes and site seeing in the area. We loved it and hope to stay at this propery again in the future.

Our 2nd time staying at this property. Appreciate the pet friendly spot with evenings on the patio staring at the meadow. New appliances are nice. Would like to see some updated kitchen utensils, non-stick pans.

Jennifer was great - very responsive to communication through vrbo. We even got to check in a little early! The property is well kept, with a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. Brand new fridge. Stovetop worked great. The backyard is lovely - private but with a nice meadow view, and a slider that opens up quite a ways. The screen is one of those magnetic screens kind of like on a tent, where you step through a screen curtain and the magnets close up behind you. Bathrooms were good, water pressure in master shower was good. The master shower may be a little tight for taller and/or larger folks but the second bathroom has a tub that would work fine. The toilets are normal height which was a bit low for us, but there is a handle installed in the master bathroom that would help those with trouble. The house has lots of natural light and it helped me wake up naturally in the morning. The natural light may bother people who require blackout conditions to fall asleep or stay asleep. The living room was plenty big for the three of us and the couch is long enough for an adult to take a nap on (I took several naps on it). However, sitting on the couch is a little uncomfortable due to the lack of cushioning. The owners have placed 1”x4” boards/slats under the cushions and the cushions could be a little thicker. We found orange cushions in one of the closets and adding those on top helped a bit. The couch seating is a little low, so it’s a bit difficult to get up out of, so take that into consideration if you’re older or have bad knees/hips/joints. The TV is a smart TV and we were able to log into several of our streaming services from the property. The desk in the living room worked great for several games of Uno (which we brought with us) and also had enough room for two people to play the French version of Monopoly (which was in the entry closet).

The pictures didn't do it justice at all. This was a really lovely, spacious home. So much thought went into making it comfortable for guests, and the decor was an added bonus- if you have children, they will be kept busy trying to count all of the animals in the adorable art work that is displayed in every room. The only improvement that would make it perfect would be air conditioning, but ample fans are provided. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Graeagle!
